Embodiments of the present invention are here enabled for any kind of block chain system.
A suite of tools specified around the needs of systemizing information or business and further
information or business development using block chain systemizations that in many cases produce
diverse messages requiring common classification as well as common methods of management
through lifecycles including in potentially less communicative or even just more cluttered
communication environments, may require specific innovative hardware support.
Where external systemization shortfalls necessitate such business functions to be supported by special
hardware because it would be unavailable otherwise, it is in the best public interest to be able to
provide it because it will be more efficient to be able to use the same devices and approaches more
generally across the different tools. This will reduce the risk of proliferation of informal and probably untracked (and therefore potentially risk-carrying) variations in implementation architectures that may
result in mistakes and damage to resources and or people.
This invention comprises a device with systemizations developed as a standardized architecture for
systemizing auxiliary functions that support block chain enabled business functions producing a large variety of diverse messages. The systemizations of the invention specifically include auxiliary functions
for managing the necessary block chain mechanisms that enable creation and ongoing lifecycle
managements of messages in diverse systems (including diverse block chain usage and diverse block
chain systems) in diverse communications system even where the user may be working or later
working in a potentially less communicative or overly cluttered communication environment.
The deployed device will be operated by its owner within a framework of networks and potentially
multiple other devices. It optionally includes as part of its business function, updating by an enabling
service provider who may be supporting other devices used by the user. This option could include
supporting an owner through connection with a subscriptive service bureau that possibly also collects
subscriber's data specifically for learning as for example a ShingleMake Al Service provider (as
envisaged by the use of "ShingleMake" Australian Standard patent #2022224795) does and as systems
evolve includes any further business functions or enhancements to those functions needed including
those network-related auxiliary functions for which the DevAuxSoak hardware is specifically aimed. It
also specifically includes expandable information infrastructure or business information or method
updates eg DevAuxSoak operation classification schemes and dictionary/ies, Other system operation
classification lookup dictionary, information system maps, schematics and the like as elements of
software-represented knowledge being shared by groups of information or communication system
users.
Standards will continue to emerge for implementing all the most common and essential components of
block chain enabled systems that will increasingly operate economy, production and maintenance of
assets, the safe control of the block chain-enabled technology itself and any other transactions and
sub-transactions that are to be implemented as block chain messages. This will include
implementations configuring the operation of block chains and distributed ledgers implemented using
that technology including one or more time limiting constraint mechanisms. In some cases some of these mechanisms will not be relevant to, or may not work in some environments. However, as the
identity and standardization of these functions are still evolving, it remains possible that the standard time constraint mechanism most directly aligned to a message being allowed to remain in circulation for a particular business function that is being used by a user (think distributed ledger) will involve some level of coordination referencing another device or set of devices not in the possession of the user, and therefore may possibly necessarily rely on network availability.
That is, the device from which a transaction was originally launched may have subsequently become
detached from the wider network either fully or only partially (eg replaced by a satellite or become
degraded due to traffic). As such some different business method protocol may be needed to allow for
lag, or to allow plans to be set up and enacted for later invoked conditional operating actions (including
cancellations, updates) using logic coordinating earlier preparation made by the user (knowing they are
in or soon will be in a less well serviced network environment) for dealing with later possible network
degradation or unavailability.
Instructions for removing one or more of a user's own outdated or superfluous business transactions
and/or business sub-transactions from a blockchain-employing messaging system that have been
implemented in code within the system controlling them are themselves a business function and as
such can change at any time if the underlying block chain architecture has been designed to allow that to occur (See 'DetPatDiv' Australian Standard Patent #2022203235). As such the message updates and
message removals inherent as business methods in such a system are part of the invention (although
they may also occur through other methods eg cloud implementation) and are therefore also designed
into the DevAuxSoak device. These functions are expanded upon to include hardware innovations
directed to providing any coordinations (and update to those coordinations) that will ensure continued
operation due to satellite lag as well as missed updates due to missed signal edges. In support of that
expansion the device would also implement extra dialogues, checks and timeout overrides that would
not normally be needed in modern cities with good networks. These functions delivered by the
DevAuxSoak device are all in pursuit of geographic/economic equity in block chain enabled systems of
any kind.
Obviously this is constrained by the effectiveness of imposing standards for block chain management
functions.
Towards that end it is proposed that the coordinations included on the DevAuxSoak device would
confirm to structures fitting a potential standard as first described under these particular names
("DigEStructs:", "DigiStruct Functions:") in the components sections of the Australian Provisional
IP#2022900074'DigMed' including :
• DigEStructs identifying users, systems, network conditions;
• DigEStructs for identifying transactions to be removed with structures delineating current and
historical transactions;
* standard transaction-handling DigEStructs functions for maintaining current and historical
transactions;
* standard transaction-handling DigEStructs functions or other methods to back up transaction
records;
All the business methods and data contained (including current and historical transactions of the
business system it is supporting plus the transactions related to the operation of the DevAuxSoak device itself) on the DevAuxSoak device would be protected against cyber attack in a standard but safe
way.
"Firm" business models (ie network not required to work) and associated programs for maintenance,
testing and fault finding are here included as safety features and potentially regulatory system defined
features required for the DevHauxSoak device operation variously using DETPAT IP#2021202215 (or its
DIVs) techniques or even IP#2022201926 where appropriate. These could include :
• tables implemented of systems, sub-systems and key diagnostic IDs (called up with operational
statuses displayed and or into operational scope via a QR code) at a particular site * standard or site- or subsystem-specific diagnostic trees being used to interpret operational
statuses and inform graphical outputs or dialogues of any kind * standard (or site- or subsystem-specific) trees controlling overrides with functionality that
conflates / intersects ALL or QR code defined items with standard (or site-, subsystem-specific)
multi-dimensional defined override types (eg allowing any of AUTO OFF, Al OFF, POWER OFF,
MESSAGES OFF etc) using :
o messages (eg multiple systems at once),
o via direct network coupling eg built in Ethernet or cbus or... connections (as currently
connected).
Claims (4)
1) Claims for a DevAuxSoak device of claim 1 comprising:
a) one or more memories;
b) with one or more processors, communicatively coupled to the one or more memories, to:
i) receive a communication that is an app to configure the device to use or share information
from as part of a system or subsystem,
ii) receive information identifying one or more self-support actions performed by a user in
relation to a network situation and code being shared in the system dealing with functions
related to the configurations of the DevAuxSoak device and other devices controlling a
particular system and whose operation in relation to possible delays or unavailability of
networks is being controlled or configured by the DevAuxSoak device,
iii) install data infrastructure & code as structures related to an interface on the DevAuxSoak
device or on other devices referenced by the DevAuxSoak device,
iv) receive further messages related to processing implemented within the structures supplied for coordination with the programming of the DevAuxSoak device using system/s;
c) communications to only localised sub devices, processors or memories able to provide
measures, signals and or other items of information from dedicated instrumentation to be
referenced in code installed on the DevAuxSoak device; and
d) communications where required to sub devices, processors or memories able to provide
measures, signals or information related to communications received by the device or related
to instrumentation from code installed on the DevAuxSoak main device and performing
according to status or conditions determined from received messages and or received
information from instrumentation or sub devices including authority to operate and or
authority to transmit as message or messages;
e) interactive process controls using barcodes, QR codes, RFIDS and/or other proximity signals in
decision-making &/or launching technologies available on devices directly or indirectly via
appropriate communication technology including one or more advanced digital technologies potentially including further DigiKeyP (PoPDaS, PoPDaCS, CLaPS) block chain message
structures and 5G, 6G, XG, loT, mobile, satellite and GPS communications; and
f) as determined by the application potentially also any one or more:
i) data models related to geographical areas;
ii) instrumentation devices sufficient for measuring characteristics of the network; iii) jurisdictional interlocks; iv) an unalterable serial number identifying the device; v) identification including within a named jurisdiction for network addressing and maintenance purposes; vi) safety features as required for the DevAuxSoak device's operation; and/or vii) other regulatory system defined features.
2) The DevAuxSoak device of Claim 1can optionally also be used to deliver and install other business
information system infrastructure.
3) The basic method claim of Claim 1 of ShingleMake IP#2022224795 can also optionally include any of
a) setting up a DevAuxSoak device;
b) using standard DigEStructs for identifying users, systems, network conditions; c) using standard DigEStructs for identifying transactions to be removed with structures
delineating current and historical transactions;
d) using standard transaction-handling DigEStructs functions for maintaining current and
historical transactions;
e) using standard transaction-handling DigEStructs functions or other methods to back up
transaction records;
f) protect current and historical transactions against cyber attack in a standard but safe way.
4) The DevAuxSoak Device of Claim 1can be configured as a device operating with a DigiKeyP OS or a
DigiKeyP OS-like operating system and/or can be optionally further configured to be suitable for
use and thus for designation as any of:
a) An EAllln Gas Control devices; b) an EAllln battery device;
c) an EAllln portable device;
d) a QMake device;
e) an Ecool device with simple led-like display to show linkage to atleast one community load
management scheme; or
f) an enhanced DevAuxSoak device graphically capable and able to display settings pertinent to
the relationship/s and or functions currently operating via the device.
) The DevAuxSoak Device of Claim 1can contain no network required business models and associated
programs for maintenance, testing and fault finding including any of :
