Abstract
The invention discloses a base station opening method. The method comprises the following steps that: a base station reports geographical position information to a base station controller; and the base station controller returns configuration parameters according to the geographical position information; and the base station receives the configuration parameters and establishes normal communication with the base station controller by using the configuration parameters. The invention also discloses a base station opening system. By adopting the method and the system, the functions of identifying the base station and dynamically updating the configuration parameters according to the geographical position information of the base station are realized by reporting the geographic position information of the base station per se by the base station and dynamically allocating the configuration parameters stored in advance to the base station by the base station controller according to the geographic position information; moreover, the geographical position information ensures that any base station can be accurately identified by the system when powered and operated at any point and the parameters can be allocated accurately; and therefore, the method and the system ensure the reliability of base station identity identification in a certain accuracy range, can meet the requirement on actual use of the base station in a wireless communication network, save production cost and have great flexibility.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of base station communications, and in particular, to a base station activation method and system.
Background
With the development of wireless communication systems, the scale of communication network construction is gradually enlarged, and according to the traditional engineering mode, when a base station is opened, engineering technicians are required to manually set information such as a plurality of base station parameters planned in advance on the site of the base station, so that the base station controller can correctly identify the identity of the base station, and a normal communication link is established with the base station. In addition, information such as base station parameters and the like is stored in a storage device of the base station single board, and in the later normal operation maintenance process, once actions such as replacing the single board or moving the base station occur, the parameter setting work needs to be carried out again, otherwise serious adverse effects may be brought to the base station and even the whole communication network.
In addition, the method for configuring the parameters of the base station on site by engineering technicians has the following disadvantages: the method has certain technical requirements on engineering technicians for base station construction, and when a large-scale communication network is built, a large number of engineering technicians are required to serve thousands of sites, so that the network construction cost is increased; in the normal operation and maintenance process of the network, due to the lack of a mechanism for dynamically updating configuration parameters, service items such as normal single board replacement, maintenance and relocation have larger potential safety hazards, which brings great inconvenience to operation and maintenance personnel and increases the operation and maintenance cost; different equipment suppliers and base station types are different from each other in terms of formats, modes and the like of manually set parameters, and the more kinds of equipment purchased by operators, the greater and more complicated maintenance workload.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a method and a system for opening a base station, which can implement automatic opening of the base station.

the base station reports the geographical position information to a base station controller, and the base station controller inquires and returns configuration parameters according to the geographical position information;
and the base station receives the configuration parameters and establishes normal communication with the base station controller by using the configuration parameters.
Further, the reporting of the geographical location information by the base station is as follows:
after the base station is powered on to operate, initializing a satellite receiving system, and searching satellite signals by the satellite receiving system;
after satellite signals are searched, analyzing the received satellite signal messages and extracting the geographical position information of the base station;
and the base station reports the geographical position information to the base station controller through an initial communication link established with the base station controller.
Further, the base station controller queries and returns configuration parameters according to the geographical location information as follows:
and the base station controller acquires configuration parameters corresponding to the geographical position information from a pre-stored base station configuration data table according to the geographical position information and returns the configuration parameters to the base station.
Further, before the base station receives the configuration parameters, the method further includes: and the base station judges whether the configuration parameters returned by the base station controller are received or not, and when the configuration parameters are not received, the configuration parameters stored locally are used for establishing normal communication with the base station controller.
Further, before the base station uses the configuration parameters to establish normal communication with the base station controller, the method further includes:
judging whether the configuration parameters returned by the base station controller are empty, if not, comparing the locally stored configuration parameters with the returned configuration parameters, and if the locally stored configuration parameters are not consistent with the returned configuration parameters, updating the locally stored configuration parameters into the returned configuration parameters.

the base station is used for reporting the geographical position information to the base station controller, receiving the configuration parameters returned by the base station controller and establishing normal communication with the base station controller by using the configuration parameters;
and the base station controller is used for inquiring and returning configuration parameters according to the geographical position information reported by the base station.
Further, the base station also comprises a satellite receiving system; the base station is also used for initializing the satellite receiving system after power-on operation and reporting the geographical position information extracted by the satellite receiving system to a base station controller through an initial communication link established with the base station controller;
and the satellite receiving system is used for searching satellite signals, analyzing the received satellite signal messages after the satellite signals are searched, and extracting the geographical position information of the base station.
Further, the base station controller is specifically configured to obtain, according to the geographic location information, configuration parameters corresponding to the geographic location information from a pre-stored base station configuration data table, and return the configuration parameters to the base station.

According to the base station opening method and the base station opening system, the geographical position information of the base station is reported by the base station, and the base station controller dynamically allocates the pre-stored configuration parameters to the base station according to the geographical position information, so that the functions of identifying the base station by the geographical position information of the base station and dynamically updating the configuration parameters are realized; moreover, the geographical position information ensures that any base station can be correctly identified by the system and correctly distributed with parameters when being powered on to operate at any place, ensures the reliability of base station identity identification within a certain precision range, is more suitable for the actual use requirement of the base station in a wireless communication network, has good compatibility, saves the production cost and has greater flexibility.

Detailed Description
The basic idea of the invention is as follows: the base station reports the geographical position information to the base station controller; the base station controller inquires and returns configuration parameters according to the geographical position information; and the base station receives the configuration parameters and establishes normal communication with the base station controller by using the configuration parameters.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of examples.
Fig. 1 shows an implementation flow of the base station activation method of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step 101, a base station reports geographical position information to a base station controller;
in the step, the base station is powered on to operate, a satellite receiving system of the base station is initialized, the satellite receiving system searches satellite signals, analyzes received satellite signal messages, extracts geographical position information such as longitude, latitude, altitude and the like of the base station, and reports the geographical position information to the base station controller through an initial communication link established with the base station controller.
102, the base station controller inquires and returns configuration parameters according to the received geographic position information;
specifically, the base station controller inquires a pre-stored base station configuration data table according to the received geographic position information, if the configuration parameters corresponding to the geographic position information exist, the inquiry is successful, and the configuration parameters are returned to the base station; and if the configuration parameter corresponding to the geographical position information does not exist, the query is failed, and a configuration parameter with a null value is returned to the base station.
103, the base station receives the configuration parameters and establishes normal communication with the base station controller by using the configuration parameters;
specifically, the base station first determines whether a configuration parameter returned by the base station controller is received, if the configuration parameter is not received, the local stored configuration parameter is used to establish normal communication with the base station controller when the local stored configuration parameter is not empty, and when the local stored configuration parameter is empty, the base station resets after waiting for a preset time, re-initializes the satellite receiving system, and executes step 101;
when receiving the configuration parameter, further judging whether the received configuration parameter is empty, if so, establishing normal communication with the base station controller by using the locally stored configuration parameter; if not, comparing the locally stored configuration parameters with the returned configuration parameters, and updating the locally stored configuration parameters into the returned configuration parameters when the locally stored configuration parameters are inconsistent with the returned configuration parameters; when the received configuration parameters are null and the locally stored configuration parameters are also null, the base station may choose to wait for a preset time and then reset, reinitialize the satellite receiving system, and execute step 101.
Further, the base station establishes normal communication with the base station controller by using the locally stored configuration parameters, and determines the establishment result, and when the establishment of the normal communication fails, the base station resets after waiting for a preset time, re-initializes the satellite receiving system, and executes step 101.
It should be understood that, in the actual application process, the configuration parameters stored locally for the first time may be the configuration parameters returned by the base station controller received by the base station for the first time; the configuration parameters may also be manually set, and if the configuration parameters are manually set, the situation that the locally stored configuration parameters are not empty is the case, and the situation that the configuration parameters of the existing base station are manually set can be well compatible.
Fig. 2 shows an implementation flow of a specific embodiment of the base station activation method of the present invention, and it needs to be described that the embodiment has configuration parameters stored locally, and as shown in fig. 2, the embodiment includes the following steps:
in this step, the initialization of the satellite receiving system includes the initialization of the receiver, and if the initialization fails or the satellite signal search fails, step 210 is executed, otherwise, step 203 is executed;
in this step, the satellite receiving system analyzes the received satellite signal message, extracts the geographical location information such as the longitude, latitude, altitude, and the like of the base station, if the extraction is successful, the step 204 is executed, otherwise, the step 210 is executed.
the base station reports the geographical position information to the base station controller through an initial communication link established with the base station controller.
specifically, the base station controller inquires a pre-stored base station configuration data table according to the received geographic position information, if the configuration parameters corresponding to the geographic position information exist, the inquiry is successful, and the configuration parameters are returned to the base station; and if the configuration parameter corresponding to the geographical position information does not exist, the query is failed, and a configuration parameter with a null value is returned to the base station.
in this step, the predetermined time may be specifically set according to the user's needs or service requirements.
in this step, when the returned configuration parameters are inconsistent with the locally stored configuration parameters, the returned configuration parameters are used to replace the locally stored configuration parameters, and the locally stored configuration parameters are stored again in the local memory.
specifically, the base station uses the locally stored configuration parameters to establish normal communication with the base station controller, and determines the establishment result, if the establishment is successful, step 211 is executed, otherwise step 212 is executed.
in this step, the preset time may be determined according to a specific service requirement.
Fig. 3 shows a network architecture of the base station provisioning system of the present invention, which includes a base station and a base station controller, as shown in fig. 3; the base station reports the geographical position information to the base station controller through a transmission network; the base station controller inquires and returns configuration parameters to the base station according to the received geographic position information; and the base station establishes normal communication with the base station controller according to the configuration parameters.
The base station opening system of the present invention is described in detail with reference to fig. 4, and as shown in fig. 4, the system includes a base station 10 and a base station controller 20; the base station 10 is configured to report geographical location information to the base station controller 20, receive configuration parameters returned by the base station controller 20, and establish normal communication with the base station controller 20 by using the configuration parameters; the base station controller 20 is configured to query and return configuration parameters according to the geographical location information reported by the base station 10.
Further, the base station 10 further includes a satellite receiving system 11, and when the base station 10 is powered on and operated, the satellite receiving system 11 is initialized, and the geographical location information extracted by the satellite receiving system 11 is reported to the base station controller 20 through an initial communication link established with the base station controller; and the satellite receiving system 11 is configured to search for a satellite signal, and when the satellite signal is searched, analyze the received satellite signal message and extract the geographical location information of the base station 10.
Further, the base station controller 20 is specifically configured to obtain, according to the geographic location information, configuration parameters corresponding to the geographic location information from a pre-stored base station configuration data table, and return the configuration parameters to the base station 10.
Further, the base station 10 is specifically configured to determine whether a configuration parameter returned by the base station controller 20 is received, and when the configuration parameter is not received, perform normal communication with the base station controller 20 by using the locally stored configuration parameter.
Further, the base station 10 is further configured to determine whether the configuration parameter returned by the base station controller 20 is empty, and if not, compare the locally stored configuration parameter with the returned configuration parameter, and if the two are not consistent, update the locally stored configuration parameter to the returned configuration parameter, and when the base station 10 uses the locally stored configuration parameter to establish normal communication with the base station controller 20, and when the normal communication is failed to be established, the base station waits for a preset time and then resets, and reports the geographical location information extracted by the satellite receiving system 11 to the base station controller 20 again.

1. A method for opening a base station, the method comprising:
the base station reports the geographical position information to a base station controller, and the base station controller inquires and returns configuration parameters according to the geographical position information;
and the base station receives the configuration parameters and establishes normal communication with the base station controller by using the configuration parameters.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the reporting of the geographical location information by the base station is:
after the base station is powered on to operate, initializing a satellite receiving system, and searching satellite signals by the satellite receiving system;
after satellite signals are searched, analyzing the received satellite signal messages and extracting the geographical position information of the base station;
and the base station reports the geographical position information to the base station controller through an initial communication link established with the base station controller.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the base station controller queries and returns configuration parameters according to the geographical location information as:

5. The method of any of claims 1 to 4, wherein before the base station uses the configuration parameters to establish normal communication with a base station controller, the method further comprises:
judging whether the configuration parameters returned by the base station controller are empty, if not, comparing the locally stored configuration parameters with the returned configuration parameters, and if the locally stored configuration parameters are not consistent with the returned configuration parameters, updating the locally stored configuration parameters into the returned configuration parameters;
correspondingly, the base station using the configuration parameters to establish normal communication with the base station controller is as follows:
the base station uses the locally stored configuration parameters to establish normal communication with the base station controller.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising: when the normal communication between the base station and the base station controller fails, the base station resets after waiting for a preset time, and reports the geographical position information to the base station controller again.

A base station opening system is characterized in that the system comprises a base station and a base station controller; the base station is used for reporting the geographical position information to the base station controller, receiving the configuration parameters returned by the base station controller and establishing normal communication with the base station controller by using the configuration parameters;
and the base station controller is used for inquiring and returning configuration parameters according to the geographical position information reported by the base station.

The system of claim 7, wherein the base station further comprises a satellite receiving system; the base station is also used for initializing the satellite receiving system after power-on operation and reporting the geographical position information extracted by the satellite receiving system to a base station controller through an initial communication link established with the base station controller;
and the satellite receiving system is used for searching satellite signals, analyzing the received satellite signal messages after the satellite signals are searched, and extracting the geographical position information of the base station.

The system of claim 7, wherein the base station controller is specifically configured to obtain, according to the geographic location information, configuration parameters corresponding to the geographic location information from a pre-stored base station configuration data table, and return the configuration parameters to the base station.

The system of claim 7, wherein the base station is specifically configured to determine whether a configuration parameter returned by the base station controller is received, and when the configuration parameter is not received, use the locally stored configuration parameter to perform normal communication with the base station controller.

The system according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein the base station is further configured to determine whether the configuration parameters returned by the base station controller are empty and not empty, compare the locally stored configuration parameters with the returned configuration parameters, and if the locally stored configuration parameters are not consistent with the returned configuration parameters, update the locally stored configuration parameters to the returned configuration parameters;
