Abstract
A SYSTEM FOR PICK-UP SERVICES FOR RETAIL STORES
The present invention relates to a system for pick-up services for retail stores. The object of the
proposed invention is to provide a mobile configurtion through which user will be able to order
goods available within the selected storesopickthemupataspecifiedtime.The customers enjoy the
online shopping and collect the parcel from the retailer on the same day or the other and could
check and replace the product on the same day or at the same time if they are not satisfied with
the product received.
Description
Technical field of invention:
The present invention relates to the field of information technology and more specifically relates to a simulation and application development of pickup services for retail store.
Background of the present invention
The background information herein below relates to the present disclosure but is not necessarily prior art.
Nowadays, one in every of the most important transformations using technologies is that the online shopping system. It also has almost the identical size of the market as a general physical market possesses. Online shopping systems are a process during which customers are being given the choice of buying goods and services directly from the vendor, tired a true time environment.
Online shopping is an application of the net as electronic commerce. From the business perspective, customers usually find the products more attractive as they get all the small print available there. People in large numbers do online shopping today, and it's not only because it's convenient in concert can shop from home, but also because there are ample amounts of sorts available, with a high competition of costs, and it's easy to navigate for searching regarding any item. For sellers, their product has access to a bigger section of individuals which also increases the quantity of consumers and enhances the customer relationships. The application is extremely useful where the customer can directly buy the products from home via the web on mobile or system. The appliance reduces lots of workload for customer still as owner.
Due to this there was a great disturbance seen between the retailers as online marketing was affecting the retailers as there was a much reduction in the purchasing of things from the customers. So, the major problems to the people that we found from our research was that people wanted to experience online shopping but with that they also wanted to collect their parcel on their own.
Thus to overcome the limitations of the existing technology and to fulfil the requirement of customer there is need to develop a solution to the customer as well as retailers. Hence the present invention provides a simulation and application development of pickup services for retail store.
Objective of the invention:
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a simulation and application development of pickup services for retail store.
Another object of the present invention is to develop a mobile application through which you'll be able to order goods available within the selected store so pick them up at a specified time.
Summary of the invention
Accordingly present invention provides a system for pick-up services for retail stores. The tools used are MIT configuration integrated for development environment originally used for the design, emulation, and scheduling of complex systems and Firebase which is a platform developed for creating mobile and web applications. The customers enjoy the online shopping and collect the parcel from the retailer on the same day or the other and could check and replace the product on the same day or at the same time if they are not satisfied with the product received. The present invention relates to a simulation and application development of pickup services for retail store.
The proposed invention provides a mobile application through which user will be able to order goods available within the selected store so pick them up at a specified time.
In the proposed invention the tools used are MIT integrated development environment originally used for the design, emulation, and scheduling of complex systems and Firebase which is a platform developed for creating mobile and web applications.
In the embodiment, a mobile application for online ordering of goods is provided. The goal is to make customers enjoy the online shopping but also with that they could collect the parcel from the retailer on the same day or the other and could check and replace the product on the same day or at the same time if they are not satisfied with the product received.
Also with this app user would get slots if they missed the allotted one on the same day, and this app which is developed will reach in every store and there would not be any issue to customers regarding the location as the customers would be allotted with the nearest store.
The many features and advantages of the invention are apparent from the detailed specification, and thus, it is intended by the appended claims to cover all such features and advantages of the invention which fall within the true spirit and scope of the invention. Further, since numerous modifications and variations will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the invention to the exact construction and operation illustrated and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the invention.

1. A system for pick-up services for retail stores, wherein
customer will be able to order goods available within the selected stores o pick them up at a specified time.
2. The system for pick-up services for retail stores as claimed in claim 1 wherein the tools used are MIT app integrated development environment originally used for the design, emulation, and scheduling of complex systems and Firebase which is a platform developed by for creating mobile and web applications.
3. The system for pick-up services for retail stores as claimed in claim 1 wherein the customer could collect the parcel from the retailer on the same day or the other and could check and replace the product on the same day or at the same time if they are not satisfied with the product received.
