Abstract

Disclosed is a hotel object conveying robot. The hotel object conveying robot comprises a robot shell, a signal processing unit, a moving seat and multiple layers of luggage placing racks, wherein the robot shell is fixed to the moving seat with moving wheels installed at the bottom, the multiple layers of luggage placing racks are sequentially located in the robot shell from top to bottom, and the signal processing unit is installed on the robot shell and used for controlling the robot to walk and store objects; the multiple layers of luggage placing racks comprise a bottom large luggage placing rack, a middle luggage placing rack and an upper portable object placing rack, and a conveying belt is installed on the bottom surface of the bottom large luggage placing rack; buckling covers are arranged on the outer sides of the middle luggage placing rack and the upper portable object placing rack; and a storage groove is formed in the top surface of the robot shell, and a cup holder is fixed to one side of the robot shell. HOTEL OBJECT CONVEYING ROBOT TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of hotel services, and particularly relates to a hotel object conveying robot.
BACKGROUNDART
[02] At present, the schedule work of the hotel industry is mainly based on manual work, check-in, check-out, room replacement and the like all need to go to a hotel foreground to find
workers for manual handling, and special personnel need to take charge of welcoming services
of hotels, guidance of room positions, question answering and the like. Along with the
appearance of intelligent service robots, many hotels start trying to use hotel robots, which can
not only attract consumers, but also make hotel services more intelligent and secure. At present,
service robots applied to hotels are mainly used for automatically conveying objects and
restaurant services. An existing automatic hotel object conveying robot aims at large luggage
inconvenient for customers to store and take in the object conveying process.
SUMMARY
[03] Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a hotel object conveying robot to
solve the above-mentioned problems existing in the prior art, customers can store different
types of luggage conveniently, and the luggage can be taken conveniently.
[04] Embodiments of the present disclosure provide the following scheme: the hotel object
conveying robot provided by the present disclosure comprises a robot shell, a signal processing
unit, a moving seat and multiple layers of luggage placing racks, wherein the robot shell is fixed
to the moving seat with moving wheels installed at the bottom, the multiple layers of luggage
placing racks are sequentially located in the robot shell from top to bottom, and the signal
processing unit is installed on the robot shell and used for controlling the robot to walk and
store objects;
the multiple layers of luggage placing racks comprise a bottom large luggage placing rack, a middle luggage placing rack and an upper portable object placing rack, a conveying belt is installed on the bottom surface of the bottom large luggage placing rack, and a motor used for driving the conveying belt to rotate is electrically connected with the signal processing unit; buckling covers are arranged on the outer side of the middle luggage placing rack and the outer side of the upper portable object placing rack; and storage grooves are formed in the top surface of the robot shell, and a cup holder is fixed to one side of the robot shell.
[05] Preferably, an anti-collision protection gasket sleeves the outer wall of the moving seat.
[06] Preferably, cameras are installed on the four side edges of the moving seat, the cameras are electrically connected with the signal processing unit, and the cameras are used for
checking the road condition around the robot and judging the moving direction.
[071 Preferably, the size of the bottom of the robot shell is smaller than that of the top
surface of the moving seat, an inclined conveying belt is further arranged between the outer
edge of the bottom large luggage placing rack and the front side edge of the moving seat, and
the motor for driving the inclined conveying belt to rotate is in electric signal connection with
the signal processing unit.
[08] Preferably, a hook is arranged at the top of the robot shell.
[09] Preferably, the storage grooves formed in the top surface of the robot shell comprise a
mobile phone storage groove and a computer storage groove, a portable computer or a tablet
computer is stored in the computer storage groove, and a safety buckling belt used for fixing the
portable computer or the tablet computer is arranged at the position of the computer storage
groove.
[10] Preferably, horizontal moving mechanisms are arranged at the bottom of the middle
luggage placing rack and the bottom of the upper portable object placing rack, the horizontal
moving mechanism comprises a moving frame, sliding strips are fixedly connected to the two
sides of the moving frame, sliding grooves matched with the sliding strips are formed in the two
sides of the inner wall of the robot shell, a rack is fixedly connected to the bottom of the moving frame, a gear is meshed with the bottom of the rack, the motor is fixedly installed on the side, close to the gear, of the inner wall of the robot shell, and the output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the axis of the gear.
[11] Preferably, the signal processing unit comprises a GPS positioning module electrically connected with a rechargeable battery, a wireless communication module, a touch screen and a face recognition camera, the GPS positioning module and the wireless communication module are in electric signal connection with a hotel background control center, the touch screen and the face recognition camera are located at the top of the robot shell, and the touch screen is used for operating the object conveying robot by workers or customers; and the face recognition camera is a wide-angle camera and is used for accurately recognizing customers.
[12] Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following beneficial technical effects:
[131 The hotel object conveying robot in the present disclosure is provided with the multiple layers of luggage placing racks, luggage of customers can be placed in a classified mode, large luggage is easy to store, special placement space is provided for personal belongings, the practicability is better, and the design is more humanized and reasonable.
[14] In one form, the present disclosure as claimed herein provides a hotel object conveying robot, comprising a robot shell, a signal processing unit, a moving seat and multiple layers of luggage placing racks, wherein the robot shell is fixed to the moving seat with moving wheels installed at the bottom, the multiple layers of luggage placing racks are sequentially located in the robot shell from top to bottom, and the signal processing unit is installed on the robot shell and used for controlling the robot to walk and store objects, wherein the multiple layers of luggage placing racks comprise a bottom large luggage placing rack, a middle luggage placing rack and an upper portable object placing rack, a conveying belt is installed on the bottom surface of the bottom large luggage placing rack, and a motor used for driving the conveying belt to rotate is electrically connected with the signal processing unit; buckling covers are arranged on the outer side of the middle luggage placing rack and the outer side of the upper portable object placing rack; and storage grooves are formed in the top surface of the robot shell, and a cup holder is fixed to one side of the robot shell.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[19] The following clearly and completely describes the technical scheme in the
embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the attached figures in the
embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely a
part rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments
obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without
creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
[20] The present disclosure aims to provide a hotel object conveying robot to solve the
above-mentioned problems existing in the prior art, customers can store different types of luggage conveniently, and the luggage can be taken conveniently.
[21] To make the foregoing objective, features and advantages of the present disclosure clearer and more comprehensible, the present disclosure is further described in detail below
with reference to the attached figures and specific embodiments.
[22] As shown in FIG. 1, the embodiment provides a hotel object conveying robot, comprising a robot shell, a signal processing unit, a moving seat 9 and multiple layers of
luggage placing racks, wherein the robot shell is fixed to the moving seat 9 with moving wheels
7 installed at the bottom, the multiple layers of luggage placing racks are sequentially located in
the robot shell from top to bottom, and the signal processing unit is installed on the robot shell
and used for controlling the robot to walk and store objects;
the multiple layers of luggage placing racks comprise a bottom large luggage placing
rack 6, a middle luggage placing rack 5 and an upper portable object placing rack 4, a
conveying belt 11 is installed on the bottom surface of the bottom large luggage placing rack 6,
and a motor used for driving the conveying belt 11 to rotate is electrically connected with the
signal processing unit; buckling covers 15 are arranged on the outer side of the middle luggage
placing rack 5 and the outer side of the upper portable object placing rack 4; and storage
grooves 16 are formed in the top surface of the robot shell, and a cup holder (unshown in the
figures) is fixed to one side of the robot shell.
[23] The hotel object conveying robot is provided with the multiple layers of luggage
placing rack, luggage is placed in a classified mode, after large luggage cases are slightly lifted
to a certain height by customers or hotel workers to reach the moving seat 9, the signal
processing unit can control the motor to rotate, and then the conveying belt 11 is driven to move
the luggage cases towards the inner side of the robot shell, so that the hotel object conveying
robot is convenient; width-adjustable guardrails are arranged on the two sides of the robot shell,
and the distance between the guardrails on the two sides can be adjusted according to the widths
of luggage cases to adapt to the luggage cases of different sizes; in the middle luggage placing
rack 5 and the upper portable object placing rack 4, objects such as backpacks or other
handbags can be placed in the robot shell by opening the buckling covers 15, and then the buckling covers 15 are closed, so that the privacy of private objects can be guaranteed, and the objects can be prevented from falling off in the object conveying process of the robot; further, along with frequent use of portable computers and tablet computers in life, most customers can carry the portable computers or the tablet computers; the storage grooves 16 formed in the top surface of the robot shell comprises a mobile phone storage groove and a computer storage groove; the portable computer or the tablet computer is stored in the computer storage groove; and a safety buckling belt used for fixing the portable computer or the tablet computer is arranged at the position of the computer storage groove. Customers can directly place the portable computer or the tablet computer in the storage groove 16 in the top of the robot shell and then tightly buckle a safety tying belt at the storage groove 16, the portable computer or the tablet computer is convenient to store and take, and in order to guarantee the safety of the portable computer or the tablet computer, a password switch lock can be further arranged at the buckling position of the safety tying belt.
[24] In the embodiment, the cameras 8 are installed on the four side edges of the moving seat 9, the cameras 8 are electrically connected with the signal processing unit, the cameras 8 are used for checking the road condition around the robot and judging the moving direction, pedestrians or obstacles can be avoided at any time, and an anti-collision protection gasket sleeves the outer wall of the moving seat 9, so that collision of the robot shell is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
[25] In order to facilitate placement of large luggage in the bottom large luggage placing rack 6, the size of the bottom of the robot shell is smaller than that of the top surface of the moving seat 9, an inclined conveying belt 10 is further arranged between the outer edge of the bottom large luggage placing rack 6 and the front side edge of the moving seat 9, and the motor for driving the inclined conveying belt 10 to rotate is in electric signal connection with the signal processing unit. Hotel workers or customers only need to slightly lift the luggage cases to the position of the moving seat 9, a pressure sensor at the position of the inclined conveying belt 10 senses the weight, the weight can be fed back to the signal processing unit, then the motor for driving the inclined conveying belt 10 to rotate is controlled to start to operate, and under the auxiliary force of the inclined conveying belt 10, the luggage cases can be easily conveyed to the bottom large luggage placing rack 6, and then the conveying belt 11 drives the luggage cases to be conveyed into the robot shell.
[26] In addition, a hook 1 is arranged at the top of the robot shell, so that the customers can conveniently hang plastic bags, U-shaped pillows or other objects which are carried
conveniently on the robot.
[271 In the embodiment, horizontal moving mechanisms are arranged at the bottom of the
middle luggage placing rack 5 and the bottom of the upper portable object placing rack 4, the
horizontal moving mechanism comprises a moving frame, sliding strips 14 are fixedly
connected to the two sides of the moving frame, sliding grooves matched with the sliding strips
14 are formed in the two sides of the inner wall of the robot shell, a rack 12 is fixedly connected
to the bottom of the moving frame, a gear 13 is meshed with the bottom of the rack 12, the
motor is fixedly installed on the side, close to the gear 13, of the inner wall of the robot shell,
and the output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the axis of the gear 13.
[281 The signal processing unit comprises a GPS positioning module electrically connected
with a rechargeable battery, a wireless communication module, a touch screen 3 and a face
recognition camera 2, the GPS positioning module and the wireless communication module are
in electric signal connection with a hotel background control center, the touch screen 3 and the
face recognition camera 2 are located at the top of the robot shell, and the touch screen 3 is used
for operating the object conveying robot by workers or customers; and the face recognition
camera 2 is a wide-angle camera and is used for accurately recognizing customers.
[29] When the hotel object conveying robot is used, the customers are recognized through the face recognition camera 2, after recognition is completed, the motor is started, the output
shaft of the motor drives the gear 13 to rotate, the gear 13 drives the rack 12 to move, and the
rack 12 transfers the luggage cases to the middle luggage placing rack 5 or the upper portable
object placing rack 4 of the robot shell through the moving frame; the inclined conveying belt
and the conveying belt 11 operate to transfer the large luggage cases into the robot shell; the
customers correspondingly place the computers, the water cups and the like carried by the
customers on the robot shell, after storage is completed, the object conveying robot judges the room positions of the customers according to pre-identified customer information, and after the customer objects are conveyed to the corresponding rooms, the conveying belt 11 and the inclined conveying belt 10 rotate reversely, and the large luggage cases are moved out; and meanwhile, objects in the upper portable object placing rack 3 and the middle luggage placing rack 5 can be taken out, and the customers can take out the objects such as the computers or the water cups by himself/herself.
[30] It needs to be noted that for those skilled in the art, obviously the present disclosure is not limited to the details of the exemplary embodiment, and the present disclosure can be achieved in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics of the present disclosure. Claims (5)

1. A hotel object conveying robot, comprising a robot shell, a signal processing unit, a moving seat and multiple layers of luggage placing racks, wherein the robot shell is fixed to the moving seat with moving wheels installed at the bottom, the multiple layers of luggage placing racks are sequentially located in the robot shell from top to bottom, and the signal processing unit is installed on the robot shell and used for controlling the robot to walk and store objects, wherein the multiple layers of luggage placing racks comprise a bottom large luggage placing rack, a middle luggage placing rack and an upper portable object placing rack, a conveying belt is installed on the bottom surface of the bottom large luggage placing rack, and a motor used for driving the conveying belt to rotate is electrically connected with the signal processing unit; buckling covers are arranged on the outer side of the middle luggage placing rack and the outer side of the upper portable object placing rack; and storage grooves are formed in the top surface of the robot shell, and a cup holder is fixed to one side of the robot shell.
2. The hotel object conveying robot according to claim 1, wherein an anti-collision protection gasket sleeves the outer wall of the moving seat.
3. The hotel object conveying robot according to claim 1, wherein cameras are installed on the four side edges of the moving seat, the cameras are electrically connected with the signal processing unit, and the cameras are used for checking the road condition around the robot and judging the moving direction.
4. The hotel object conveying robot according to claim 1, wherein the size of the bottom of the robot shell is smaller than that of the top surface of the moving seat, an inclined conveying belt is further arranged between the outer edge of the bottom large luggage placing rack and the front side edge of the moving seat, and the motor for driving the inclined conveying belt to rotate is in electric signal connection with the signal processing unit.

The hotel object conveying robot according to claim 1, wherein a hook is arranged at the top of the robot shell, wherein the storage grooves formed in the top surface of the robot shell comprise a mobile phone storage groove and a computer storage groove, a portable computer or a tablet computer is stored in the computer storage groove, and a safety buckling belt used for fixing the portable computer or the tablet computer is arranged at the position of the computer storage groove, wherein horizontal moving mechanisms are arranged at the bottom of the middle luggage placing rack and the bottom of the upper portable object placing rack, the horizontal moving mechanism comprises a moving frame, sliding strips are fixedly connected to the two sides of the moving frame, sliding grooves matched with the sliding strips are formed in the two sides of the inner wall of the robot shell, a rack is fixedly connected to the bottom of the moving frame, a gear is meshed with the bottom of the rack, the motor is fixedly installed on the side, close to the gear, of the inner wall of the robot shell, and the output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the axis of the gear, and wherein the signal processing unit comprises a GPS positioning module electrically connected with a rechargeable battery, a wireless communication module, a touch screen and a face recognition camera, the GPS positioning module and the wireless communication module are in electric signal connection with a hotel background control center, the touch screen and the face recognition camera are located at the top of the robot shell, and the touch screen is used for operating the object conveying robot by workers or customers; and the face recognition camera is a wide-angle camera and is used for accurately recognizing customers.
