Description
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a production safety method for milk in a farm, in particular to a compound preparation and a method for inhibiting growth of mycotoxin in a milk container.
Background
Milk has become a necessity of life. However, mycotoxin has become one of main quality safety risk factors of the milk and threatened the human health severely. A large number of milk containers need to be employed in the milk production process. The milk containers are cleaned with clear water generally in the site because they are recycled, which is easy to produce the mycotoxin in the milk containers and then pollute milk products. However, the mycotoxin cannot be degraded by using whether pasteurization or high temperature sterilization in the milk processing process, which harms human bodies to a certain degree. At present, countries with developed dairy industry have already actively monitored the milk polluted by the mycotoxin, and an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, serving as a milk rapid detection method, has already been widely applied to analysis and detection of the mycotoxin. However, there is no good method for realizing the inhibition of the mycotoxin in each production link. As a farm production link, growth of the mycotoxin caused by residual milk in the milk containers is an important pollution link. The existing milk container scouring mode is as follows: the milk containers (including milk containers on milk tankers) should be cleaned once immediately every day when being empty. When the milk containers are incompletely cleaned, cow milk may be polluted severely, bacteria can also grow even at a low temperature, and thus the quality of the cow milk is poor. When the milk
Description
containers are cleaned, water at a temperature of 15-45°C is used, and manual scrubbing is a relatively complete cleaning method. All parts in each milk container is scrubbed. Milk pumps, milk tubes and valves need to be cleaned with the clear water once after each use and should be scoured and cleaned twice per week. Particularly, it should be noted that parts including outlet valves, stirrers, tank covers and tank corners need to be scoured, and it needs to ensure that a cleaning agent is in contact with all the parts in each container for at least 2 min. The problems of the above method are as follows: manual cleaning has the possibility of missing scrubbing, the employed warm water cannot completely clean the interior of each valve, and the stirrers, the tank covers and the tank corners are difficult in complete cleaning, which may cause a cleaning dead angle and then cause growth of the mycotoxin.
Summary A purpose of the present invention is to provide a compound preparation and a method for inhibiting growth of mycotoxin in a milk container with respect to the above defects in the prior art, which may lower growth of the mycotoxin, reduce the mycotoxin in raw milk and then improve the quality and the safety of the raw milk. The technical solution of the compound preparation for inhibiting growth of the mycotoxin in the milk container provided by the present invention is as follows: the compound preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.8-1.2 parts of garlic, 0.2-0.3 part of Flos caryophylli, 1.5-2.5 parts of Flos chrysanthemi indici, 0.3-0.7 part of Azadirachta Indica A., 0.8-1.2 parts of Herba taraxaci, 0.2-0.3 part of seaweed meal and 0.8-1.2 parts of Herba artemisiaescopariae. Preferably, the compound preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of garlic, 0.25 part of Flos caryophylli, 2 parts
Description
of Flos chrysanthemi indici, 0.5 part of Azadirachta Indica A., 1 part of Herba taraxaci, 0.25 part of seaweed meal and 0.5 part of Herba artemisiaescopariae. A preparation method of the compound preparation for inhibiting growth of the mycotoxin in the milk container provided by the present invention comprises the following steps: (1) coarsely crushing the Flos caryophylli, the Flos chrysanthemi indici, the Azadirachta Indica A., the Herba taraxaci and the Herba artemisiae scopariae according to the above ratio; (2) drying a mixture obtained in the step (1); (3) drying and crushing the garlic to obtain garlic powder; (4) mixing the garlic powder with the dried mixture in the step (2), and then conducting crushing; (5) uniformly mixing the seaweed meal with the mixture in the step (4); (6) drying a mixture obtained in the step (5) to obtain the compound preparation for inhibiting growth of the mycotoxin in the milk container. The present invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) In a preparation process of the present invention, a method of uniform mixing in batch and drying in batch is employed, so that effective components of traditional Chinese medicines are kept to the maximum degree, and the curative effect is improved; (2) In composition of a drug and determination of a ratio of the present invention, a formula and a ratio thereof are obtained by screening through a great number of tests, that is, 1 part of garlic, 0.25 part of Flos caryophylli, 2 parts of Flos chrysanthemi indici, 0.5 part of Azadirachta Indica A., 1 part of Herba taraxaci, 0.25 part of seaweed meal and 0.5 part of Herba artemisiae scopariae, which are not described in the prior art and are optimal in effect; (3) The conventional technical biases are overcome, and a formula is innovated by carefully selecting traditional Chinese medicines with definite effect, such as the garlic, the Flos chrysanthemi indici and the Azadirachta Indica A., and mixing the above traditional Chinese medicines with the seaweed meal;
Description
(4) After the milk container is scoured, the quality of the milk is not affected although there are less residues; resistance of people can even be improved; and a taste of the milk can also be improved with fragrance of the Flos chrysanthemi indici. In addition, the garlic in the present invention contains rich proteins, oligosaccharide, polysaccharides, fats, minerals and the like, has the efficacy of resisting tumors and pathogenic microorganisms, preventing and controlling cardiovascular diseases and the like, can exert the effects of preventing diseases and protecting health after being taken for a long time, is a common clinical medicine and is mainly used for broad-spectrum bacterium resistance, sterilization, inflammation reduction and the like. The Flos caryophylli is warm in nature, is acrid in taste, distributes to spleen, stomach, lung or kidney channels, contains clove oil, has the characteristics of a preservative and a fungicide and may further aid digestion. The Flos chrysanthemi indici is bitter and little cool in nature, is acrid in taste and has the efficacy of dispelling wind and heat, dispersing swelling and removing toxicity. Azadirachtin extracted from the Azadirachta Indica A. can prevent biosynthesis of the mycotoxin and is a broad-spectrum, efficient, low-toxicity and easily degradable insecticide without residues, as recognized around the world. The Herba taraxaci is bitter and cool in nature, is sweet in taste and has the efficacy of clearing away heat and toxic materials, dispersing swelling and removing stasis. The seaweed meal contains the polysaccharide, is capable of boosting immunity and has the anticancer activity. The Herba artemisiae scopariae is rich in vitamins as well as multi-trace elements and more than 20 kinds of amino acids necessary for a human body and has a good health care function. The above seven traditional Chinese medicines are combined to use and collectively exert the efficacy of clearing away heat and toxic materials, inhibiting the mycotoxin and enhancing the organism resistivity. For the compound preparation of the present invention, common Chinese herbal medicines are reasonably formulated and utilized, the drug availability is improved after partial extraction, and the dosage is reduced; and repeated test

After administration, at the last day of each week, sampling was conducted from the milk containers randomly in each group for detecting the aflatoxin M1; and the raw milk was sampled, boiled and then tasted by 10 persons in blind each time. Result and analysis 2.1 Change in aflatoxin M1 The aflatoxin M1 was detected before the experiment was started. After 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks after administration, detection was conducted again, and results were obviously changed. After administration, the content of the aflatoxin M1 in each test group was obviously lowered. Although each detection value did not exceed 0.5 pg/kg specified by the state, the aflatoxin may accumulate in a human body if being taken continuously, so that presence of the aflatoxin should still be reduced to lower the risk. Through detection in a laboratory, the concentration of the aflatoxin of 2% for once a week for 2 weeks is the best. Specifically see Table 2.

2.2 Changes in taste and flavor after boiling In the whole experimental period, the milk in a low-dosage group, a medium-dosage group and a high-dosage group was considered to be fresh in taste and flavor after being boiled, so that the number of people for lowered milk odor is gradually increased, the number of people in the medium-dosage group is the most, and then the high-dosage group. Specifically see Table 3.

3 Discussion In this experiment, after the milk containers were scoured by the compound preparation, certain effects of inhibiting the contents of the aflatoxin M1 and improving the taste of the milk were exerted. However, a difference between
Description
groups in inhibition performance was not significant, while the inhibition performance was significantly better than that of a blank control group without administration after the experiment was ended. However, the taste of the milk in an administration group was significantly better than that in the blank control group. For the compound preparation of the present invention, common Chinese herbal medicines are reasonably formulated and utilized, the drug availability is improved after partial extraction, and the dosage is reduced. The results of repeated experiments in the milk container of the farm in the later period show that the compound preparation has a relatively good effect of inhibiting growth of the mycotoxin and the effect of obviously improving the taste of the milk. The above only describes part of preferred embodiments of the present invention. Those skilled in the art familiar with the field may use the described technical solution to modify the present invention or modify the described technical solution into an equivalent technical solution. Thus, any simple modification or equivalent replacement made according to the technical solution of the present invention belongs to the protection scope of the present invention.
