hammer barrel through steel wire ropes, the heavy hammer barrel is hung in a steel

TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of bulk material conveying, and particularly relates to a novel long-distance closed type conveyor tensioning device.
BACKGROUND Fine particulate matter (PM2.5) pollution is a worldwide problem, and in recent years, relevant national departments, conveyor manufacturers and researchers pay more attention to the requirements for the environment; when bulk materials are conveyed by environment-friendly belt conveyors and air cushion conveyors, the bulk materials contain a large amount of dust particles, a large amount of dust overflows in the material transporting process, and the air pollution problem caused by high dust concentration becomes more and more serious; a tensioning device is a part of a belt conveyor transfer system, in the transporting process, bulk particles and air interact to generate a large amount of dust, and the size of the dust particles seriously exceeds the environmental particle pollution requirement; and a traditional trolley tensioning device is an open system instead of a closed system, and the tensioning stroke is short.
SUMMARY Aiming at the technical problem that the tensioning device cannot be closed and is short in tensioning stroke, the present disclosure provides a novel long-distance closed type conveyor tensioning device which is high in good in sealing performance, long in stroke and high in efficiency. In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme adopted by the present disclosure is as follows: A novel long-distance closed type conveyor tensioning device comprises a fixing sleeve, movable sleeves, a tail sleeve, a protection sleeve, a tensioning trolley, walking wheels, guide rails, supports, carrier rollers, steel wire ropes, a heavy hammer barrel and a steel frame structure, the fixing sleeve is sequentially connected with the movable sleeves and the tail sleeve in a cup joint mode, at least two movable sleeves are arranged, the two movable sleeves are connected in the cup joint mode, the tail sleeve is fixedly connected with a protection cover, the protection cover is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the tensioning trolley, the walking wheels are arranged on the two sides of the tail sleeve and the two sides of the movable sleeve adjacent to the tail sleeve respectively, the tensioning trolley and the walking wheels are arranged on the guide rails, the guide rails are fixedly mounted on the supports, the carrier rollers are fixedly mounted at the upper end of the fixing sleeve, the tensioning trolley is connected with the heavy hammer barrel through the steel wire ropes, the heavy hammer barrel is hung in the steel frame structure through the steel wire ropes, and the steel frame structure is arranged on one side of the supports. Sealing structures are arranged at the cup joint positions of the fixing sleeve and the movable sleeves and the cup joint positions of the movable sleeves and the tail sleeve respectively, each sealing structure comprises a flange, a sealing plate and a pressing plate, and each flange is sequentially and fixedly connected with the corresponding sealing plate and the corresponding pressing plate through a bolt. A sealing strip is arranged at the end part of each sealing plate. The sealing plates adopt industrial rubber, and the pressing plates adopt Q235. The tensioning trolley comprises a trolley type tensioning frame, wheels and a roller, the protection cover is fixedly connected to the upper end of the trolley type tensioning frame, the wheels are arranged at the bottom of the trolley type tensioning frame, the roller is fixedly mounted on the trolley type tensioning frame, the roller comprises a roller shaft, a receiving disc, metal strips, the roller shaft is rotationally connected with the receiving disc, and the metal strips are distributed on the outer side of the receiving disc along the circumferential direction. A sweeper is fixed to the lower end of a side plate of the fixing sleeve, and an electric push rod device is arranged on the sweeper. Compared with the prior art, the novel long-distance closed type conveyor tensioning device has the following beneficial effects: A sealing telescopic telescoping trolley tensioning device is adopted, and different tensioning distance adjusting ranges are achieved; due to the arrangement of the roller structure, the manufacturing cost of a traditional roller is reduced, and the phenomenon that a conveyor belt deviates due to dust compaction caused by material accumulation of bulk material dust between the roller and the conveyor belt is avoided; and a closed space and a sweeping device can effectively prevent dust from flying, and pollution to the surrounding environment and conveyed materials is avoided.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION The following clearly and completely describes the technical scheme in the embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely a part rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure. A novel long-distance closed type conveyor tensioning device, as shown in FIG. 1, comprises a fixing sleeve 1, movable sleeves 2, a tail sleeve 3, a protection sleeve 4, a tensioning trolley 5, walking wheels 6, guide rails 7, supports 8, carrier rollers 9, steel wire ropes 10, a heavy hammer barrel 11 and a steel frame structure 12, the fixing sleeve 1 is sequentially connected with the movable sleeves 2 and the tail sleeve 3 in a cup joint mode, at least two movable sleeves 2 are arranged, the two movable sleeves 2 are connected in the cup joint mode, the cup joint number of the movable sleeves 2 can be increased according to the tensioning stroke requirement of the trolley, and the long tensioning stroke is achieved. The tail sleeve 3 is fixedly connected with a protection cover 4, the protection cover 4 is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the tensioning trolley 5, the walking wheels 6 are arranged on the two sides of the tail sleeve 3 and the two sides of the movable sleeve 2 adjacent to the tail sleeve 3 respectively, the tensioning trolley 5 and the walking wheels 6 are arranged on the guide rails 7, the guide rails 7 are fixedly mounted on the supports 8, the carrier rollers 9 are fixedly mounted at the upper end of the fixing sleeve 1, a conveyor belt enters the tensioning trolley 5 through the carrier rollers 9, the tensioning trolley 5 is connected with the heavy hammer barrel 11 through the steel wire ropes 10, the heavy hammer barrel 11 is hung in the steel frame structure 12 through the steel wire ropes 10, and the steel frame structure 12 is arranged on one side of the supports 8. Under the action of gravity of the heavy hammer barrel 11, due to the transmissibility of force, at the moment, due to the acting force of the heavy hammer barrel 11 on the tail sleeve 3, the tail sleeve 3 acts on the movable sleeves 2, and the movable sleeves 2 act on the fixing sleeve 1, so that telescopic displacement between the movable sleeves 2 and the tail sleeve 3 is achieved. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, sealing structures 13 are arranged at the cup joint positions of the fixing sleeve 1 and the movable sleeves 2 and the cup joint positions of the movable sleeves 2 and the tail sleeve 3 respectively, each sealing structure 13 comprises a flange 13-1, a sealing plate 13-2 and a pressing plate 13-3, and each flange 13-1 is sequentially and fixedly connected with the corresponding sealing plate 13-2 and the corresponding pressing plate 13-3 through a bolt 13-4. By mounting the flanges 13-1, the sealing plates 13-2 and the pressing plates 13-3, dust overflow of materials conveyed inside is avoided. Further, preferably, a sealing strip 13-5 is arranged at the end part of each sealing plate 13-2, so that the phenomenon of dust overflow when the materials are conveyed inside is prevented more effectively. Further, preferably, the sealing plates 13-2 adopt industrial rubber, and the pressing plates 13-3 adopt Q235. Further, the tensioning trolley 5 comprises a trolley type tensioning frame 5-1, wheels 5-2 and a roller 5-3, the protection cover 4 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the trolley type tensioning frame 5-1, the wheels 5-2 are arranged at the bottom of the trolley type tensioning frame 5-1, the roller 5-3 is fixedly mounted on the trolley type tensioning frame 1, as shown in FIG. 3, the roller 5-3 comprises a roller shaft 5-3-1, a receiving disc 5-3-2, metal strips 5-5-3, the roller shaft 5-3-1 is rotationally connected with the receiving disc 5-3-2, and the metal strips 5-3-3 are distributed on the outer side of the receiving disc 5-3-2 along the circumferential direction. The conveyor belt enters the tensioning trolley 5 through the carrier roller 9 and passes through the roller 5-3, and the structure of the roller 5-3 avoids the phenomenon that dust of bulk materials is accumulated between the roller 5-3 and the conveyor belt so that the conveyor belt deviates. Further, a sweeper 14 is fixed to the lower end of a side plate of the fixing sleeve 1, and an electric push rod device 15 is arranged on the sweeper 14. The width of the sweeper 14 is adjusted through the electric push rod 15, viscous materials bonded to the surface of the conveyor belt are scraped away from the conveyor belt, the materials do not flow out along with the conveyor belt, and the sealing and dust suppression effects are achieved. According to the working process, the tensioning trolley formed by connecting the fixing sleeve 1, the movable sleeves 2 and the tail sleeve 3 in the cup joint mode is mounted on the guide rails 7 of the supports 8, under the action of gravity of the heavy hammer barrel 11, due to the transmissibility of force, at the moment, due to the acting force of the heavy hammer barrel 11 on the tail sleeve 3, the tail sleeve 3 acts on the movable sleeves 2, and the movable sleeves 2 act on the fixing sleeve 1, so that telescopic displacement between the movable sleeves 2 and the tail sleeve 3 is achieved; due to the action of a limiting baffle plate, separation is avoided; the cup joint number of the movable sleeves 2 can be increased according to the tensioning stroke requirement of the trolley, and the long tensioning stroke is achieved; the structural diagram of the maximum position of the tensioning stroke of the trolley is shown in FIG. 4, and the structural diagram of the minimum position of the tensioning stroke is shown in FIG. 5; in the telescopic process of the movable sleeves 2 and the tail sleeve 3, due to the fact that the flanges 13-1, the sealing plates 13-2 and the pressing plates 13-3 are all mounted, dust overflow of materials conveyed in the movable sleeves 2 and the tail sleeve 3 is avoided; the conveyor belt enters the tensioning trolley 5 through the carrier rollers 9 and passes through the roller 5-3, the roller 5-3 structure prevents dust from causing dust accumulation of bulk materials between the roller 5-3 and the conveyor belt and causing deviation of the conveyor belt, and the sweeper 14 adjusts the width of the sweeper 14 through the electric push rod 15 to scrape viscous materials bonded to the surface of the conveyor belt away from the conveyor belt, so that the materials do not flow out along with the conveyor belt, and the sealing and dust suppression effects are achieved. A novel long-distance closed type conveyor tensioning device, comprising a fixing sleeve (1), movable sleeves (2), a tail sleeve (3), a protection sleeve (4), a tensioning trolley (5), walking wheels (6), guide rails (7), supports (8), carrier rollers (9), steel wire ropes (10), a heavy hammer barrel (11) and a steel frame structure (12), wherein the fixing sleeve (1) is sequentially connected with the movable sleeves (2) and the tail sleeve (3) in a cup joint mode, at least two movable sleeves (2) are arranged, the two movable sleeves (2) are connected in the cup joint mode, the tail sleeve (3) is fixedly connected with a protection cover (4), the protection cover (4) is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the tensioning trolley (5), the walking wheels (6) are arranged on the two sides of the tail sleeve (3) and the two sides of the movable sleeve (2) adjacent to the tail sleeve (3) respectively, the tensioning trolley (5) and the walking wheels (6) are arranged on the guide rails (7), the guide rails (7) are fixedly mounted on the supports (8), the carrier rollers (9) are fixedly mounted at the upper end of the fixing sleeve (1), the tensioning trolley (5) is connected with the heavy hammer barrel (11) through the steel wire ropes (10), the heavy hammer barrel (11) is hung in the steel frame structure (12) through the steel wire ropes (10), and the steel frame structure (12) is arranged on one side of the supports (8).

The novel long-distance closed type conveyor tensioning device according to claim 1, wherein sealing structures (13) are arranged at the cup joint positions of the fixing sleeve (1) and the movable sleeves (2) and the cup joint positions of the movable sleeves (2) and the tail sleeve (3) respectively, each sealing structure (13) comprises a flange (13-1), a sealing plate (13-2) and a pressing plate (13-3), and each flange (13-1) is sequentially and fixedly connected with the corresponding sealing plate (13-2) and the corresponding pressing plate (13-3) through a bolt (13-4).
3. The novel long-distance closed type conveyor tensioning device according to claim 2, wherein a sealing strip (13-5) is arranged at the end part of each sealing plate (13-2); wherein the sealing plates (13-2) adopt industrial rubber, and the pressing plates (13-3) adopt Q235.

The novel long-distance closed type conveyor tensioning device according to claim 1, wherein the tensioning trolley (5) comprises a trolley type tensioning frame (5-1), wheels (5-2) and a roller (5-3), the protection cover (4) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the trolley type tensioning frame (5-1), the wheels (5-2) are arranged at the bottom of the trolley type tensioning frame (5-1), the roller (5-3) is fixedly mounted on the trolley type tensioning frame (1), the roller (5-3) comprises a roller shaft (5-3-1), a receiving disc (5-3-2), metal strips (5-5-3), the roller shaft (5-3-1) is rotationally connected with the receiving disc (5-3-2), and the metal strips (5-3-3) are distributed on the outer side of the receiving disc (5-3-2) along the circumferential direction.
