Abstract
Disclosed is a Chinese chive harvester. The Chinese chive harvester comprises a
rack, a power unit is arranged at the upper end of the rack, a driving wheel is arranged
on the side of the power unit, the driving wheel is connected with a driven wheel

transmission case is installed on the side of the rack through a bearing frame, and an
auxiliary electric driver is installed on the side of the transmission case; adjusting rods
are arranged on the rack and connected with a cutting part through a connecting plate,
and two cutting blades are installed at the bottom of the cutting part; driving roller 1
10 and driving roller 2 are arranged on the rack, a conveying belt is wound on the driving
rollers, conveying blades are arranged on the outer side of the conveying belt, a
material collecting box is arranged on the side of the rack, and an opening of the
material collecting box is formed in the inclined lower portion of the driving roller 2;
and a stabilizing frame is installed on the other side of the rack, a deflection corrector
15 is installed at the lower end of the stabilizing frame, and a side direction detector and
an infrared lamp holder are arranged on the deflection corrector. The Chinese chive
harvester provided by the present disclosure is high in cutting efficiency, short in time
and labor-saving.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of Chinese chive harvesting, in particular to a Chinese chive harvester.
Agriculture is the industry of obtaining products through artificial cultivation by utilizing the growth and development law of animals and plants. Agriculture belongs to the primary industry, and is the research object of agronomy. Agricultural labor objects are living animals and plants, and agricultural products are obtained from animals and plants. Agriculture provides basic products that support the construction and development of the national economy, is an important industrial sector in the national economy.
Agriculture is a department that takes land resources as production objects, is an industry that produces food and industrial raw materials by cultivating animal and plant products. Agriculture belongs to the primary industry, including the department that uses land resources for planting and production is planting industry, the department that uses water space on land for aquatic products is aquaculture industry or fishery, the department that uses land resources to cultivate and cut trees is forestry, the department that uses land resources or directly uses grassland to cultivate livestock and poultry is animal husbandry, the department that small-scale process or manufacture products of these industries is a subsidiary industry. These departments are all organic components of agriculture. The industry that develops and displays these landscapes or regional resources is tourism agriculture, also known as leisure agriculture, is a novel agricultural form generated in a new period along with the surplus of spare time of people.
Chinese chive, alias: Lanrencai, Zhuangyangcao, Caozhongru, Qiyangcao, Fengben, Changshengjiu, Biancai and the like, is a perennial herb of Liliaceae, with a strong special aroma, horizontal rhizomes, clustered narrow conical bulbs. Bulb coat is yellowish brown, reticular and fibrous. Leaves of Chinese chive are basal, strip-shaped and flat, umbels are terminal. Leaves, flowers and umbels can all be eaten as vegetables. Seeds of Chinese chive can be used as medicines, and have the effects of tonifying kidney, invigorating stomach, refreshing, stopping sweating, inducing astringency and the like. In traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese chives are called as Xichangcao. In agricultural production, the universal way of harvesting Chinese chive in hilly areas is traditional manual harvesting, with large amount of labor and low efficiency.
The present disclosure aims to provide a Chinese chive harvester to solve the problems in the prior art, so that the Chinese chive harvesting efficiency is high, the consumed time is short, and the labor force is saved.
To achieve the aims, the present disclosure provides the following scheme:
The present disclosure provides a Chinese chive harvester comprising a rack, a power unit is arranged at the upper end of the rack, a driving wheel is arranged on the side of the power unit, the driving wheel is connected with a driven wheel through a belt, and the driven wheel is connected with walking wheels, a transmission case is installed on the side of the rack through a bearing frame, and an auxiliary electric driver is installed on the side of the transmission case; adjusting rods are arranged on the rack and connected with a cutting part through a connecting plate, and two cutting blades are installed at the bottom of the cutting part; a driving roller 1 and a driving roller 2 are arranged on the rack, and wound on a conveying belt, conveying blades are arranged on the outer side of the conveying belt; a material collecting box is arranged on the side of the rack, the opening of the material collecting box is located in the inclined lower portion of the driving roller 2; a stabilization frame is installed on the other side of the rack, and a deflection corrector is installed at the lower end of the stabilization frame, and a side direction detector and an infrared lamp holder are arranged on the deflection corrector.
Optionally, a starter and a horizontal tester are installed on the side direction detector.
Optionally, the cutting part comprises a direct-current motor, a gear box, two cutting blades, a switch, storage batteries and a solar panel. The direct-current motor is connected with the gear box, the gear box is connected with two symmetrical rotating shafts, and the two rotating shafts are connected with one cutting blade respectively; and the rotating directions of the two cutting blades are opposite.
Optionally, the adjusting rods are air rods or hydraulic rods.
Optionally, the conveying belt and the conveying blades are fixedly connected.
Optionally, the conveying blades are made of a plastic material, and are of arc-shaped structures integrally.
Optionally, a control panel is arranged on the side of the auxiliary electric driver, and a control area and operation keys are arranged on the control panel.
Optionally, a divider is arranged on the rack and located in front of the cutting part. The divider is in the shape of horn mouth, comprised of upper and lower lip, wider the upper lip, narrower the lower lip, and the height of the divider can be adjusted.
Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following technical effects:
The Chinese chive harvester is simple in structure and convenient to use, when harvesting is needed, the power unit drives a machine body to move, in the walking process, the blades can cut Chinese chives and discharge into the material collecting box, manual harvesting is avoided, the labor intensity is reduced, and the cutting efficiency is improved.

The present disclosure aims to provide a Chinese chive harvester to solve the problems in the prior art, so that the Chinese chive harvesting efficiency is high, the consumed time is short, and the labor force is saved.
To make the foregoing objective, features and advantages of the present disclosure clearer and more comprehensible, the present disclosure is further described in detail below with reference to the attached figures and specific embodiments. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the Chinese chive harvester provided by the present disclosure comprises a rack 1, a power unit 2 is arranged at the upper end of the rack 1, a driving wheel 3 is arranged on side of the power unit 2, the driving wheel 3 is connected with a driven wheel 4 through a belt, while the driven wheel 4 is connected with walking wheels 5, a transmission case 7 is installed on side of the rack 1 through a bearing frame 6, an auxiliary electric driver 8 is installed on side of the transmission case 7, and the transmission case 7 is used for providing power required for walking for the power unit 2; adjusting rods 9 are arranged on the rack 1 and connected with a cutting part 10 through a connecting plate, and two cutting blades 11 are installed at the bottom of the cutting part 10; two driving rollers are arranged on the rack 1, the driving rollers comprise driving roller 1 and driving roller 2, a conveying belt is wound on the driving roller 1 and the driving roller 2, conveying blades 13 are arranged on the outer side of the conveying belt, a material collecting box 14 is arranged on the rack 1, and an opening of the material collecting box 14 is formed in the inclined lower portion of the driving roller 2; and a stabilizing frame 15 is installed on the other side of the rack 1, a deflection corrector 16 is installed at the lower end of the stabilizing frame 15, and a side direction detector 17 and an infrared lamp holder 18 are arranged on the deflection corrector 16. Further preferably, multiple walking wheels 5 are positioned at the lower end of the material collecting box 14 and the lower end of the stabilizing frame 15 respectively, the driven wheel 4 is connected with the walking wheels 5 on the stabling frame 15, and a starter and a horizontal tester are installed on the side direction detector 17. The cutting part 10 comprises a direct-current motor 18, a gear box 19, cutting blades 11, a switch, storage batteries 20 and a solar panel 21, the direct-current motor 18 is connected with the gear box 19, the gear box 19 is connected with two symmetrical rotating shafts, the two rotating shafts are connected with one cutting blade 11 respectively, and the cutting blades 11 are rotary cutting blades; and the rotating directions of the two cutting blades 11 are opposite. The adjusting rods 9 are air rods or hydraulic rods. The conveying belt and the conveying blades 13 are fixedly connected. The conveying blades 13 are made of a plastic material, and are of arc-shaped structures integrally. A control panel is arranged on one side of the auxiliary electric driver 8, and a control area and operation keys are arranged on the control panel. A divider 22 is arranged at the position in front of the cutting part 10 on the rack 1 and is in a horn mouth shape, the divider 22 is comprised of upper lip and lower lip, wider the upper lip and narrower the lower lip, and the height of the divider 22 can be adjusted. When harvesting is needed, the power unit 2 drives a machine body to move, in the walking process, the cutting blades 11 can cut Chinese chives and discharge the Chinese chives into the material collecting box 14, through the conveying belt and the conveying blades 13, manual harvesting is avoided, the labor intensity is reduced, and the cutting efficiency is improved. By arranging the transmission case 7 and the auxiliary electric driver 8, the installation of transmission accessories and a motor driving part and remote auxiliary power access are facilitated, overall walking of the electric transmission control device is achieved, and by arranging the stabilizing frame 15, overall stability and direction adjustment and deviation correction of equipment are facilitated; and by arranging the side direction detector 17 and the infrared lamp holder 18, installation direction recognition and direction detection are facilitated, a direction real-time detection function of the accessories is achieved, the structure is simple, and the operation is convenient. A rotating shaft of the direct-current motor 18 is connected with the gear box 19, and one of the pair of cutting blades 11 can rotate anticlockwise and the other of the pair of cutting blades 11 can rotate clockwise through the gear box 19. The two cutting blades 11 are designed to rotate forwards and reversely, so that the harvested Chinese chives are ensured to enter a transmission belt from the front center and cannot be thrown out, and unnecessary loss is reduced. The equipment is miniaturized and convenient to transport and carry.

The description of the embodiments is used to help illustrate the method and its core principles of the present disclosure. In addition, those skilled in the art can make various modifications in terms of specific embodiments and scope of application in accordance with the teachings of the present disclosure. Claims (5)
1. A Chinese chive harvester, comprising a rack, wherein a power unit is arranged at the upper end of the rack, a driving wheel is arranged on the side of the power unit, the driving wheel is connected with a driven wheel through a belt, and the driven wheel is connected with walking wheels, a transmission case is installed on the side of the rack through a bearing frame, and an auxiliary electric driver is installed on the side of the transmission case; adjusting rods are arranged on the rack and connected with a cutting part through a connecting plate, and two cutting blades are installed at the bottom of the cutting part; driving roller 1 and driving roller 2 are arranged on the rack, and wound on a conveying belt, conveying blades are arranged on the outer side of the conveying belt, a material collecting box is arranged on one side of the rack, and an opening of the material collecting box is formed in the inclined lower portion of the driving roller 2; and a stabilizing frame is installed on the other side of the rack, a deflection corrector is installed at the lower end of the stabilizing frame, and a side direction detector and an infrared lamp holder are arranged on the deflection corrector.
2. The Chinese chive harvester according to claim 1, wherein a starter and a horizontal tester are installed on the side direction detector.

The Chinese chive harvester according to claim 1, wherein the cutting part comprises a direct-current motor, a gear box, cutting blades, a switch, storage batteries and a solar panel, the direct-current motor is connected with the gear box, the gear box is connected with two symmetrical rotating shafts, and the two rotating shafts are connected with one cutting blade respectively; and the rotating directions of the two cutting blades are opposite.
4. The Chinese chive harvester according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting rods are air rods or hydraulic rods;
wherein the conveying belt and the conveying blades are fixedly connected;
wherein the conveying blades are made of a plastic material, and are of arc-shaped structures integrally;
wherein a control panel is arranged on one side of the auxiliary electric driver, and a control area and operation keys are arranged on the control panel.

The Chinese chive harvester according to claim 1, wherein a divider is arranged at the position in front of the cutting part on the rack and is in a horn mouth shape, the divider is comprised of upper lip and lower lip, wider the upper lip and narrower the lower lip, and the height of the divider can be adjusted.
