A car-blocking system
The invention is described in the following statement:-
A car-blocking system
The invention belongs to the technical field of road facilities, in particular to a car blocking system which is easy to move and convenient to install.
In order to protect the right of way for non-motor vehicles and pedestrians, and prevent motor vehicles from entering and occupying non-motor vehicle lanes, stop piles are often set at entrances and exits such as non-motor vehicle lanes and pedestrian streets.
The existing stop piles have played a positive role in protecting the passage rights of non-motor vehicles and pedestrians, but there are still some shortcomings. Mainly manifested in the following aspects:
(1) At present, the most widely used car stop piles are those fixed on the road surface, mostly in the form of large cylinders or heavy round stone balls, etc. This type of stop pile has the disadvantages of occupying a large space and being unable to move flexibly. It not only easily reduces the capacity of non-motor vehicle lanes, but also is not conducive to the optimal utilization of limited urban road space resources.
(2) Although car stop piles with lifting functions have been put into market application, this type of car stop pile needs to be driven into the ground during the laying process. It is more suitable for new roads, which can be laid out during road construction. However, for the existing roads that need to be installed later, the installation of this type of stop pile requires a large amount of work and is likely to cause serious damage to the subgrade and pavement.
(3) The existing design of stop piles does not have strict safety regulations, and many stop piles have not been equipped with effective reflective signs and warning devices, which easily poses a safety hazard to driving at night.
In short, the existing technology has the following problems: difficult to move, inconvenient to install, and the warning effect is not obvious.
The purpose of the invention is to provide a car-blocking system, which is easy to move and convenient to install.
The technical solution to achieve the purpose of the invention is:
A car-blocking system comprises a speed bump (1) and a plurality of stop piles (3). The lower end of the stop pile (3) is connected with the speed bump (1) and can move along the speed bump (1) longitudinally.
Preferably, the speed bump (1) is provided with a guide rail (2), the lower end of the stop pile (3) is provided with a protruding part which is arranged inside the guide rail (2) and is matched with the guide rail (2). The guide rail (2) is provided with a plurality of slot holes (5) which can fix the stop pile (3) at a specific position.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has significant advantages:
Easy to move and install. The invention improves traffic safety and resource optimization by arranging a movable stop pile on the speed bump. Based on the different requirements for road traffic and parking spaces during the day and night, it is beneficial to the flexibility of traffic management and the regulation of parking space. Reflective signs at night remind motor vehicles to slow down and reduce traffic conflicts.
The invention is further described in detail in combination with the attached drawings and the concrete implementation methods.
Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the car-blocking system of the invention.
In the diagram, 1 speed bump, 2 guide rails, 3 block piles, 4 warning lights, 5 slot holes, 6 mounting holes.
As shown in Figure 1, the car-blocking system of the invention comprises a speed bump (1) and a plurality of stop piles (3). The lower end of the stop pile (3) is connected with the speed bump (1) and can move along the speed bump (1) longitudinally.
the speed bump (1) is provided with a guide rail (2), the lower end of the stop pile (3) is provided with a protruding part which is arranged inside the guide rail (2) and is matched with the guide rail (2). The guide rail (2) is provided with a plurality of slot holes (5) which can fix the stop pile (3) at a specific position.
As an improvement, both ends of the speed bump (1) are provided with at least one mounting hole (6) for fixing the speed bump (1) to the ground.
The speed bump (1) is made of rubber material, and the rubber speed belt is composed of yellow and black speed belt units. The mounting hole (6) can be conveniently used to fix the ground at any intersection where vehicles need to be blocked with expansion bolts. The stop pile (3) can be moved along the guide rail (2) as required until the protruding part matches the slot holes (5) to fix the position of the stop pile (3). Normally, both ends of the speed bump (1) have slot holes (5) for fixing the stop pile (3), and the stop pile (3) are placed on both sides of the road when vehicles are allowed to pass. A plurality of slot holes (5) are scattered in the middle of the speed bump (1), and when vehicles are not allowed to pass, the stop pile (3) are distributed in multiple longitudinal positions of the speed bump (1). Usually, the slot holes (5) in the middle of the speed bump (1) are evenly distributed. It can also be unevenly distributed to adequately block the traffic of motor vehicles.
The car-blocking system of the invention can be conveniently and flexibly installed in any place where it is needed, and the stop pile can also be easily moved, which is convenient for flexibly controlling the passage and blocking of the road according to traffic needs. To make full use of road capacity or parking spaces.
As a further improvement, a warning device (4) is arranged on the stop pile (3).
Preferably, the warning device (4) is painted with red and yellow colors or a warning light.
As a further improvement, When the warning device (4) is a warning light, a pressure sensor is arranged at the lower part of the speed bump (1), and the output end of the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the warning light.
When a motor vehicle enters, the sensor is under pressure, and the warning light on the stop pile flashes.
As shown in Figure 1, preferably, there are two stop piles (3), a guide rail (2) is provided on the speed bump (1) near both ends, and the lower ends of the two stop piles (3) are respectively placed in a guide rail (2).
When the two stop piles (3) are fixed in the middle of the speed bump (1), the traffic is blocked. When the two stop piles (3) are respectively fixed at the two ends of the speed bump (1), vehicles are allowed to pass. This is conducive to time-sharing control of road traffic. For example, based on the different requirements for road traffic and parking spaces during the day and night, it is beneficial to the flexibility of traffic management and the regulation of parking space.
The material of the stop pile is stainless steel or Eva plastic.
