Abstract

An automatic film cutting and bottle feeding machine, comprising a frame (1), and a bottle pushing mechanism (2), a film cutting mechanism (3), and a film suction mechanism (4) which are provided on the frame (1). One side of the frame (1) is provided with a transport mechanism (5); the exit of the transport mechanism (5) is provided with a bottle delivery mechanism (6); the film cutting mechanism (3) is used for cutting an outer packaging film of an entire group of bottles; the film suction mechanism (4) is used for suctioning away the off-cut packaging film; the bottle pushing mechanism (2) is used for pushing the bottles with the packaging film removed to the transport mechanism (5). According to the automatic film cutting and bottle feeding machine, the packaging film on bottles are cut by means of the film cutting mechanism (3), then the bottles with the packaging film removed are pushed to the transport mechanism (5) by means of the bottle pushing mechanism (2), and then the bottles are transported to the bottle delivery mechanism (6) by means of the transport mechanism (5), and finally delivered by the bottle delivery mechanism (6), thereby achieving a high degree of automation; moreover, the film suction mechanism (4) is also provided and can suction away the off-cut packaging film, thereby saving labor; thus, the production efficiency and economic benefits are improved.

Description

AUTOMATIC FILM CUTTING AND BOTTLE FEEDING MACHINE BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
The invention relates to the field of filling technologies, and more
particularly, to an automatic film cutting and bottle feeding machine.
2. Description of the Related Art
In the lubricating oil industry, empty bottles are needed for filling
during the filling procedure. However, the empty bottles are packaged
with films before leaving factories. Of note, when packaging the empty
bottles, workers need to manually put the bottles on a platform to tear
apart the film, then to place the bottles on a conveyor one by one. Such
method is quite labor intensive, and the product efficiency is low, thus,
mass production cannot be realized.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
An object of the invention is to provide an automatic film cutting
and bottle feeding machine for overcoming the shortcomings in the prior
art.
For achieving the object of the invention, the following technical solution is adopted.
An automatic film cutting and bottle feeding machine, comprising
a frame, and a bottle pushing mechanism, a film cutting mechanism, and
a film suction mechanism which are provided on the frame; one side of
the frame is provided with a transport mechanism; an exit of the transport
mechanism is provided with a bottle delivery mechanism; the film cutting
mechanism is used for cutting an outer packaging film of an entire group
of bottles; the film suction mechanism is used for sucking out the off-cut
packaging film; the bottle pushing mechanism is used for pushing the
bottles with the packaging films removed to the transport mechanism ;
the transport mechanism is used for transporting the bottles to the bottle
delivery mechanism; and the bottle delivery mechanism is used for
delivering the bottles.
The bottle pushing mechanism comprises a bottle pushing plate
movably arranged on the frame and a bottle pushing plate driving
mechanism for driving the bottle pushing plate to reciprocate linearly.
The film cutting mechanism comprises a cutter and a cutter lifting
device for driving the cutter to move up and down.
The film suction mechanism comprises a suction disk assembly
movably arranged on the frame and a suction disk driving mechanism for
driving the suction disk assembly to move close to or away from the
entire group of bottles.
Each of two sides of the transport mechanism is provided with a
guide mechanism, the spacing between the two guide mechanism can be
adjusted.
The bottle delivery mechanism comprises a bottle delivery frame,
a bottle delivery plate and a bottle delivery plate driving device; the exit
of the transport mechanism is provided with a bottle receiving table in a
direction perpendicular to its transporting direction; the bottle delivery
plate is movably arranged on the bottle delivery frame; the bottle delivery
plate is above the bottle receiving table; the bottle delivery plate driving
device is used for driving the bottle delivery plate to make a reciprocating
linear movement along the length of the bottle receiving table.
A positioning mechanism is further provided on the frame for
positioning the entire group of bottles.
The positioning mechanism comprises a first guardrail assembly
provided on the frame; front and rear positions of the first guardrail
assembly can be adjusted.
A second guardrail assembly relative to the first guardrail
assembly is provided on the frame, front and rear positions of the second
guardrail assembly can be adjusted.
A baffle plate mechanism is further provided on the frame; the
baffle plate mechanism comprises a baffle plate movably provided on the
frame and a baffle plate driving mechanism for driving the baffle plate to move up and down; the baffle plate is perpendicular to the first guardrail assembly and the second guardrail assembly.
By adopting the above-mentioned technical solutions, the present
invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) the machine is provided
with a bottle pushing mechanism, a film cutting mechanism, a film
suction mechanism, a transport mechanism and a bottle delivery
mechanism. The packaging film wrapped around bottles are cut by means
of the film cutting mechanism, then the bottles with the packaging film
removed are pushed to the transport mechanism by means of the bottle
pushing mechanism, and then the bottles are transported to the bottle
delivery mechanism by means of the transport mechanism, and finally the
bottles are delivered by the bottle delivery mechanism, thereby achieving
a high degree of automation; moreover, the film suction mechanism is
also provided and can suck out the off-cut packaging film, thereby saving
labor, thus, the production efficiency and economic benefits are
improved.
(2) In this invention, bottles are pushed by the bottle pushing plate.
It has a simple structure, and can push a whole row of bottles at a time.
As a result, it is efficient in pushing the bottles.
(3) A movable cutter is used for cutting the film. It has an
excellent structure and performs well in terms of film cutting.
(4) The film is sucked out by the suction disk assembly, so that the film sucked out can be transported and removed, and film removal can be easily done.
(5) Each of two sides of the transport mechanism is provided with
a guide mechanism, so that deviation or falling of the bottles can be
avoided during transportation, and stable transportation can be ensured.
(6) A bottle receiving table is provided, and a bottle delivery plate
is also provided above the bottle receiving table. It has a simple structure
and performs well in delivering the bottles.
(7) A positioning mechanism is provided for helping workers to
better position the bottles. In this way, it is not necessary for them to align
the positions of the bottles again and again. As a result, labor is saved,
and production efficiency is improved.
(8) The positioning mechanism provided in the present invention
comprises a first guardrail assembly, whose front and rear positions can
be adjusted. As a result, it is suitable for exchanging bottles having
different packaging forms.
(9) A second guardrail assembly is provided for facilitating the
positioning of the bottles.
(10) The present invention is provided with a movable baffle plate
mechanism, and the baffle plate of the baffle plate mechanism is
perpendicular to the first guardrail assembly and the second guardrail
assembly. In this way, bottles can be positioned at right angles, and an accurate positioning can be achieved. In the meantime, the movable baffle plate can retract back to an area below the frame without affecting pushing the subsequent bottles.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Example 1
With reference to Figure 1, an automatic film cutting and bottle
feeding machine in the example comprises a frame 1, and a bottle
pushing mechanism 2, a film cutting mechanism 3, and a film suction
mechanism 4 which are provided on the frame 1. One side of the frame 1
is provided with a transport mechanism 5. An exit of the transport
mechanism 5 is provided with a bottle delivery mechanism 6. The film
cutting mechanism is used for cutting an outer packaging film of an entire
group of bottles. The film suction mechanism 4 is used for sucking out
the off-cut packaging film. The bottle pushing mechanism 2 is used for
pushing the bottles with the packaging films removed to the transport
mechanism 5. The transport mechanism 5 is used for transporting the
bottles to the bottle delivery mechanism 6. The bottle delivery
mechanism 6 is used for delivering the bottles.
As shown in Figure 2, the frame 1 comprises a workbench 1-1 and
an installation cabinet 1-2 arranged behind the workbench 1-1. The bottle
pushing mechanism 2 comprises a bottle pushing plate 2-1 movably
arranged on the workbench 1-1 and a bottle pushing plate driving device
2-2 for driving the bottle pushing plate 2-1 to reciprocate linearly. Two
parallel linear guide rails 1-3 are provided beneath the workbench 1-1,
and two ends of the bottle pushing plate 2-1 are slidably connected to the two linear guide rails 1-3 by the brackets 2-3 respectively. The workbench 1- 1 is provided with a gap for the movement of two brackets
2-3 along the length direction. The bottle pushing plate driving device 2-2
comprises a pulley arranged between the two linear guide rails 1-3, and
the bottom of the two brackets 2-3 are connected by a connecting plate
2-4, and the connecting plate 2-4 is fixed on the belt of the pulley.
As shown in Figure 3, the film cutting mechanism 3 comprises a
cutter 3-1 and a cutter lifting device 3-2 for driving the cutter 3-1 to move
up and down. The cutter 3-1 is set perpendicular to the workbench 1-1.
The cutter lifting device 3-2 adopts a cylinder, which is fixed at the top of
the installation cabinet 1-2 through the mounting plate 3-3. The top of the
cutter 3-1 is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the cylinder, and the
top of the cutter 3-1 is symmetrically provided with two guide rods 3-4,
both the two guide rods 3-4 are slidingly connected with the mounting
plate 3-3.
As shown in Figure 4, a cross beam 1-4 is provided in the middle
of the installation cabinet 1-2, and a fixing plate 1-5 is fixed on the cross
beam 1-4. A fixing seat 4-2 is fixed beneath the fixing plate 1-5, and a
screw rod is rotatably installed above the fixing plate 1-5. The suction
disc assembly 4-1 comprises a suction disc holder 4-1-1 and a plurality of
pneumatic suction discs 4-1-2 uniformly distributed on the suction disc
holder 4-1-1, the suction disc holder 4-1-1 is slidably connected to the fixing seat 4-2, and the screw rod is threaded with the suction disc holder
4-1-1; the suction disc driving device 4-2 adopts a geared motor. A
transmission gear is fixed on an output shaft of the geared motor, and a
driven gear meshing with the transmission gear is fixed on the screw rod.
As shown in Figure 5, the transport mechanism 5 comprises a
transport frame 5-1 and a second belt conveyor (not shown) provided on
the transport frame. A guide mechanism 7 is provided on each of both
sides of the transport mechanism 5, and the spacing between the two
guide mechanisms 7 can be adjusted. The guide mechanism 7 comprises a
guide plate 7-1 and a guide rod 7-2 arranged above the guide plate 7-1,
wherein the guide rod 7-2 is parallel to the guide plate 7-1. An inner side
of the guide rod 7-2 is a curved surface, and the guide plate 7-1 is
installed on the transport frame 5-1 by the support frame 7-3. Both ends
of the support frame 7-3 are rotatably connected with connecting rods 7-4,
the ends of the two connecting rods 7-4 are rotatably connected with
adjusting plates 7-5. Each of two ends of the adjusting plate 7-5 are
rotatably installed with an adjusting rod 7-6, the other end of the
adjusting rod 7-6 is rotatably connected with the two ends of the guide
plate 7-1, and both the two adjusting rods 7-6 are threadedly connected
with the support frame 7-3. The end of one connecting rod 7-4 extends
out of the adjusting plate 7-5. In addition, a first adjusting handwheel 7-7
is provided on the extending end, and two ends of the support frame 7-3 are respectively provided with locking screws 7-8 for restricting the rotation of the two adjusting rods 7-6. The two connecting rods 7-4 are connected by a chain drive. The bottle delivery mechanism 6 comprises a bottle delivery frame 6-1, a bottle delivery plate 6-2, and a bottle delivery plate driving device 6-3. The bottle delivery frame 6-1 is fixed on the transport frame 5-1. An exit of a second conveyor is provided with a bottle receiving table (not shown ) in a direction perpendicular to its transporting direction. The bottle delivery plate 6-2 is movably arranged on the bottle delivery frame 6-1, and is perpendicular to the bottle receiving table. The bottle delivery plate 6-2 is located above the bottle receiving table. The bottle delivery plate driving device 6-3 is a ring-shaped chain conveyor. The inner top and the inner bottom of the bottle delivery frame 6-1 are symmetrically provided with ring-shaped guide rails 6-4 surrounding the ring-shaped conveyor chain, a plurality of bottle delivery plates 6-2 are uniformly distributed along the ring-shaped guide rail 6-4, and each of the bottle delivery plates 6-2 is fixed on the conveyor belt of the chain conveyor.
As shown in Figure 6, a positioning mechanism 8 for positioning
the entire group of bottles is also provided on the workbench 1-1. The
positioning mechanism 8 comprises a first guardrail assembly 8-1
arranged on the frame 1. Front and rear positions of the first guardrail
assembly 8-1 can be adjusted. The first guardrail assembly 8-1 comprises a guardrail mounting frame 8-1-1, two guardrail rods 8-1-2 slidably connected to the guardrail mounting frame 8-1-1 at both ends and can be locked up and down, and two guardrail adjusting rods 8-1-3. One end of each of the two guardrail adjusting rods 8-1-3 is rotatably connected to the frame 1, and the other end thereof is threaded connected with the guardrail mounting frame 8-1-1. One end of one of the guardrail adjusting rods 8-1-3 is provided with a second adjusting handwheel 8-1-4, the two guardrail adjusting rods 8-1-3 are connected via chains. The workbench
1-1 is provided with a gap for the movement of the guardrail mounting
frame 8-1-1. Both ends of the guardrail mounting frame 8-1-1 are
provided with slide rails, and both ends of the guardrail adjusting rod
8-1-3 are respectively slidably connected to the slide rails by sliding
blocks, and locking screws are screwed on the sliding blocks. The frame
1, relative to the first guardrail assembly 8-1, is provided with a second
guardrail assembly 8-2 whose front and rear positions are adjustable. The
structure of the second guardrail assembly 8-2 is consistent with the
structure of the first guardrail assembly 8-1.
As shown in Figure 7, a baffle plate mechanism 9 is also provided
on the frame 1. The baffle plate mechanism 9 comprises a baffle plate 9-1
movably arranged on the frame 1 and a baffle plate driving device 9-2 for
driving the baffle plate 9-1 to move up and down. The baffle plate 9-1 is
perpendicular to the first guardrail assembly 8-1 and the second guardrail assembly 8-2. The baffle plate driving device 9-2 adopts a cylinder, the baffle plate driving device 9-2 is fixed beneath the workbench 1-1, and the baffle plate 9-1 is fixed on the end of the piston rod of the baffle plate driving device 9-2, the workbench 1-1 is provided with a gap for the movement of the baffle plate 9-1. Both the baffle plate 9-1 and the bottle pushing plate 2-1 are provided with notches for the movement of the cutter 3-1.
The working principle of this embodiment is as follows: first, an
worker places the bottle with the packaging film on the workbench 1-1,
and then adjusts the position of the first guardrail assembly 8-1, and
extends the baffle plate 9-1 to make the cutter 3-1 aligned with the gap
between two bottles, and then the second guardrail assembly 8-2 is
adjusted to be close to the bottle to determine the position of the upper
bottle, and the cutter 3-1 works. The suction disc assembly 4-1 sucks out
the packaging film half of which has been cut out, and the other half is
pulled out by the worker. After film cutting is completed, the bottle is
pushed by the bottle pushing plate 2-1, and the bottle is slowly pushed
onto the transport mechanism 5. The transport mechanism 5 delivers the
bottles into the bottle delivery mechanism 6 row by row. Finally, the
bottles are dilivered out row by row by the bottle delivery mechanism 6.

What is claimed is:
1. An automatic film cutting and bottle feeding machine,
comprising a frame (1), and a bottle pushing mechanism (2), a film
cutting mechanism (3), and a film suction mechanism (4) which are
provided on the frame (1); one side of the frame (1) is provided with a
transport mechanism (5); an exit of the transport mechanism is provided
with a bottle delivery mechanism (6); the film cutting mechanism (3) is
used for cutting an outer packaging film of an entire group of bottles; the
film suction mechanism (4) is used for sucking out the off-cut packaging
film; the bottle pushing mechanism (2) is used for pushing the bottles
with the packaging films removed to the transport mechanism (5); the
transport mechanism (5) is used for transporting the bottles to the bottle
delivery mechanism(6); and the bottle delivery mechanism (6) is used for
delivering the bottles;
wherein the positioning mechanism (8) comprises a first guardrail
assembly (8-1) provided on the frame (1); front and rear positions of the
first guardrail assembly (8-1) can be adjusted;
wherein a second guardrail assembly (8-2) relative to the first
guardrail assembly (8-1) is provided on the frame (1), front and rear
positions of the second guardrail assembly (8-1) can be adjusted;

1, wherein the film cutting mechanism (3) comprises a cutter (3-1) and a
cutter lifting device (3-2) for driving the cutter (3-1) to move up and
down.
4. The automatic film cutting and bottle feeding machine of claim
1, wherein the film suction mechanism (4) comprises a suction disk
assembly (4-1) movably arranged on the frame (1) and a suction disk
driving mechanism (4-2) for driving the suction disk assembly (4-1) to
move close to or away from the entire group of bottles.
5. The automatic film cutting and bottle feeding machine of claim
1, wherein each of two sides of the transport mechanism (5) is provided
with a guide mechanism (7), the spacing between the two guide
mechanisms (7) can be adjusted.
6. The automatic film cutting and bottle feeding machine of claim
1, wherein the bottle delivery mechanism (6) comprises a bottle delivery
frame (6-1), a bottle delivery plate (6-2) and a bottle delivery plate
driving device (6-3) ; the exit of the transport mechanism (5) is provided
with a bottle receiving table in a direction perpendicular to its transporting direction; the bottle delivery plate (6-2) is movably arranged on the bottle delivery frame (6-1); the bottle delivery plate (6-2) is above the bottle receiving table; the bottle delivery plate driving device (6-3) is used for driving the bottle delivery plate (6-2) to make a reciprocating linear movement along the length of the bottle receiving table.
