Abstract
The invention discloses a quickly assembled and disassembled sucking disc for the seed
picker, which is characterized in that a sucking disc bracket and an air chamber are sleeved on
a transmission shaft of a seeder. The left side surface of the sucking disc bracket is embedded
in the air chamber, and the left side surface of which is attached to the concave surface of the
air chamber, the right side surface is attached and connected with the end face of the arranged
sucking disc. The invention is specially designed for precise seed taking of large seeds such as
soybeans, and the structure can quickly realize the replacement of the seed suction plate in the

Mechanization of soybean planting can not only improve productivity, save labor, but also improve production efficiency and increase production and income. Because the air suction seed picker can accommodate seeds of various sizes, that is, it doesn't need to be selected and graded, and has less damage to seeds, and it is easy to realize single-grain point sowing, which can greatly improve the operation speed of the seeder, so it has been widely studied and applied. Operation process:
Before sowing, the sucking disc bracket 2 and the air chamber 1 are sleeved on the transmission shaft 4 of the seeder. According to the requirements of planting agronomy and seed size, the selected sucking disc 3 is clamped on the positioning pin on the sucking disc bracket 2 by the positioning pin hole, so that it is attached to and fixed on the surface of the sucking disc bracket 2, and it can rotate along with the sucking disc bracket 2.
During sowing, with the operation of the seeder, negative pressure is formed in the cavity of the air chamber 1, seeds are adsorbed to the seed suction hole of the sucking disc under the action of negative pressure, and the adsorbed seeds are taken out of the seed chamber. When the seeds are transferred to the empty groove area at the lower part of the air chamber 1, the adsorbed seeds fall into the corresponding seed box at the lower end under the action of self-weight, thus realizing the seed taking process. In the operation process, the device can stop the seeder according to the requirements of planting mode and seeding number, pull out the left part of seed suction tray 31 and right part of seed suction tray 32 from the sucking disc bracket 2 in turn.
