Abstract

The present application discloses a device for clearing excrement for livestock breeding, and relates to the technical field of livestock breeding. The device includes a bottom plate, wherein one end of the top of the bottom plate is fixedly connected to a fixing frame, one side of the fixing frame is provided with an inclined push plate, the top of the bottom plate is fixedly connected to a liquid storage box, the top of the liquid storage box is fixedly connected to an excrement storage box, one side, proximal to the inclined push plate, of the excrement storage box is provided with an opening, one side of the inclined push plate is fixedly connected to a transverse plate, one side, distal from the inclined push plate, of the transverse plate is fixedly connected to a filter screen, one side of the liquid storage box is fixedly connected to a guide pipe, the middle of the guide pipe is provided with a valve, and the top of one side, distal from the inclined push plate, of the bottom plate is fixedly connected to inclined rods. By arranging a solid-liquid separation device, the present application can directly separate a liquid in the excrement from a solid and separately store the liquid and the solid after the excrement is collected, so as to facilitate the recycle of the excrement at a later stage. DEVICE FOR CLEARING EXCREMENT FOR LIVESTOCK BREEDING FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of livestock breeding, and in particular to a device for clearing excrement for livestock breeding.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Livestock breeding refers to a production process that physiological functions of animals such as livestock and poultry, which have been artificially raised and domesticated by we humans, or wild animals such as deer, musk deer, foxes, minks, otters and quails are used to convert plant energy such as forage grass and fodder into animal energy by means of artificial raising and reproduction, so as to obtain livestock products such as meat, eggs, milk, wool, cashmere, leather, silk and medicinal materials, and is a very important link in material exchange between humans and the natural world. The livestock breeding is an important component of the agriculture, and one of two pillars of the agricultural production which also includes the planting industry. The livestock science is a comprehensive discipline studying related fields of livestock breeding, reproduction, raising, management, disease prevention and epidemic prevention, grassland construction, livestock product processing and livestock operation and management, and it is necessary to process excrement of animals in time for the livestock breeding.
[0003] In a use process of an existing device for clearing excrement for livestock breeding, the collected excrement is mixed with urine of animals, which makes excrement processing extremely inconvenient, and an existing device for processing excrement is advanced by means of manual power, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming in use and causes high labor intensity of a worker, such that the clearing efficiency of the excrement is low.
[0004] Therefore, it is very necessary to provide a device for clearing excrement for livestock breeding to solve the above-mentioned problems.

[0010] Further, a height of one end, proximal to the transverse plate, of the filter screen is greater than that of one end, distal from the transverse plate, of the filter screen, and the filter screen is located between the excrement storage box and the liquid storage box.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Apparently, the embodiments described are merely a part of embodiments of the present application, instead of all embodiments. On the basis of the embodiments of the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without making inventive efforts fall within the scope of protection of the present application.

[0028] With reference to Figs. 1-2, a device for clearing excrement for livestock breeding, includes a bottom plate 1, wherein one end of the top of the bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected to a fixing frame 2, one side of the fixing frame 2 is provided with an inclined push plate 4, the top of the bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected to a liquid storage box 6, the top of the liquid storage box 6 is fixedly connected to an excrement storage box 5, one side, proximal to the inclined push plate 4, of the excrement storage box 5 is provided with an opening 14, one side of the inclined push plate 4 is fixedly connected to a transverse plate 13, one side, distal from the inclined push plate 4, of the transverse plate 13 isfixedly connected to a filter screen 15, one side of the liquid storage box 6 isfixedly connected to a guide pipe 9, the middle of the guide pipe 9 is provided with a valve 10, the top of one side, distal from the inclined push plate 4, of the bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected to an inclined rod 7, the top of the inclined rod 7 is fixedly connected to a handle 8, and the bottom of the bottom plate 1 is provided with a first roller 11 and a second roller 12.
[0029] In the present embodiment, when in use, along with the movement of the device, the inclined push plate 4 will scoop up the excrement on the ground, then the excrement will pass through the transverse plate 13 to fall onto a surface of the filter screen 15, in a sliding-down process of the excrement, a liquid will fall to the bottom of the filter screen 15, so as to enter the liquid storage box 6, and solid excrement is left inside the excrement storage box 5, thereby realizing the solid-liquid separation; and by arranging a solid-liquid separation device, the liquid in the excrement can be directly separated from a solid and the liquid and the solid are separately stored after the excrement is collected, so as to facilitate the recycle of the excrement at a later stage. The device is more convenient to use and conducive to popularization and use.

[0031] With reference to Figs. 1-2, the present embodiment is further optimized on the basis of Embodiment 1, and particularly, a height of one end, proximal to the transverse plate 13, of the filter screen 15 is greater than that of one end, distal from the transverse plate 13, of the filter screen 15, and the filter screen 15 is located between the excrement storage box 5 and the liquid storage box 6.
[0032] Particularly, two sides of the inclined push plate 4 are fixedly connected to baffles 3 separately.
[0033] In the present embodiment, the filter screen 15 is obliquely placed, which is conducive to separating the liquid in the excrement from the excrement while making it convenient for the excrement to enter the excrement storage box 5, and the two sides of the inclined push plate 4 are provided with the baffles 3, so as to prevent the excrement from falling off from the two sides of the inclined push plate 4.

[0035] With reference to Figs. 1-3, the present embodiment is optimized as follows on the basis of Embodiment 1 or 2, and particularly, the first roller 11 is a universal wheel.

[0041] In the present embodiment, the first roller 11 is arranged as the universal wheel, so as to make it convenient for the device to adjust a movement direction, when in use, the electric motor 20 is turned on, the output shaft of the electric motor 20 drives the connection rod 21 to rotate the second bevel gear 19, and the second bevel gear 19 drives the first bevel gear 18 to rotate the rotating shaft 17, such that the rotating shaft 17 drives the second roller 12 to rotate, so as to move the device; and by means of the cooperation among the electric motor 20, the first bevel gear 18, the second bevel gear 19, the first roller 11, the second roller 12, the rotating shaft 17 and the connection rod 21, the electric motor 20 is utilized to provide power to drive the roller to rotate, so as to move the device, such that the device is time-saving and labor-saving in use and reduces the labor intensity of a worker, so as to improve the clearing efficiency.

Claims (5)

A device for clearing excrement for livestock breeding, comprising a bottom plate (1), wherein one end of the top of the bottom plate (1) isfixedly connected to a fixing frame (2), one side of the fixing frame (2) is provided with an inclined push plate (4), the top of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected to a liquid storage box (6), the top of the liquid storage box (6) is fixedly connected to an excrement storage box (5), one side, proximal to the inclined push plate (4), of the excrement storage box (5) is provided with an opening (14), one side of the inclined push plate (4) isfixedly connected to a transverse plate (13), one side, distal from the inclined push plate (4), of the transverse plate (13) is fixedly connected to a filter screen (15), one side of the liquid storage box (6) is fixedly connected to a guide pipe (9), the middle of the guide pipe (9) is provided with a valve (10), the top of one side, distal from the inclined push plate (4), of the bottom plate (1) isfixedly connected to an inclined rod (7), the top of the inclined rod (7) is fixedly connected to a handle (8), and the bottom of the bottom plate (1) is provided with a first roller (11) and a second roller (12).

The device for clearing the excrement for the livestock breeding according to claim 1, wherein a height of one end, proximal to the transverse plate (13), of the filter screen (15) is greater than that of one end, distal from the transverse plate (13), of the filter screen (15), and the filter screen (15) is located between the excrement storage box (5) and the liquid storage box (6); and two sides of the inclined push plate (4) are fixedly connected to baffles (3) separately.

The device for clearing the excrement for the livestock breeding according to claim 2, wherein the first roller (11) is a universal wheel; and the bottom of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected to an electric motor (20), an output shaft of the electric motor (20) being fixedly connected to a connection rod (21).

The device for clearing the excrement for the livestock breeding according to claim 3, wherein one end, distal from the electric motor (20), of the connection rod (21) is fixedly connected to a second bevel gear (19); and the bottom of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected to fixing blocks (16), wherein the bottoms of the fixing blocks (16) are rotatably connected to a rotating shaft (17), and the rotating shaft (17) is fixedly connected to the second roller (12).
5. The device for clearing the excrement for the livestock breeding according to claim 4, wherein the middle of the rotating shaft (17) is fixedly connected to a first bevel gear (18); and the connection rod (21) is rotatably connected to the bottom plate (1).
