and convenient operation, which can greatly improve the working efficiency of cotton picking.

A Portable Cotton Picker
The utility model relates to the technical field of agricultural and forestry machinery, in
particular to a portable cotton picker.
At present, cotton picking is mainly done by hand in Henan and Shandong, which not
only increases the manual labour of cotton pickers and makes the fingers of workers
easily injured, but also reduces the income of cotton picking farms. Even though there are
some cotton picking machines on the market, most of them are large machines, which are
bulky, inconvenient to operate and inefficient.
The utility model aims to provide a portable cotton picker, which is used to solve above
problems of low efficiency and inconvenient operation of cotton picking at present.
The utility model provides a portable cotton picker, which comprises a support frame, a
cotton inlet, a collecting bag, a fan, a fan motor and a plurality of cotton guiding pipes,
wherein the fan and the fan motor are fixed on the support frame. Two sections of cotton
guiding pipes are respectively arranged at two ends of the fan, and the air outlet of the fan
faces the feed inlet of the collecting bag. The impeller of the fan is fixedly connected
with the output shaft of the fan motor. The cotton inlet is communicated with the
collecting bag through a plurality of cotton guiding pipes.
Preferably, the cotton inlet comprises a disc and a plurality of wave-toothed throwers,
wherein the middle part of the disc is provided with a feed inlet which is communicated with the cotton inlet end of the cotton guiding pipe, and a plurality of wave-toothed throwers are arranged on the outer edge of the disc at intervals around the feed inlet.
Preferably, the collecting bag is provided with a feed outlet, which is provided with a
protective cloth. The protective cloth is sewn on the collecting bag, and its surface is
sewn with a velcro thorn surface, and the collecting bag is sewn with the velcro wool
surface matching with the velcro thorn surface.
Preferably, a battery box with battery inside is arranged on the support frame.
The wave-toothed thrower is connected with a picking motor.
The picking motor and the fan motor are all connected with the battery through wires.
Preferably, a baffle plate is fixed on the side surface of the support frame, and a back

cotton picking.

Embodiment 1
Embodiment 1 provides a portable cotton picker, and its structure will be described in
detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, the portable cotton picker comprises a support frame (1), a cotton inlet
(2) fixed on the support frame (1), a fan (4) and a fan motor (5). In order to support the
motor, the screw rod 1 and 5 are fixed on the fan frame. Specifically, in order to play a
fixed effect, the fan (4) and fan motor (5) are fixed on the support frame (1) through the
screw rod and nut.
The cotton picker further comprises a collecting bag (3) and a plurality of cotton guiding
pipes (6). Wherein the cotton inlet (2) is communicated with the collecting bag (3)
through the plurality of cotton guiding pipes (6). A battery box with battaries (7) inside is
arranged on the support frame (1). Besides, the batteries (7) is connected with the fan
motor (5) through wires.
The fan (4) is a centrifugal fan, which is a very mature existing technology, and has built
in components such as impeller, volute, air chamber, fan protective cover (40) and air
inlet filter screen, etc. The fan (4) is arranged between two sections of cotton guiding
pipes (6), and the outlet of the air chamber of the fan (4) faces the inlet of the collecting
bag (3), and the impeller of the fan (4) is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the
fan motor (5).
The side surface of the support frame (1) is fixed with a baffle (11), on which a back strap
(12) is arranged.
The collecting bag (3) is provided with a feed outlet (30) which is provided with a
protective cloth (8). The protective cloth (8) is sewn on the collecting bag (3), and its
surface is sewn with a velcro thorn surface (82), and the collecting bag (3) is sewn with
the velcro wool surface (81) matching with the velcro thorn surface. The velcro wool
surface (81) and the velcro thorn surface (82) are both three, and the cross sections of the
velcro wool surface (81) and the velcro thorn surface (82) are rectangular.
Referring to fig. 2, the cotton inlet (2) comprises a disc (21) and a plurality of wave
toothed throwers (22), wherein the middle part of the disc (21) is provided with a feed
inlet (20) which is communicated with the cotton inlet end of the cotton guiding pipe (6),
and a plurality of wave-toothed throwers (22) are arranged on the outer edge of the disc
(21) at intervals around the feed inlet (21). The wave-toothed thrower (22) is connected
with a picking motor.The picking motor and the fan motor are all connected with the
battery (7) through wires.
Although the utility model has been described in detail with general instructions and
specific embodiment, it is obvious to those skilled in the art that some modifications or
improvements can be made on the basis of the utility model. Therefore, these
modifications or improvements made on the basis of not deviating from the spirit of the

1. A portable cotton picker is characterized by comprising a support frame (1), a cotton
inlet (2), a collecting bag (3), a fan (4), a fan motor (5) and a plurality of cotton guiding
pipes (6), wherein the fan (4) and the fan motor (5) are fixed on the support frame (1).
Two sections of cotton guiding pipes (6) are respectively arranged at two ends of the fan
(4), and the air outlet of the fan (4) faces the feed inlet of the collecting bag (3). The
impeller of the fan (4) is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the fan motor (5). The
cotton inlet (2) is communicated with the collecting bag (3) through a plurality of cotton
guiding pipes (6).
2. The portable cotton picker according to claim 1 is characterized in that the cotton inlet
(2) comprises a disc (21) and a plurality of wave-toothed throwers (22), wherein the
middle part of the disc (21) is provided with a feed inlet (20) which is communicated
with the cotton inlet end of the cotton guiding pipe (6), and a plurality of wave-toothed
throwers (22) are arranged on the outer edge of the disc (21) at intervals around the feed
inlet (20).
3. The portable cotton picker according to claim 1 is characterized in that the collecting
bag (3) is provided with a feed outlet (30), which is provided with a protective cloth (8).
The protective cloth (8) is sewn on the collecting bag (3), and its surface is sewn with a
velcro thorn surface (82), and the collecting bag (3) is sewn with the velcro wool surface
(81) matching with the velcro thorn surface (82).
4. The portable cotton picker according to claim 2 is characterized in that a battery box
with battery inside is arranged on the support frame (1). The wave-toothed thrower (22) is connected with a picking motor. The picking motor and the fan motor (5) are all connected with the battery (7) through wires.

(11) is fixed on the side surface of the support frame (1), and a back strap (2) is arranged
on the baffle plate (11).
