This invention does not replace any other existing oral device used to assist snoring or sleep apnea patients. It serves the same purpose of improving sleep quality, but the design is unique and different from other existing designs. Not all existing oral devices work for all sleep deprived individuals. Snore Cap has been designed as a simple and effective oral device that can be readily available on the shop shelves and can be used by anyone regardless of their jaw or mouth structure. (Yet to be medically tested and proven), it has the potential of correcting the airflow pathways overtime to a point where the user no longer needs the device.

Brief Description of the Invention:
Snore Cap is a medical grade BPA free silicone device that is placed between lower and upper jaws whilst sleeping. It is a 1-piece device with two different sections. The main piece is the mouthpiece inserted in between the upper and lower jaw just on one side of the mouth while the end section stays outside of the mouth. The end section acts as a safety device for fear of choking or swallowing of the device while sleeping. Two different designs have been developed and will be trialled out.
Design 1 is called a Croc-Jaw Snore Cap because of its shape and Design 2 is a Cylinder Snore Cap
Both Snore Caps have their small holder case to keep them while not in use.
DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION DRAWINGS:
1. Medical grade BPA free silicone mouthpiece
Snore Cap is a small mouth device that is used as an aid for people with deep snoring problems or sleep apnea. There are two designs made that performs the very same function. Design 1 is called Croc-JawSnore Cap and Design 2 is called Cylinder Snore Cap.
• Croc-JawSnore Cap- Consist of the head that looks like a crocodile jaw and an end which is designed to be outside of the mouth. See image below: Design 1-Croc-Jaw Snore Cap This part sits in b the jaws

Relationship between the Parts of the Invention: Part 1 is the Main Section that sits inside the mouth to allow air to flow whilst a person is sleeping. Part 2 is the End section that is left outside of the mouth. It acts as a safety device for people who are afraid of swallowing the main section. Part 3 is the case holder to the snore cap.
Details of the Invention Operation/Functions: Snore Cap is placed in the mouth like any other oral anti-snoring device. It helps to clear airflow pathways whilst one is asleep.
