Abstract

The rotatable plant fruit soaking and germinating growth device belongs to the field of agriculture and agricultural product processing, and relates to an industrialized plant washing, soaking and germinating growth device. The device consists of a rotatable horizontal cylindrical plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container with spiral ribs inside, a power system for driving the rotation of the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container, an auxiliary device, a frame and a control system, wherein the auxiliary device comprises a spray unit inserted into the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container, a ventilation unit, a unit for preparing a growth promoter, a disinfectant and a sterilizing agent, a liquid delivery unit, and a discharge end cover. The present invention can solve the problems of mutual squeezing of stacked materials, poor air permeability, temperature gradient inside the material pile, bacterial reproduction and the like in the process of plant germination growth. The device also realizes the washing and soaking before the germination of the plants to be germinated, the automatic discharging and the automatic washing of the germination growth container. Field of the Invention
The present invention belongs to the field of agriculture and agricultural product processing, and relates to an industrialized plant fruit washing, soaking and germinating growth device.
Background of the Invention
At present, before being planted, many cultivated plants must undergo seed pretreatment to improve their disease resistance and cold resistance, so as to meet the agronomic requirements of standardized mechanical production; some agricultural products must be processed after germination to improve the content of their effective ingredients.
At present, the industrialized plant fruit germinating devices used in China all use containers to hold materials to be germinated (such as box-type seed containers and seed bags). Before use, the relevant parts of the devices in contact with materials must be strictly disinfected. Since the materials are in a state of squeezing each other during the growth process, the air permeability is not good. The atmospheres of the center and the edge of the material pile are inconsistent, resulting in uneven growth, bacterial reproduction, and peculiar smell, even mildew and rot; and soaking and germination are realized in different containers, and the material movement operation between process steps is complicated.
Summary of the Invention
1. Technical problem to be solved
The objective of the present invention is to develop an industrialized plant fruit germinating growth device to solve the above technical problems. The device can solve the problem of mutual squeezing of stacked materials, poor air permeability, uneven internal temperature of the material pile, and bacterial reproduction during the germinating growth of plant fruits.
The present invention should also conduct the washing and soaking before the germination of the plant fruits to be germinated.
2. The technical solution of the present invention is as follows:
The present invention consists of a rotatable horizontal cylindrical plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container with spiral ribs inside, a power system for driving the rotation of the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container, an auxiliary device, a frame and a control system, wherein the auxiliary device comprises a spray unit inserted into the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container, a ventilation unit, a unit for preparing a growth promoter, a disinfectant and a sterilizing agent, a liquid delivery unit, and a discharge end cover.
(1) The power system that drives the rotatable horizontal cylindrical plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container can make the horizontal cylindrical plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container rotate as required.
(2) The plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container is equipped with spiral ribs inside. When the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container rotates, the spiral ribs and the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container follow up, and the materials are lifted up to a certain height with the spiral ribs and then allowed to fall freely, so that the materials are mixed well and mutual squeezing of the material can be avoided; when the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container does not move, by adjusting the rotation of the spiral ribs, the materials in the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container can be pushed out from an outlet to realize automatic discharge.
(3) The plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container is equipped with a hollow protective shell outside, and the hollow protective shell is filled with an insulation material, which can realize the temperature isolation of the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container from the outside.
(4) The spray unit injects an agronomic liquid with a suitable temperature into the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container, which can realize: automatic washing of newly entered materials to be germinated; material soaking and germination in the production process; adjustment of temperature and humidity in the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container; disinfection, sterilization and deodorization of the materials. At the end of the production, all the movable substances in the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container, including production materials, wastes generated in the production process, and other liquids, are output from the outlet to the outside of the cylinder; moreover, the spray unit is used to clean the inner wall of the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container without manual washing.
(5) The power system provides energy for the movement of the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container.
(6) Control system: used for storing agronomic parameters and for adjusting the whole process of washing, soaking, germination, growth, and discharging of the plant fruits to be germinated in the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container by sending a signal to the spray unit, the power system, the ventilation unit and the unit for preparing a growth promoter, a disinfectant and a sterilizing agent.
3. Beneficial Effect
In the present invention, since the rotatable horizontal cylindrical plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container is often rotated to lift the materials to be germinated up to a certain height and then let the materials fall freely. The materials are stacked up freely in the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container, and the mutual position of the materials often changes, which can realize the uniform mixing, stirring and turning of the materials, and avoid the mutual squeezing between the materials; moreover, the materials come in friendly contact with gas in the growth environment during the free fall from high to low, which solves the problem of air permeability and also solves the problem of inconsistency in the small environment atmosphere between the center and edge of the material pile in the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container; by regularly rotating the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container and adding gas and a growth liquid to the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container, the living environment of bacteria reproduction is destroyed, and no obvious peculiar smell or mildew occurs during the production process; the components of the rotatable plant fruit soaking and germinating growth device in contact with the material to be germinated can establish a good plant germinating growth environment only by simple washing before germination, without strict disinfection and sterilization processes.
The device realizes automatic washing, soaking, and discharging at the same time, and the operation method is simple.

Detailed Description of the Invention
As shown in Fig. 1, the structure and specific implementation of the device of the present invention are as follows.
1. The control system detects the temperature in the container through the gas, liquid, temperature, and humidity measurement interface 1, and performs adjustment through the spray unit 4 and the ventilation unit 11.

3. The rotatable horizontal cylindrical plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6 is provided with a temperature insulation layer outside, which limits the amount of heat exchange inside and outside the rotatable horizontal cylindrical plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6.
4. Washing: The material to be germinated is fed into the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6 from the feeding mechanism 8 through an inlet 7, the control system starts the liquid delivery unit 13 to inject an appropriate liquid from the unit 12 for preparing a growth promoter, a disinfectant and a sterilizing agent into the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6 through the spray unit 4; the power system 9 is started under the control of the control system, so that the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6 is rotated to lift the material to be germinated up to a certain height and then let it fall freely to ensure that the material is in uniform contact with the washing liquid; when it is detected that the liquid level of the liquid is higher than the outlet 3, because the outlet 3 is lower than the inlet 7, a part of the liquid freely flows out of the outlet 3 and also brings out fine particles and floating substances to realize automatic washing for the material to be germinated.
5. Soaking and germination: the control system starts the power system 9 according to the agronomic requirements to drive the rotatable horizontal cylindrical plant fruit soaking, soaking and germination container 6 to rotate; the auxiliary device adds an agronomic liquid with a suitable temperature via the spray unit 4 according to the requirements of agronomic production to the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6 to adjust the temperature and humidity in the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6; the ventilation unit 11 injects appropriate gas into the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6.
6. Germination: when the production enters a germination phase, the control system starts the power system 9 according to the agronomic requirements to drive the plant fruit soaking, soaking and germination container 6 to rotate; the auxiliary device adds an agronomic liquid with a suitable temperature via the spray unit 4 according to the requirements of agronomic production to the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6; the ventilation unit 11 injects appropriate gas into the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6.
7. Discharge: at the end of growth, the control system starts the power system 9 to drive the spiral ribs 5 of the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6 to rotate so that the material is pushed out to realize automatic discharging; moreover, washing liquid is sprayed into the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6 via the spray unit 4 so that all the movable materials in the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container 6 are washed out to realize automatic washing.

Claims
1. A rotatable plant fruit soaking and germinating growth device, consisting of a rotatable horizontal cylindrical plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container (6) with spiral ribs (5) inside, a power system (9) for driving the rotation of the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container (6), an auxiliary unit, a frame (10) and a control system, wherein the auxiliary device comprises a spray unit (4) inserted into the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container (6), a ventilation unit (11), a unit (12) for preparing a growth promoter, a disinfectant and a sterilizing agent, a liquid delivery unit (13), and a discharge end cover (2).

The rotary plant fruit soaking and germinating growth device according to claim 1, wherein the spiral ribs (5) in the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container (6) follows up with the rotation of the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container (6) or rotate separately by itself.
3. The rotary plant fruit soaking and germinating growth device according to claim 1, wherein an outer wall of the horizontal cylindrical plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container (6) is equipped with a thermal insulation unit.
4. The rotary plant fruit soaking and germinating growth device according to claim 1, wherein the power system (9) is used to drive the rotation of the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container (6) or the rotation of the spiral ribs (5).
5. The rotary plant fruit soaking and germinating growth device according to claim 1, wherein the spray unit (4) is used to inject into the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container (6) a growth promoter, a disinfectant and a sterilizing agent from a unit (12) for preparing a growth promoter, a disinfectant and a sterilizing agent and gas required for the growth.
6. The rotary plant fruit soaking and germinating growth device according to claim 1, wherein the plant fruit soaking and germinating growth container (6) comprises an outlet (3) and an inlet (7), and the outlet (3) is lower than the inlet
