SEF: Smart Educational Framework: Smart Al-loT based educator monitoring and content availability alert system
Our invention "SEF: Smart Educational Framework" is related to educational system QoS assurance, and based on AI-loT blended mode technology. The smart monitoring system is to check the educator active presence, the relevance of the delivery, and notification on the availability of the e-content. This will lead to a new path towards the quality of classroom learning, maximum resource utilization, and automated education quality monitoring.
The majorly used and ongoing traditional method of education is to send students to an educational institution to learn by following the instructions of an educator. The educator delivers the curriculum and assists them in retaining the information to long last use. One drawback of this traditional method is rooted in the fact that students are often predisposed to effective learning in different ways. Having said this means, some of them have a visual learning preference, while others have auditory or tactile learning preferences. Hence, for sure, all can't succeed in traditional or ongoing methods. Moreover, there is inconsistency with their learning strengths or style, the students who may just succeed using the instructions ofa teacher.
If we talk about the feedback and reporting, the majorly ongoing method of conveying feedback to guardians for a student's performance is confined and limited to a post-test result report card. This is the usual practice and suffering several drawbacks, having the worst feedback after finishing tenure, has no meaning rather an undesired repeat. For example, when a student was facing difficulty learning at school, the guardians were often not notified in a timely enough fashion to address the problem. Another drawback is the guardian's continued interest creation failure.
To remove the ongoing system's drawback, many attempts are being made including LMS and live ERP reporting systems. However, these systems do not rivet teachers, guardians, or students to participate. For example, teachers may lack the time or computer knowledge to enter data into an often cumbersome data entry and presentation system. Also, guardians, such as parents, often neglect or forget to check the results. Moreover, students often are not compelled to use the foregoing systems or find the systems cumbersome to use. Hence, ongoing systems fail to create an effective and interactive way for feedback and awareness.
