Description
FOAM GENERATOR FOR PREPARING FOAM TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the technical field of foam generators, and in particular, to a foam generator for preparing foam.
BACKGROUND
At present, small fire extinguishers widely used in the market include dry powder fire extinguishers, water-based fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, etc. These extinguishers play an important role in controlling initial fires, but the miniaturization application of a foam technology is still blank. The water-based foam technology has a very broad application prospect and social and economic benefits due to its advantages of wide applicability, rapid fire extinguishing and non-recurrence of fires extinguished.
Water-based foam is widely used in the fire fighting industry. As early as the 1950s, Britain was the first to apply water-based foam to practice. Subsequently, the United States, the former Soviet Union, the former West Germany, Japan and other countries successively carried out research work in this aspect and achieved certain results. The application of water-based foam in production practice started late in China. In the 1980s, Chen Dongsheng of the Shanghai Research Institute of the China Coal Research Institute initially studied the mechanism of foam dedusting, but due to limited conditions, no industrial test was performed. After entering the 21st century, Professor Wang Deming of China University of Mining and Technology added fly ash (three-phase foam) to the water-based foam for the first time for mine fire prevention and control, and then applied the water-based foam to the dust prevention and control of a mine mining working face, and achieved good application results. However, due to the shortcomings of complex structure, too many power sources and low foam conversion rate of the foam generator and the like, the miniaturization of a foam preparation device cannot be realized.
Therefore, in order to realize the popularization and application of water-based foam in production practice, it is necessary to develop a miniaturized foam generating device for preparing foam.
SUMMARY
The present invention provides a foam generator for preparing foam, so as to solve the foregoing problems existing in the prior art, realize miniaturization of a foam preparation device and facilitate popularization and application of water-based foam.

2020100567 15 Apr 2020
A top of the pressure tank 1 is provided with a three-way valve 2 and a pressure gage 3. The pressure gage 3 of this embodiment is disposed on the three-way valve 2. A second end of the three-way valve 2 is connected to the pressure relief valve 5 through a threaded connection valve 4, and a third end of the three-way valve 2 is connected to the mixing tube 9 through a quick connection valve 6. A pressure regulating valve 7 is disposed between the third end of the threeway valve 2 and the mixing tube 9 to regulate the pressure of the discharged high-pressure gas 14. The mixing tube 9 is connected to a spray gun 13 through a quick connection valve 6. A hose 11 is disposed between the mixing tube 9 and the spray gun 13, and a valve 12 is disposed on the hose 11.
One end of the infusion tube 8 is provided with a liquid suction port 10 and the liquid suction port 10 can be in contact with a bottom of the pressure tank 1. The other end of the infusion tube 8 is bent and then nested in the mixing tube 9, so that a device is convenient to use. A gap is reserved between the infusion tube 8 and the mixing tube 9, and the gap is for the high-pressure gas 14 to drive the solution 15 for preparing foam to pass through the hose 11 together. The infusion tube 8 is provided with a valve 12 which is positioned between the pressure tank 1 and the mixing tube 9.
In this embodiment, the threaded connection valve 4 is used for a connection that is not often movable, and the quick connection valve 6 is used for connection parts that are frequently disassembled, so that disassembly and assembly are more convenient. The solution 15 for preparing foam and a compressed gas fill the pressure tank 1 in advance, and the pressure tank 1 has a certain air pressure, and a stable product for preparing foam is formed.
A specific use process of the foam generator for preparing foam according to this embodiment includes the following steps of:
switching on the pressure relief valve 5 on the pressure tank 1, where the high-pressure gas 14 passes through the pressure relief valve 5 and the pressure regulating valve 7 and is released in the mixing tube 9, so that the outlet pressure of the high-pressure gas 14 keeps a measured value of the pressure gage 3 at about four atmospheres; then switching on the valve 12 on the infusion tube 8, so that the solution 15 for preparing foam is pressed out of the infusion tube 8 under the action of the high-pressure gas 14 and is mixed with the high-pressure gas 14 in the mixing tube 9 for foaming (foam can be generated when the high-pressure gas 14 and the solution 15 are mixed under turbulent airflow), and then outputting the foam through the hose 11 and the spray gun 13 in sequence. The effect of ejecting foam can be realized by controlling a flow rate of foam liquid through the valve 12 on the infusion tube 8.
