Abstract

(Problem) To provide an easy-to-carry training belt for which a conventional, generally commercially sold loop band can be utilized, and with which it is possible to link a plurality of loop bands to an arbitrary length in a simple structure and easily and to reduce cost and effort. (Solution) This training belt is provided with: a plurality of ring-shaped and expandable belt members 12; an intermediate locking member 14 for detachably linking the plurality of belt members 12; a first locking member 20 detachably linked to an end of one of the belt members 12 linked by the intermediate locking member 14; and a second locking member 38 detachably linked to an end of the other of the belt members 12 linked by the intermediate locking member 14. The training belt is configured to form a ring shape by locking the first locking member 20 and the second locking member 38.

The invention relates to a training belt and a rubber ball

member which comprises a stretchable belt made of, for example,

rubber and the like and a rubber ball member for using various

trainings,

for example, exercise, beauty, health such as improving low

back pain, rehabilitation of such as gait disorder, solving lack

of physical activity, limbs, legs and waist, prevention of

cognizance syndrome, sports training by strengthening back

muscles, chest muscles, bodybuilding, etc. and various training

in other fields like sports training (hereinafter, simply referred

to as "training").
