A continuous movement can be performed with the rubber ball element.
Description
The application is a divisional application; the parent application is filed under the name of '2019800058978', and the invention is named as 'training belt and rubber ball component'.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a training belt and a rubber ball member each composed of a stretchable belt such as rubber, and used for various exercises (hereinafter simply referred to as "training") in other fields such as exercise, beauty, health improvement such as improvement of lumbago, rehabilitation training such as walking difficulty, elimination of lack of exercise, prevention of limbs, waist and legs, dementia, exercise training for strengthening back muscles, chest muscles and the like, and body building.
Background
Conventionally, for such various exercises, for example, exercise rubber elastic bands, ring elastic bands, training elastic cords, and the like have been used as training tools.
As such a training tool, for example, a ring-shaped (loop shape) elastic band has been conventionally used as a so-called "chest expander" using an elastic member made of rubber or the like and having elasticity.
In such a ring-shaped elastic band, since the length of the ring-shaped elastic band is constant, it is necessary to prepare ring-shaped elastic bands having various lengths depending on, for example, the purpose of use, the place of use, the training method, the training strength, the strength (load) of the ring-shaped member, and the like, which leads to an increase in cost, and it is necessary to select the ring-shaped elastic band for training, which is troublesome and troublesome.
Therefore, patent document 1 (japanese patent application laid-open No. 2017-18243) discloses a training tool that can be used as a ring-shaped elastic band of any length without preparing ring-shaped elastic bands of various lengths.
That is, fig. 20 is a perspective view of the training tool shown in patent document 1.
As shown in fig. 20, the training tool 100 disclosed in patent document 1 is configured such that a plurality of ring members 106 are connected via a joint 108, and the ring members 106 are configured by a first stretchable member 102 and a second stretchable member 104 that is longer than the first stretchable member 102 in the longitudinal direction.
Further, for example, the length of the training tool 100 can be changed by variously changing the portion (position) where the left and right hands are inserted into the ring 106 to grip the ring, and the strength of the load applied during training can be adjusted.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in the training tool 100 described in patent document 1, it is necessary to manufacture a plurality of ring members 106 including the first stretchable member 102 and the second stretchable member 104 longer than the first stretchable member 102 in the longitudinal direction in advance through the joint 108, and the structure is complicated and the cost is increased accordingly.
Further, the conventional endless elastic band generally sold cannot be used, and the trainer is also burdened economically and in terms of carrying.
In the training tool 100 described in patent document 1, for example, depending on the position (position) where the left and right hands are inserted into the ring 106 and held, an extra portion may be generated at both end portions, which may disturb training or cause problems in other parts of the periphery or body.
Further, when the conventional ring-shaped elastic band is used for training such as leg exercise and knee exercise, it is necessary to put both feet into the ring-shaped member while sitting on a chair or stooping for use, which is inconvenient and requires a somewhat large space.
Therefore, it is not suitable for training during work, learning, and the like while sitting on a chair, training while watching television, video, and the like while sitting on a chair at home, training while moving on a passenger seat or a rear seat of an automobile, a sightseeing bus, an airplane, a ship, a train, and training on bedding or a bed, for example.
In view of such a situation, an object of the present invention is to provide a training belt which can use a conventional commonly sold endless elastic belt, can easily connect a plurality of endless elastic belts in an arbitrary length with a simple structure, can reduce costs and trouble, and is convenient to carry.
Further, an object of the present invention is to provide a training belt which can be easily used and which can be formed into an endless elastic belt having various lengths depending on, for example, the purpose of use, the place of use, the training method, the training strength, the strength (load) of the endless member, and the like.
Further, an object of the present invention is to provide a training belt which can be used as a belt, is convenient to use, and can be used even in a narrow place without putting both feet into a ring-shaped member while sitting on a chair or bending, when used for training such as foot exercise or knee exercise like a conventional ring-shaped elastic belt.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a training belt and a rubber ball member which are suitable for training while sitting on a chair for work, study, and the like, training while watching television, video, and the like while sitting on a chair or a sofa at home, training while moving on a passenger seat or a rear seat of a car, a sightseeing bus, an airplane, a ship, a train, and training on bedding or a bed.
Means for solving the problems
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a training belt comprising a stretchable belt, the training belt comprising:
a plurality of band members which are ring-shaped and are extendable and retractable;
an intermediate locking member that detachably connects the plurality of belt members to each other;
a first locking member detachably connected to one end of the belt member connected to the intermediate locking member; and
a second locking member detachably connected to the other end of the belt member connected to the intermediate locking member,
the first locking member and the second locking member are locked together to form a ring shape.
With this configuration, the plurality of band members, which are ring-shaped and stretchable, are detachably connected to each other via the intermediate locking member.
The first locking member is detachably connected to one end of the belt member connected by the intermediate locking member.
The second locking member is detachably connected to the other end of the belt member connected to the intermediate locking member.
In this state, the first locking member and the second locking member are locked together to form a ring shape.
Therefore, it is possible to provide a training belt that can use a ring-shaped elastic belt that is generally sold in the related art as a belt member, and can easily connect a plurality of ring-shaped elastic belts (belt members) detachably in an arbitrary length with a simple structure, thereby reducing costs and trouble, and being convenient to carry.
Further, it is possible to provide a training belt which can be easily used and which can be formed into an endless elastic belt having various lengths depending on, for example, the purpose of use, the place of use, the training method, the training strength, the strength (load) of the endless member, and the like.
Further, it is possible to provide a training belt which can be used as a belt, is convenient to use, and can be used in a narrow place without putting both feet into a ring-shaped member in a state of sitting on a chair or bending when used for training such as foot exercise or knee exercise like a conventional ring-shaped elastic belt.
Further, it is possible to provide a training belt suitable for training during work or learning while sitting on a chair, training while watching television, video, or the like while sitting on a chair or a sofa at home, training while moving on a passenger seat or a rear seat of a car, a sightseeing bus, an airplane, a ship, or a train, and training on bedding or a bed.
Further, the training belt of the present invention is characterized in that,
the intermediate locking member includes a locking lever body, a first locking lever member, and a second locking lever member,
the locking lever main body is formed in a central portion of the intermediate locking member,
the first locking lever member and the second locking lever member extend from the locking lever body so as to be separated by a predetermined distance, and are arranged in parallel with the locking lever body,
a first locking hole is formed in a portion surrounded by the locking lever body and the first locking lever member,
a first slit for detachably inserting and engaging the belt member at one end of the plurality of belt members is formed in the first locking hole,
a second locking hole is formed in a portion surrounded by the locking lever body and the second locking lever member,
the second locking hole is formed with a second slit for detachably inserting and engaging the belt member at the other end of the plurality of belt members.
With this configuration, the band member engaging one end of the plurality of band members can be detachably inserted into the first locking hole formed in the portion surrounded by the locking lever main body and the first locking lever member through the first slit.
The belt member engaging the other end of the plurality of belt members can be detachably inserted into a second locking hole formed in a portion surrounded by the locking lever body and the second locking lever member through the second slit.
Thus, the plurality of belt members can be easily and detachably connected to each other.
Therefore, it is possible to provide a training belt that can use a ring-shaped elastic belt that is generally sold in the related art as a belt member, and that can detachably connect a plurality of ring-shaped elastic belts (belt members) with a simple structure and with arbitrary lengths, and that can reduce costs and trouble, and that is convenient to carry.
In the training belt according to the present invention, the length of the first engaging lever member is different from the length of the second engaging lever member.
With this configuration, a plurality of belt members having different width dimensions can be connected without being displaced, which is convenient.
Further, the training belt of the present invention is characterized in that,
the first locking member is constituted by a buckle-type locking member,
a first insertion engaging member, which is detachably inserted into the locking band member, is provided on the band member side of the buckle type locking member,
a first strap engaging hole having a slit for detachably inserting the locking strap member is formed in the first insertion engaging member,
the second locking member is composed of a band-shaped locking member,
a second insertion engaging member, which is detachably inserted into the locking band member, is provided on the band member side of the band-type locking member,
a second belt engaging hole having a slit for detachably inserting the locking belt member is formed in the second insertion engaging member,
the buckle-type engaging member is configured in a ring shape by engaging with the band-type engaging member.
With this configuration, the locking band member can be detachably inserted into the first band engagement hole of the first insertion engagement member through the slit of the first insertion engagement member provided on the band member side of the buckle type locking member.
The locking belt member can be detachably inserted into the second belt engaging hole of the second insertion engaging member through the slit of the second insertion engaging member provided on the belt member side of the belt-shaped belt-type locking member.
In this state, the buckle-type locking member and the band-type locking member are locked to each other, thereby forming a ring shape.
Therefore, by adjusting the locking position between the buckle-type locking member and the band-type locking member, it is possible to provide a training belt that can be easily used as an endless elastic belt having various lengths depending on, for example, the purpose of use, the place of use, the training method, the training strength, the strength (load) of the endless member, and the like.
Further, by adjusting the locking position between the buckle-type locking member and the band-type locking member, it is possible to provide a training belt which does not require both feet to be put into the ring-shaped member for use while sitting on a chair or bending, can be used as a belt, is convenient to use, and can be used even in a narrow place, when used for training such as exercise of feet or exercise of knees as in the conventional ring-shaped elastic belt.
Further, by adjusting the locking position between the buckle-type locking member and the band-type locking member, it is possible to provide a training belt suitable for training during work, learning, and the like while sitting on a chair, training while watching tv, video, and the like while sitting on a chair at home, training while moving on a passenger seat or a rear seat of a car, a sightseeing bus, an airplane, a ship, a train, and training on a bed or a bed.
In the training belt according to the present invention, a confirmation portion capable of confirming the front and back sides is formed on the surface of the buckle-type engaging member of the first engaging member.
With such a configuration, for example, by attaching a sticker or forming a confirmation portion configured by displaying a mark such as braille or unevenness, a color zone, or the like on the surface of the buckle-type locking member of the first locking member, the front and back sides can be confirmed, and erroneous fitting of the front and back sides can be prevented.
In the training belt of the present invention, the belt-type engaging member of the second engaging member has a concave-convex portion.
With this configuration, the position of the excess portion of the band-type locking member to be cut can be grasped by the irregularities of the band-type locking member formed on the second locking member, and the front and back can be confirmed by the irregularities by forming the irregularities on the surface of the buckle-type locking member, thereby preventing erroneous assembly.
Further, the training belt of the present invention is characterized in that,
the first locking member is formed of a snap-in type concave locking member,
a first insertion engaging member is provided on the belt member side of the concave engaging member, the first insertion engaging member being detachably inserted into the engaging belt member,
a first strap engaging hole having a slit for detachably inserting the locking strap member is formed in the first insertion engaging member,
the second locking member is constituted by a click-type convex locking member corresponding to the concave locking member,
a second insertion engaging member is provided on the belt member side of the convex engaging member, the second insertion engaging member being detachably inserted into the engaging belt member,
a second belt engaging hole having a slit for detachably inserting the locking belt member is formed in the second insertion engaging member,
the ring shape is formed by locking the concave locking member and the convex locking member.
With this configuration, the engagement belt member can be detachably inserted into the first belt engaging hole of the first insertion engaging member through the slit of the first insertion engaging member provided on the belt member side of the snap-in type concave engagement member.
The locking belt member can be detachably inserted into the second belt engaging hole of the second insertion engaging member through the slit of the second insertion engaging member provided on the belt member side of the snap-fit type convex locking member.
In this state, the snap-in type concave locking member is locked to the convex locking member, thereby forming a ring shape.
Therefore, by adjusting the locking position of the snap-in type concave locking member and the convex locking member, it is possible to provide a training belt which can be easily used as an endless elastic belt having various lengths depending on, for example, the purpose of use, the place of use, the training method, the training strength, the strength (load) of the endless element, and the like.
Further, by adjusting the locking position of the snap-in type concave locking member and the convex locking member, it is possible to provide a training belt which does not require that both feet be put into the ring-shaped member and used while sitting on a chair or stooping, and which can be used as a belt, is convenient to use, and can be used even in a narrow place, when used for training such as exercise of feet and exercise of knees as in the case of a conventional ring-shaped elastic belt.
Further, by adjusting the locking position of the snap-in type concave locking member and the convex locking member, it is possible to provide a training belt suitable for training during work, study, and the like while sitting on a chair, training while watching tv, video, and the like while sitting on a chair at home, training while moving on a front passenger seat or a rear seat of a car, a sightseeing bus, an airplane, a ship, a train, and training on a bed or a bed.
Further, the training belt of the present invention is characterized in that,
the first locking member is formed of a ring-shaped first ring-shaped locking member which can be opened and closed,
a first insertion engaging member, which is detachably inserted into the locking band member, is provided on the band member side of the first ring-shaped locking member,
a first strap engaging hole having a slit for detachably inserting the locking strap member is formed in the first insertion engaging member,
the second locking member is formed of a ring-shaped second ring-shaped locking member that can be opened and closed,
a second insertion engaging member, which is detachably inserted into the locking band member, is provided on the band member side of the second annular locking member,
a second belt engaging hole having a slit for detachably inserting the locking belt member is formed in the second insertion engaging member,
the first annular locking member and the second annular locking member are locked together to form an annular shape.
With this configuration, the locking band member can be detachably inserted into the first band engagement hole of the first insertion engagement member through the slit of the first insertion engagement member provided on the band member side of the openable and closable first ring-shaped locking member.
The locking belt member can be detachably inserted into the second belt engaging hole of the second insertion engaging member through a slit of the second insertion engaging member provided on the belt member side of the second ring-shaped openable and closable locking member.
In this state, the first ring-shaped locking member and the second ring-shaped locking member are locked together to form a ring shape.
Therefore, by adjusting the locking position of the first and second ring-shaped locking members of the openable and closable ring shape, it is possible to provide a training belt which can be an endless elastic belt of various lengths depending on, for example, the purpose of use, the place of use, the training method, the training strength, the strength (load) of the ring, and which can be used easily.
Further, by adjusting the locking positions of the first and second ring-shaped locking members which are ring-shaped and openable, it is possible to provide a training belt which does not require that both feet be put into the ring-shaped member and used while sitting on a chair or bending down, when used for training such as foot exercise or knee exercise as in the conventional ring-shaped elastic belt, can be used as a belt, is convenient to use, and can be used in a narrow place.
Further, by adjusting the locking position of the first and second ring-shaped locking members which are openable and closable, it is possible to provide a training belt which is suitable for training during work, learning, and the like while sitting on a chair, training while watching television, video, and the like while sitting on a chair at home, training while moving on a passenger seat or a rear seat of a vehicle, a sightseeing bus, an airplane, a ship, a train, and training on bedding or a bed.
In the training belt according to the present invention, the first insertion engagement member of the first locking member is constituted by the intermediate locking member.
In this way, the first insertion engagement member of the first locking member may be constituted by the intermediate locking member.
Thus, the intermediate locking part can also be used as the first insertion engagement part of the first locking part, and the number of components is reduced, and the cost and trouble can also be reduced.
In the training belt according to the present invention, the second insertion engagement member of the second locking member is constituted by the intermediate locking member.
In this way, the second insertion engagement member of the second locking member may be constituted by the intermediate locking member.
Thus, the intermediate locking part can also be used as the second insertion engagement part of the second locking part, and the number of components is reduced, and the cost and trouble can also be reduced.
Further, the training belt of the present invention is a belt that is stretchable and contractible, comprising:
a plurality of band members which are ring-shaped and are extendable and retractable;
an intermediate locking member that detachably connects the plurality of belt members to each other;
a first locking member detachably connected to one end of the belt member connected to the intermediate locking member; and
a second locking member detachably connected to the other end of the belt member connected to the intermediate locking member,
the first locking member and the second locking member are locked together to form a ring shape,
in the above-mentioned training belt, the belt is,
at least one third locking member detachably connected to the belt member of the ring-shaped training belt,
the third locking member includes:
a locking member body detachably connected to the belt member of the ring-shaped training belt; and
and a connecting portion which is detachably connected to the locking member body and detachably connects to another band member which is in a ring shape and is stretchable.
With this configuration, the training belt includes at least one third locking member detachably connected to the belt member of the ring-shaped training belt.
The locking member body is detachably connected to a belt member of the ring-shaped training belt.
In addition, another band member having a ring shape and being stretchable and contractible can be connected detachably by a connecting portion detachably connected to the locking member body.
Therefore, for example, as shown in fig. 26 described below, if another band member having a ring shape and being freely extendable and retractable is used for both feet, it is possible to perform comprehensive exercise and training of arms, waist, legs, and the like, which is extremely convenient.
In the training belt of the present invention, the locking member body has an openable and closable loop shape, and the belt member of the loop-shaped training belt is detachably connected to the loop-shaped portion of the locking member body.
With this configuration, since the locking member body has an openable and closable loop shape, the belt member of the training belt having a loop shape is detachably connected to the loop-shaped portion of the locking member body.
Therefore, the belt member of the ring-shaped training belt is detachably connected to another ring-shaped belt member which is extendable and retractable, so that the belt member can be easily and conveniently detached.
In the training belt according to the present invention, the connecting portion of the third locking member is configured to be detachably connected to the locking member body.
With this configuration, the belt member of the training belt in the loop shape connected to the locking member body can be detachably connected to the other belt member in the loop shape and capable of expanding and contracting through the connection portion of the third locking member.
Therefore, the belt member of the ring-shaped training belt is detachably connected to another ring-shaped belt member which is extendable and retractable, so that the belt member can be easily and conveniently detached.
Further, the training belt of the present invention is characterized in that,
the intermediate locking member includes a locking lever body, a first locking lever member, and a second locking lever member,
the locking lever main body is formed in a central portion of the intermediate locking member,
the first locking lever member and the second locking lever member extend from the locking lever body so as to be separated by a predetermined distance, and are arranged in parallel with the locking lever body,
a first locking hole is formed in a portion surrounded by the locking lever body and the first locking lever member,
a second locking hole is formed in a portion surrounded by the locking lever body and the second locking lever member,
the first locking lever member is configured to be openable and closable so as to be capable of opening and closing the first locking hole, and,
the second locking lever member is configured to be openable and closable so as to be capable of opening and closing the second locking hole.
With this configuration, the first locking lever member is configured to be openable and closable so as to be able to open and close the first locking hole, and the second locking lever member is configured to be openable and closable so as to be able to open and close the second locking hole.
Therefore, the first locking hole and the second locking hole are opened and closed by the openable and closable first locking lever member and the openable and closable second locking lever member, and the belt members can be easily connected to and detached from each other, which is extremely convenient.
In the training belt of the present invention, the indicator portion is formed on the surface of the other belt member having a ring shape and being stretchable and contractible in accordance with the stretching and contraction of the other belt member having a ring shape and being stretchable and contractible.
With such a configuration, as will be described later, for example, as shown in fig. 23, on the surface of another band member 12e having a ring shape and being capable of freely extending and contracting, an indicator portion 29, for example, characters such as "oil is added", a face of a person or an animal, and a figure, which are extended and contracted in accordance with the extension and contraction of the band member 12e, can be formed.
As a result, the indicator portion 29 expands or contracts with expansion or contraction of the band member 12e, and the user is encouraged to perform comprehensive exercise or exercise of arms, legs, and the like.
Further, the rubber ball member of the present invention is used together with the training belt described in any one of the above, and is characterized in that,
the rubber ball member is provided with a rubber ball member main body,
the rubber ball member body is provided with an opening/closing hole which is formed independently of the air inlet port of the rubber ball member body and has a cover member which can be opened and closed,
the rubber ball member is provided with a balloon member detachably inserted into the opening/closing hole of the rubber ball member main body,
the balloon member includes:
a balloon member main body formed of a balloon; and
a nozzle member attached to the air port of the balloon member body,
the base end of the nozzle member is fitted to the air port of the balloon member body,
the front end of the nozzle member is detachably inserted into the opening/closing hole of the rubber ball member body,
an air hole is formed at the front end of the nozzle member,
the air in the rubber ball main body is moved to the balloon member main body through an air hole formed at the tip end of the nozzle member by applying pressure to the rubber ball main body from the outside using the training belt, and the balloon member main body is inflated.
Further, the rubber ball member of the present invention is characterized in that,
the rubber ball member is provided with a rubber ball member main body,
the rubber ball member body is provided with an opening/closing hole which is formed independently of the air inlet port of the rubber ball member body and has a cover member which can be opened and closed,
the rubber ball member is provided with a balloon member detachably inserted into the opening/closing hole of the rubber ball member main body,
the balloon member includes:
a balloon member main body formed of a balloon; and
a nozzle member attached to the air port of the balloon member body,
the base end of the nozzle member is fitted to the air port of the balloon member body,
the front end of the nozzle member is detachably inserted into the opening/closing hole of the rubber ball member body,
an air hole is formed at the front end of the nozzle member,
the air in the rubber ball member body is moved to the balloon member body through an air hole formed at the tip end of the nozzle member by applying pressure to the rubber ball member body from the outside, and the balloon member body is inflated.
With such a configuration, by using the rubber ball member and applying pressure from the outside to the rubber ball member main body, the air inside the rubber ball member main body is moved to the balloon member main body through the air hole formed at the tip end portion of the nozzle member, and the balloon member main body is inflated.
On the other hand, by weakening the pressure applied from the outside to the rubber ball member main body, the rubber ball member main body moves in the direction of expansion due to the elasticity of the rubber ball member main body.
In this way, the air in the balloon member body moves into the rubber ball member body through the air hole formed in the tip end portion of the nozzle member, and the rubber ball member body is inflated and deflated.
With such a configuration, the balloon member main body is inflated or deflated to be a target of exercise in various exercises and exercises such as leg exercise and grip strength, for example, and thus is extremely convenient.
Then, for example, by applying pressure from the outside to the rubber ball member body by the pressing force of the movement when the rubber ball member body of the rubber ball member is sandwiched between the two thighs and the movement for closing the two thighs is performed, the air inside the rubber ball member body is moved to the balloon member body through the air hole formed at the tip end portion of the nozzle member, and the balloon member body is inflated.
Then, during a period from the time when the movement is stopped to the time when, for example, the next movement to open the two thighs or the time when the user is at rest, air is moved into the rubber ball main body through the air hole formed in the tip end portion of the nozzle member by the pressure of the balloon main body, and the rubber ball main body is inflated again.
By repeating this, the rubber ball member can be continuously moved.
In the rubber ball member of the present invention, a balloon index portion that expands and contracts with expansion and contraction of the balloon member main body is formed on the surface of the balloon member main body of the balloon member.
With such a configuration, as shown in fig. 29 described below, for example, the indicator portion 81 that expands and contracts with expansion and contraction of the balloon member main body 86, characters such as "gas filling", a face of a person or an animal, and a figure are formed on the surface of the balloon member main body 86.
As a result, the indicator 81 expands or contracts with expansion or contraction of the balloon member main body 86, and the user is encouraged to perform comprehensive exercise or exercise of arms, legs, and the like.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, the plurality of band members each having a ring shape and being stretchable and contractible are detachably connected to each other via the intermediate locking member.
The first locking member is detachably connected to one end of the belt member connected by the intermediate locking member.
The second locking member is detachably connected to the other end of the belt member connected by the intermediate locking member.
Further, it is possible to provide a training belt which can be easily used and which can be formed into an endless elastic belt of various lengths depending on, for example, the purpose of use, the place of use, the training method, the training strength, the strength (load) of the endless member, and the like.
Further, according to the present invention, at least one third locking member is detachably connected to the belt member of the ring-shaped training belt.

In fig. 1 to 4, reference numeral 10 generally shows a training belt 10 according to the present invention.
The training belt 10 of the present invention is, for example, a training belt made of a stretchable belt such as rubber.
Specifically, the training belt 10 of the present invention is a training belt 10 made of, for example, a belt such as rubber which is stretchable, and the training belt 10 is used for various types of training in other fields such as exercise, beauty, health such as improvement of lumbago, rehabilitation training such as difficulty in walking, elimination of lack of exercise, prevention of limbs, waist and legs, dementia, exercise training for strengthening back muscles, chest muscles, and the like, and body building.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a plurality of (two in this embodiment) band members 12 (first band members 12a and second band members 12b in this embodiment) each having a ring shape such as rubber and capable of expanding and contracting are provided.
The length (circumferential length), number, and the like of the extendable and contractible band member 12 can be appropriately changed according to, for example, a part to be trained, a training method, a physique of a person to be trained, and the like. It is needless to say that the strength of the belt member 12 can be changed by, for example, making it two or three layers.
Further, a plurality of belt members 12 having different loads can be stacked to freely adjust the load of the movement.
The belt unit further includes an intermediate locking member 14 that detachably connects the belt members 12 (the first belt member 12a and the second belt member 12 b).
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the intermediate locking member 14 includes a locking lever body 14a formed in a central portion of the intermediate locking member 14. Further, a first locking lever member 14c and a second locking lever member 14d extending from both ends of the locking lever body 14a via the extending portion 14b so as to be separated by a predetermined interval are provided.
A first locking hole 16a is formed in a portion surrounded by the locking lever body 14a and the first locking lever member 14 c. A first slit 18a is formed in the first locking hole 16a, and the first slit 18a is used to detachably insert and engage the first belt member 12a at one end of the plurality of belt members 12.
On the other hand, a second locking hole 16b is formed in a portion surrounded by the locking lever body 14a and the second locking lever member 14 d. A second slit 18b is formed in the second locking hole 16b, and the second slit 18b is used for detachably inserting and engaging the second belt member 12b at the other end of the plurality of belt members 12.
With such a configuration, as shown by the arrow in fig. 1, the band member 12a at one end of the plurality of band members 12 can be detachably inserted and engaged in the first locking hole 16a formed in the portion surrounded by the locking lever main body 14a and the first locking lever member 14c through the first slit 18 a.
As shown by the arrows in fig. 1, the band member 12b at the other end of the plurality of band members 12 can be detachably inserted and engaged into a second locking hole 16b formed in a portion surrounded by the locking lever main body 14a and the second locking lever member 14d through the second slit 18 b.
In this way, the plurality of belt members 12 (the first belt member 12a and the second belt member 12b in this embodiment) can be coupled to each other easily and detachably.
Therefore, it is possible to provide the training belt 10 that can use a ring-shaped elastic belt that is generally sold as the belt member 12 in the related art, and can easily connect and disconnect a plurality of ring-shaped elastic belts (belt members 12) in a simple structure and at an arbitrary length, thereby reducing costs and trouble, and that can be carried conveniently.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the length of the first locking lever member 14c and the length of the second locking lever member 14d of the intermediate locking member 14 are configured to be the same.
However, as shown in fig. 5 (a), the length of the first locking lever member 14c may be different from the length of the second locking lever member 14 d.
With such a configuration, a plurality of belt members 12 having different width dimensions can be connected without being deviated from each other, which is convenient.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first slit 18a formed in the first locking lever member 14c of the intermediate locking member 14 and the second slit 18b formed in the second locking lever member 14d are formed at the center.
However, for example, as shown in fig. 5 (B), the positions of the first slit 18a and the second slit 18B can be appropriately changed such that the positions are shifted from each other.
As shown in fig. 5C, a detachable fastening surface such as a concealed adhesive Tape (registered trademark), Velcro (registered trademark) (Velcro) or the like, for example, can be attached to the back surface of the intermediate locking member 14.
This allows the exercise belt 10 of the present invention to be detachably fixed to, for example, clothes, a chair, and the like, thereby facilitating the exercise.
The first locking member 20 is detachably connected to one end portion (one end portion 12c of the first belt member 12 a) of the belt member 12 connected by the intermediate locking member 14.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in this embodiment, the first locking member 20 is constituted by a buckle-type locking member 22.
The buckle-type locking member 22 can be a conventionally known buckle-type locking member used for a belt of a garment, and is not particularly limited.
In this embodiment, for example, a member having a structure shown in a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the buckle-type locking member 22 in fig. 3 is used.
Specifically, the buckle-type locking member 22 is a conventional buckle structure including a buckle main body 24 and a buckle opening/closing member 28, and the buckle opening/closing member 28 is openable/closable relative to the buckle main body 24 in the arrow a direction of fig. 3 via a hinge 26 formed at one end of the buckle main body 24.
As shown in fig. 3, the buckle-type engaging member 22 has a plurality of (two in this embodiment) first protruding engaging portions 30a and 30b extending in the width direction formed on the upper surface of the buckle body 24, and the first protruding engaging portions 30a and 30b are formed to protrude upward at a predetermined interval.
A plurality of (two in this embodiment) second protruding locking portions 32a and 32b extending in the width direction are formed on the lower surface of the buckle opening/closing member 28 so as to correspond to the first protruding locking portions 30a and 30b, and the second protruding locking portions 32a and 32b are formed so as to protrude downward so as to be offset from the first protruding locking portions 30a and 30 b.
Thus, when the buckle opening/closing member 28 is closed with respect to the buckle body 24 in the direction of arrow a in fig. 3, and after the band-shaped locking member 40 constituting the below-described second locking member 38 is inserted into the buckle-shaped locking member 22 in the direction of arrow B in fig. 3, the band-shaped locking member 40 is sandwiched between the first projecting locking portions 30a, 30B and the second projecting locking portions 32a, 32B, and the length position of the training belt 10 can be stably adjusted and held.
The buckle-type locking member 22 includes a first insertion and engagement member 34, which is detachably inserted into the locking band member 12a, on the band member 12 side (the one end portion 12c side of the first band member 12 a).
A first strap engaging hole 36 is formed in the first insertion engaging member 34, and the first strap engaging hole 36 includes a slit 34a into which the locking strap member 12a is removably inserted.
With such a configuration, the buckle-type locking member 22 can be detachably inserted into the first band engagement hole 36 of the first insertion engagement member 34 through the slit 34a of the first insertion engagement member 34 provided on the band member 12 side, and the band member 12 can be locked.
In this case, although not shown, the intermediate locking member 14 can be used as the first insertion engagement member 34 of the buckle-type locking member 22, for example. This can reduce the number of components, reduce the cost, and provide excellent versatility.
As shown in fig. 1, the first insertion and engagement member 34 can be integrally provided on the belt member 12 side of the buckle-type locking member 22 by, for example, integral molding. However, although not shown, the first insertion engagement member 34 may be detachably attached to the belt member 12 side of the buckle-type locking member 22.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, it is desirable that a confirmation portion 22a for allowing the front and back to be confirmed is formed on the surface of the buckle-type locking member 22 of the first locking member 20. In this embodiment, an umbrella-shaped mark is provided as the confirmation part 22 a.
With such a configuration, although not shown, for example, by attaching a sticker or forming a confirmation portion 22a made of a mark such as braille or unevenness, a color zone, or the like on the surface of the buckle-type locking member 22 of the first locking member 20, the front and back sides can be confirmed, and erroneous fitting of the front and back sides can be prevented.
Instead of providing the first projecting locking portions 30a and 30b and the second projecting locking portions 32a and 32b, as shown in fig. 14, a structure may be provided in which only the projecting locking portion 28a is provided at the end of the buckle opening/closing member 28.
On the other hand, the second locking member 38 is detachably connected to the other end portion (the other end portion 12d of the second belt member 12b) of the belt member 12 connected by the intermediate locking member 14.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in this embodiment, a band-shaped locking member 40 that is conventionally known and used for a belt of a garment can be used as the second locking member 38, and is not particularly limited.
Further, the belt-type locking member 40 includes a second insertion engaging member 42, which is detachably inserted into the locking belt member 12b, on the belt member 12 side (the other end 12d side of the second belt member 12 b).
Further, a second belt engaging hole 44 is formed in the second insertion engaging member 42, and the second belt engaging hole 44 is provided with a slit 42a for detachably inserting the locking belt member 12.
Thus, the locking belt member 12b can be detachably inserted into the second belt engaging hole 44 of the second insertion engaging member 42 through the slit 42a of the second insertion engaging member 42 provided on the belt member 12 side of the belt-shaped belt-type locking member 40.
In this case, as shown in fig. 1, for example, the above-described intermediate locking member 14 can be used as the second insertion engagement member 42 of the band-type locking member 40. This can reduce the number of components, reduce the cost, and provide excellent versatility.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, it is desirable that the band-shaped locking member 40 has projections and depressions 40a formed at a predetermined interval.
With such a configuration, for example, the position of cutting off an extra portion of the band-type locking member 40 can be grasped by the concave-convex 40a formed in the band-type locking member 40 of the second locking member 38, and the front and back can be confirmed by the concave-convex 40a by forming the concave-convex 40a on the surface of the buckle-type locking member, so that the front and back can be prevented from being erroneously assembled.
In the case of this embodiment, the substantially circular-shaped unevenness 40a is formed, but the shape, number, arrangement position, and the like can be changed as appropriate.
As shown in fig. 6 (a) and 6 (B), at least one concave-convex portion 40B extending in the longitudinal direction of the band-shaped locking member 40 may be provided.
According to the training belt 10 of the present invention configured as described above, as shown by the arrows in fig. 1, the plurality of ring-shaped belt members 12 (the first belt member 12a and the second belt member 12b in this embodiment) which are extendable and contractible are detachably connected to each other via the intermediate locking member 14.
That is, the band member 12a at one end of the plurality of band members 12 can be detachably inserted and engaged in the first locking hole 16a formed in the portion surrounded by the locking lever main body 14a and the first locking lever member 14c through the first slit 18 a.
The band member 12b at the other end of the plurality of band members 12 can be detachably inserted and engaged into a second locking hole 16b formed in a portion surrounded by the locking lever main body 14a and the second locking lever member 14d via the second slit 18 b.
In this way, the plurality of belt members 12 (the first belt member 12a and the second belt member 12b in this embodiment) can be coupled to each other easily and detachably.
The first locking member 20 is detachably connected to one end portion (the side of the one end portion 12c of the first belt member 12 a) of the belt member 12 connected by the intermediate locking member 14.
The second locking member 38 is detachably connected to the other end portion of the belt member 12 (the other end portion 12d of the second belt member 12b) connected by the intermediate locking member 14.
That is, the locking band member 12 can be detachably inserted into the first band engagement hole 36 of the first insertion engagement member 34 through the slit 34a of the first insertion engagement member 34 provided on the band member 12 side of the buckle-type locking member 22 (on the side of the one end portion 12c of the first band member 12 a).
The locking belt member 12b can be detachably inserted into the second belt engaging hole 44 of the second insertion engaging member 42 through the slit 42a of the second insertion engaging member 42 provided on the belt member 12 side of the belt-type locking member 40 (the other end 12d side of the second belt member 12 b).
In this state, the buckle-type locking member 22 as the first locking member 20 and the band-type locking member 40 as the second locking member 38 are locked together as indicated by an arrow A, B in fig. 3 to 4, whereby the ring shape is formed.
Further, the training belt 10 can be provided as an endless elastic belt 10 having various lengths according to the purpose of use, the place of use, the training method, the training strength, the strength (load) of the endless member, and the like, and can be used easily.
Further, the training belt 10 can be provided, and the training belt 10 is also suitable for training during a period of working, learning, or the like while sitting on a chair, training while watching television, video, or the like while sitting on a chair or a sofa at home, training while moving on a passenger seat or a rear seat of an automobile, a visiting bus, an airplane, a ship, a train, or training on bedding or a bed, for example.
The training belt 10 of the present invention configured as described above can be used for training in a state in which the training belt 10 is assembled as shown in fig. 4, and a rubber ball C is sandwiched between both feet D (for example, thighs) for training.
That is, the training of the whole foot can be performed by applying a load in a direction to open the foot D outward in the direction indicated by the arrow E in fig. 4 or by compressing the rubber ball C in the direction indicated by the arrow F in fig. 4.
In addition to such training, the present invention can be used in the following training methods shown in fig. 7 to 13.
The training method is not limited at all, and can be applied to various training methods.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, the present invention can be applied to so-called "upper arm shaping" in which one end of the one-sided exercise belt 10 is stepped on by a foot, the arm is pulled up and stretched backward with the elbow as a fulcrum, and then the arm is slowly returned.
As shown in fig. 8, the present invention can be applied to so-called "abdominal girth shaping" in which one end of the one-side training belt 10 is stepped on by a foot, the upper body is pulled while being tilted sideways, and then the training is gradually returned.
As shown in fig. 9, the present invention can be applied to so-called "leg shaping using a chair", i.e., training in which one leg is bent while sitting on a chair, one end of the one-side training belt 10 is hooked on the bottom side of the foot, and then the training is gradually returned.
As shown in fig. 10, the present invention can be applied to so-called "leg shaping" in which the training belt 10 is hooked on both feet and stretched in a state in which the body is lying on its side, and then returned slowly.
In addition, the present invention can be applied to various types of training shown in fig. 11 (a) to 13 (B). The details of the training can be easily understood by the drawings, and the description thereof is omitted.
In addition to such training, although not shown, the present invention can be applied to various other types of training such as training performed while being placed between the hands and the feet in a state of being seated on a chair, training performed while being placed on the calves, ankles, and the like of both feet in a state of being seated on a chair, and the present invention is not limited to any training method.
In addition, the present invention can be applied to training performed in a mobile bus in an athletic group or various groups (such as a corporate event).
(example 2)
Fig. 15 is a partially exploded plan view of another embodiment of the training belt 10 of the present invention, and fig. 16 is a plan view of a convex locking member 56 of another embodiment of the training belt 10 of the present invention.
The structure of the training belt 10 of this embodiment is basically the same as that of the training belt 10 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 14, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 15, in the training belt 10 of this embodiment, the first engaging member 20 is constituted by a snap-in type concave engaging member 50. Two female engagement holes 50a are formed in the female engagement member 50, and the male engagement portions 56a of the male engagement member 56 described below are detachably engaged with the two female engagement holes 50 a.
The concave locking member 50 is provided with a first insertion engaging member 34 into which the locking belt member 12 is detachably inserted, on the side of the belt member 12 (the side of the one end portion 12c of the first belt member 12 a).
A first strap engaging hole 36 is formed in the first insertion engaging member 34, and the first strap engaging hole 36 includes a slit 34a into which the locking strap member 12a is removably inserted.
With such a configuration, the belt member 12 can be detachably inserted into and locked in the first belt engaging hole 36 of the first insertion engaging member 34 through the slit 34a of the first insertion engaging member 34 provided on the belt member 12 side of the concave locking member 50.
On the other hand, the second locking member 38 is constituted by a snap-in type convex locking member 56 corresponding to the concave locking member 50. Two convex engaging portions 56a are formed in the convex locking member 56 so as to be freely bendable in the width direction.
The convex locking member 56 is provided with a second insertion engaging member 42 into which the locking belt member 12b is detachably inserted, on the belt member 12 side (the other end 12d side of the second belt member 12 b).
That is, the belt 54 is attached to the convex locking member 56 so as to be adjustable in length, the second insertion engagement member 42 is provided at the end of the belt 54 on the belt member 12 side, and the belt 54 is attached to the convex locking member 56 as shown by an arrow in fig. 15.
The belt 54 is provided with a second insertion engagement member 42 at an end thereof on the belt member 12 side.
A second belt engaging hole 44 is formed in the second insertion engaging member 42, and the second belt engaging hole 44 includes a slit 42a into which the locking belt member is detachably inserted.
Thus, the locking belt member 12b can be detachably inserted into the second belt engaging hole 44 of the second insertion engaging member 42 through the slit 42a of the second insertion engaging member 42 provided on the belt member 12 side of the convex locking member 56.
With such a configuration, the locking band member 12 can be detachably inserted into the first band engagement hole 36 of the first insertion engagement member 34 through the slit 34a of the first insertion engagement member 34 provided on the band member 12 side (the one end portion 12c side of the first band member 12 a) of the snap-in type concave locking member 50.
The locking band member 12b can be detachably inserted into the second band engagement hole 44 of the second insertion engagement member 42 through the slit 42a of the second insertion engagement member 42 provided on the band member 12 side of the snap-fit type convex locking member 56 (the other end 12d side of the second band member 12 b).
In this state, the snap-in type concave engagement member 50 is engaged with the convex engagement member 56 (the convex engagement portion 56a of the convex engagement member 56 is detachably engaged in the concave engagement hole 50a of the concave engagement member 50), thereby forming a ring shape.
Therefore, by adjusting the locking position of the snap-in type concave locking member 50 and the convex locking member 56, that is, adjusting the length of the belt 54 to which the convex locking member 56 is attached to be adjustable, it is possible to provide the training belt 10 which can be easily used as an endless elastic belt having various lengths depending on, for example, the purpose of use, the place of use, the training method, the training strength, the strength (load) of the endless member, and the like.
Further, by adjusting the locking positions of the snap-in type concave locking member 50 and the convex locking member 56, it is possible to provide the training belt 10 which does not require that both feet are put into the ring member and used in a state of sitting on a chair or bending down when used for training such as foot exercise or knee exercise like the conventional ring elastic belt, can be used as a belt, is convenient to use, and can be used in a narrow place.
Further, by adjusting the locking position of the snap-in type concave locking member 50 and the convex locking member 56, it is possible to provide the training belt 10, and the training belt 10 is also suitable for training during work, study, and the like while sitting on a chair, training while watching television, video, and the like while sitting on a chair, a sofa, training while moving on a passenger seat or a rear seat of an automobile, a sightseeing bus, an airplane, a ship, a train, and training on bedding or a bed, for example.
In this embodiment, the first insertion engagement member 34 of the concave engagement member 50 is formed with a slit 34a for removably inserting the locking band member 12a, but as shown in fig. 16, the slit 34a may be formed in the concave engagement member 50 itself.
(example 3)
FIG. 17 is a partially exploded top view of another embodiment of the exercise belt 10 of the present invention.
The structure of the training belt 10 of this embodiment is basically the same as that of the training belt 10 of the embodiment shown in fig. 15 to 16, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 17, in the training belt 10 of this embodiment, the belt 54 is not provided in the convex locking member 56, and the second insertion engagement member 42 into which the locking belt member 12b is detachably inserted is integrally provided on the belt member 12 side (the other end 12d side of the second belt member 12b) of the convex locking member 56.
The slit 42a of the second insertion engagement member 42 is formed between the convex engagement portions 56a of the convex engagement member 56.
With such a configuration, although the length of the training belt 10 cannot be adjusted, the snap-in type concave engagement member 50 is configured in a ring shape by being engaged with the convex engagement member 56 (the convex engagement portion 56a of the convex engagement member 56 is detachably engaged in the concave engagement hole 50a of the concave engagement member 50).
(example 4)
FIG. 18 is a partially exploded top view of another embodiment of the exercise belt 10 of the present invention.
The structure of the training belt 10 of this embodiment is basically the same as that of the training belt 10 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 14, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 18, in the training belt 10 of this embodiment, the first ring-shaped locking member 20 is constituted by a ring-shaped first ring-shaped locking member 60 that can be opened and closed. That is, the first ring-shaped locking member 60 is formed with a first opening/closing member 62 that can be opened and closed and a first ring hole 62 a.
The first ring-shaped locking member 60 includes a first insertion engaging member 34, which is detachably inserted into the locking belt member 12a, on the side of the belt member 12 (on the side of the one end portion 12c of the first belt member 12 a).
Further, a first strap engaging hole 36 is formed in the first insertion engaging member 34, and the first strap engaging hole 36 includes a slit 34a into which the locking strap member 12a is removably inserted.
With such a configuration, the locking band member 12 can be detachably inserted into the first band engagement hole 36 of the first insertion engagement member 34 through the slit 34a of the first insertion engagement member 34 provided on the band member 12 side of the first annular locking member 60.
On the other hand, the second locking member 38 is constituted by an openable and closable annular second annular locking member 64. That is, the second ring-shaped locking member 64 is formed with a second opening/closing member 66 and a second ring hole 66a that can be opened and closed.
The second ring-shaped locking member 64 includes a second insertion engaging member 42, which is detachably inserted into the locking band member 12b, on the band member 12 side (the other end 12d side of the second band member 12 b).
Further, a second belt engaging hole 44 is formed in the second insertion engaging member 42, and the second belt engaging hole 44 is provided with a slit 42a for detachably inserting the locking belt member.
Thus, the locking band member 12b can be detachably inserted into the second band engagement hole 44 of the second insertion engagement member 42 through the slit 42a of the second insertion engagement member 42 provided on the band member 12 side of the second loop-shaped locking member 64 (the other end 12d side of the second band member 12 b).
The first annular locking member 60 is locked to the second annular locking member 64, thereby forming an annular shape.
With such a configuration, the locking band member 12 can be detachably inserted into the first band engagement hole 36 of the first insertion engagement member 34 through the slit 34a of the first insertion engagement member 34 provided on the band member 12 side (the one end portion 12c side of the first band member 12 a) of the openable and closable first ring-shaped locking member 60.
The locking band member 12b can be detachably inserted into the second band engagement hole 44 of the second insertion engagement member 42 through the slit 42a of the second insertion engagement member 42 provided on the band member 12 side of the openable and closable second ring-shaped locking member 64 (the other end 12d side of the second band member 12 b).
In this state, the first ring-shaped locking member 60 and the second ring-shaped locking member 64 are locked together in an openable and closable manner, thereby forming a ring shape.
Therefore, by adjusting the locking positions of the openable and closable loop-shaped first loop-shaped locking member 60 and the second loop-shaped locking member 64, it is possible to provide the training belt 10 which can be an endless elastic belt of various lengths depending on, for example, the purpose of use, the place of use, the training method, the training strength, the strength (load) of the loop, and the like, and which can be used easily.
Further, by adjusting the locking positions of the openable and closable loop-shaped first loop-shaped locking member 60 and the second loop-shaped locking member 64, it is possible to provide the training belt 10 which does not require that both feet be put into the loop-shaped material for use while sitting on a chair or bending, and which can be used conveniently as a belt and can be used even in a narrow place, when the training belt 10 is used for training such as leg exercise or knee exercise like a conventional loop-shaped elastic belt.
Further, by adjusting the locking positions of the openable and closable loop-shaped first loop-shaped locking member 60 and the second loop-shaped locking member 64, it is possible to provide the training belt 10, and the training belt 10 is also suitable for training during work, learning, and the like while sitting on a chair at home, training while watching tv, video, and the like while sitting on a sofa, training while moving on a front passenger seat or a rear seat of an automobile, a visiting bus, an airplane, a ship, a train, and training on bedding or a bed, for example.

Figure 19 is a partially exploded top view of another embodiment of the exercise belt 10 of the present invention.
The structure of the training belt 10 of this embodiment is basically the same as the structure of the training belt 10 of the embodiment shown in fig. 18, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 19, in the training belt 10 of this embodiment, the first engaging member 20 is constituted by a ring-shaped first ring-shaped engaging member 70.
That is, the first ring-type locking member 70 has two first ring portions 72.
The first ring-shaped locking member 70 includes a first insertion engaging member 34, which is detachably inserted into the locking belt member 12a, on the side of the belt member 12 (on the side of the one end portion 12c of the first belt member 12 a).
A first strap engaging hole 36 is formed in the first insertion engaging member 34, and the first strap engaging hole 36 includes a slit 34a into which the locking strap member 12a is removably inserted. Further, in this case, as shown in fig. 19, the slit 34a is formed at the separation portion between the first ring portions 72.
With such a configuration, the locking belt member 12 can be detachably inserted into the first belt engaging hole 36 of the first insertion engaging member 34 through the slit 34a of the first insertion engaging member 34 provided on the belt member 12 side of the first annular locking member 70.
On the other hand, the second locking member 38 is constituted by a ring-shaped second ring-shaped locking member 74 that is fitted into the first ring portion 72 of the first ring-shaped locking member 70. That is, two second ring portions 76 are formed in the second ring-shaped locking member 74.
The second ring-shaped locking member 74 includes a second insertion engagement member 42, which is detachably inserted into the locking band member 12b, on the band member 12 side (the other end 12d side of the second band member 12 b).

The first ring-shaped locking member 70 and the second ring-shaped locking member 74 are locked (fitted in a nonadjacent ring shape in the first ring portion 72 and engaged with the second ring portion 76) to form a ring shape.
With such a configuration, the locking band member 12 can be detachably inserted into the first band engagement hole 36 of the first insertion engagement member 34 through the slit 34a of the first insertion engagement member 34 provided on the band member 12 side (the one end portion 12c side of the first band member 12 a) of the first annular locking member 70.
The locking belt member 12b can be detachably inserted into the second belt engaging hole 44 of the second insertion engaging member 42 through the slit 42a of the second insertion engaging member 42 provided on the belt member 12 side of the second loop-shaped locking member 74 (the other end 12d side of the second belt member 12 b).
In this state, the ring-shaped first ring-shaped locking member 70 and the second ring-shaped locking member 74 are locked to each other, thereby forming a ring shape.
Therefore, by adjusting the locking position of the first and second ring-shaped locking members 70, 74, it is possible to provide the training belt 10 which can be easily used as an endless elastic belt having various lengths depending on the purpose of use, the place of use, the training method, the training strength, the strength (load) of the loop, and the like, for example.
Further, by adjusting the locking positions of the first and second ring-shaped locking members 70, 74, a training belt 10 can be provided, which can be used as a belt, is convenient to use, and can be used in a narrow place without putting both feet into the ring-shaped member while sitting on a chair or bending when the training belt 10 is used for exercises such as foot exercises and knee exercises like the conventional ring-shaped elastic belt.
Further, by adjusting the locking positions of the first and second loop-shaped locking members 70, 74, the training belt 10 can be provided, and the training belt 10 is suitable for training during work, learning, and the like while sitting on a chair, training while watching television, video, and the like while sitting on a chair, a sofa, training while moving on a passenger seat or a rear seat of a vehicle, a sightseeing bus, an airplane, a ship, a train, and training on bedding or a bed.

(example 9)
Fig. 29 is a perspective view of the rubber ball member 80 of the present invention, and fig. 30 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a state in which the training belt 10 of fig. 1, which is the same as fig. 4 of another embodiment of the training belt 10 of the present invention, is assembled using the rubber ball member 80 of the present invention, and the rubber ball member 80 is sandwiched between both feet D for training.
The structure of the training belt 10 of this embodiment is basically the same as the structure of the training belt 10 shown in fig. 1 to 19, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 29, the rubber ball member 80 of this embodiment includes a rubber ball member main body 82 made of a rubber ball having a known shape.
An air inlet 82a of a known structure is formed in the rubber ball member body 82, and an open/close hole 82c is provided independently of the air inlet 82 a. The opening/closing hole 82c includes a lid member 82b that can be opened and closed.
The open/close hole 82c is closed by the cover member 82b, so that the air introduced through the air inlet 82a of the rubber ball member body 82 is prevented from leaking to the outside.
Further, it is desirable that the opening/closing hole 82c of the rubber ball member main body 82 has elasticity so that when the distal end portion 88c of the nozzle member 88 is detachably inserted into the opening/closing hole 82c of the rubber ball member main body 82, the air introduced through the opening/closing hole 82c of the rubber ball member main body 82 does not leak to the outside from between the opening/closing hole 82c of the rubber ball member main body 82 and the intermediate portion 88e of the nozzle member 88.
The rubber ball 80 further includes a balloon member 84 detachably inserted into the opening/closing hole 82c of the rubber ball body 82. The balloon member 84 includes a balloon member main body 86 formed of a known balloon.
As shown in fig. 29, an indicator portion 81 that expands and contracts with expansion and contraction of the balloon member main body 86, for example, characters such as "fuel is added", a face of a person or an animal, and a figure may be formed on the surface of the balloon member main body 86.
As a result, the indicator 81 expands or contracts with expansion or contraction of the balloon member main body 86, and the user is encouraged to perform comprehensive exercise or exercise of arms, legs, and the like.
Has the effect of stimulating the user to do comprehensive exercises and exercises of arms, waist and legs, etc.
As shown in fig. 29, the balloon member 84 includes a nozzle member 88 attached to an air port 86a of the balloon member body 86.
Further, in the nozzle member 88, a base end portion 88a of the nozzle member 88 is fitted to the air port 86a of the balloon member main body 86.
In this embodiment, the base end portion 88a of the nozzle member 88 is substantially dome-shaped, and an opening portion 88b is formed in the central portion thereof.
As shown in fig. 29, the nozzle member 88 includes a nozzle-shaped tip portion 88 c. A plurality of air holes 88d are formed in the tip end portion 88c, and the air holes 88d are configured to communicate with the opening portion 88 b.
The tip portion 88c of the nozzle member 88 is configured to be removably inserted into the opening/closing hole 82c of the rubber ball member main body 82.
The rubber ball member 80 of the present invention thus configured is used as follows.
First, air is introduced into the rubber ball member body 82 through the air inlet 82a of the rubber ball member body 82 using a known ball air pump or the like, and the rubber ball member body 82 is inflated.
At this time, the cover member 82b closes the open-close hole 82c, so that the air introduced through the air inlet 82a of the rubber ball member body 82 does not leak to the outside.
Thereafter, the lid member 82b is opened, and the tip end portion 88c of the nozzle member 88 is inserted into the opening/closing hole 82c up to a predetermined position (a position where air in the rubber ball member body 82 does not leak to the outside).
Thus, the rubber ball member body 82 is externally pressurized, and air in the rubber ball member body 82 is moved to the balloon member body 86 through the air hole 88d formed in the distal end portion 88c of the nozzle member 88 and the opening portion 88b of the base end portion 88a of the nozzle member 88, whereby the balloon member body 86 is inflated.
In this case, as shown in fig. 30, the rubber ball member 80 of the present invention may be used in a state where the training belt 10 of fig. 1, which is the same as fig. 4 of another embodiment of the training belt 10 of the present invention, is assembled using the rubber ball member 80 of the present invention and the rubber ball member 80 is sandwiched between the feet D for training.
At this time, by applying pressure to the rubber ball member body 82 from the outside using the training belt 10, the air inside the rubber ball member body 82 is moved to the balloon member body 86 through the air hole 88d formed in the distal end portion 88c of the nozzle member 88 and the opening portion 88b of the base end portion 88a of the nozzle member 88, and the balloon member body 86 is inflated.
With such a configuration, when the rubber ball member 80 is used and pressure is applied to the rubber ball member main body 82 from the outside, air inside the rubber ball member main body 82 moves to the balloon member main body 86 through the air hole 88d formed in the distal end portion 88c of the nozzle member 88 and the opening portion 88b of the base end portion 88a of the nozzle member 88, and the balloon member main body 86 inflates.
On the other hand, by reducing the pressure applied from the outside to the rubber ball member main body 82, the rubber ball member main body 82 moves in the direction of expansion due to the elasticity of the rubber ball member main body 82.
Accordingly, in contrast, the air in the balloon member main body 86 moves into the rubber ball member main body 82 through the opening 88b of the base end portion 88a of the nozzle member 88 and the air hole 88d formed in the tip end portion 88c of the nozzle member 88, and the rubber ball member main body 82 is inflated and the balloon member main body 86 is deflated.
With such a configuration, the balloon member main body 86 expands or deflates during various exercises and exercises such as leg exercises and grip strength exercises, and becomes a target of the exercise, which is extremely convenient.
