Abstract
An automatic waste material discharging engraving machine, comprising a door leaf machining working table (6), a feeding transmission roller set, and a waste transmission roller set. A plurality of gap parts are provided in the working table (6) at intervals along a feeding direction, and each gap part corresponds to at least one feeding transmission roller (1); at least one waste transmission roller (5) is provided below the working table between two adjacent gap parts, and the distance between the waste transmission roller (5) and the working table is greater than the thickness of a waste material; the distance between two adjacent feeding transmission rollers, the distance between two adjacent waste transmission rollers, or the distance between the feeding transmission roller and the waste transmission roller which are adjacent to each other is less than the length of the waste material; the feeding transmission roller set can move up and down, can be higher than the working table (6) when moving upwards, and can be flush with the waste transmission roller set when moving downwards; the feeding transmission roller set and the waste transmission roller set rotate along a same direction. The automatic waste material discharging engraving machine can implement the functions of transverse automatic conveying and discharging of the waste material.
Description
AUTOMATIC WASTE MATERIAL DISCHARGING ENGRAVING MACHINE
FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to an engraving machine, and in particular, to an automatic waste material discharging engraving machine, which belongs to the field of engraving machine technologies.
DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART [0002] For an existing planar engraving machine, a waste material is usually collected below the engraving machine during working. In this way, the waste material cannot be automatically recycled and conveyed, thereby increasing a certain difficulty in implementing a supermatic engraving machine production line.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Technical Description [0003] The present invention is intended to provide an automatic waste material discharging engraving machine. A feeding transmission roller of a door leaf is lifted up and down and is engaged with a waste transmission roller to implement functions of transverse automatic conveying and discharging of the waste material.
Technical Solution [0004] According to the present invention, a technical solution below is used.
[0005] An automatic waste material discharging engraving machine is provided, including a door leaf machining working table 6, a feeding transmission roller set and a waste transmission roller set. A plurality of gap parts are provided in the working table 6 at intervals along a feeding direction, each gap part corresponding to at least one feeding transmission roller 1, and at least one waste transmission roller 5 is provided below the working table between two adjacent gap parts. The feeding transmission roller set can move up and down, can be higher than the working table 6 when moving upwards, and can be flush with the waste transmission roller set when moving downwards.
[0006] Further, a distance between the waste transmission roller 5 and the working table is greater than a thickness of a waste material.
[0007] Further, a distance between two adjacent feeding transmission rollers, a distance between two adjacent waste transmission rollers, or a distance between the feeding transmission roller and the waste transmission roller which are adjacent to each other is less than a length of the waste material.
[0008] Further, the feeding transmission roller set and the waste transmission roller set rotate along a same direction.
[0009] Further, a multi-position cylinder 7 is further included, an ejector rod of the multi-position cylinder 7 being connected to the feeding transmission roller set to drive the feeding transmission roller set to move up and down to two work stations, an upper work station being higher than the working table, and a lower work station being flush with the waste transmission roller set.
[0010] Still further, the multi-position cylinder 7 is a three-position cylinder, and an intermediate work station is provided between the upper work station and the lower work station, the intermediate work station being slightly lower than the working table 6 but higher than the waste transmission roller 5, and the intermediate work station being configured to hold the waste material so as to avoid tearing between the waste material and a workpiece during machining.
[0011] When the automatic waste material discharging engraving machine is working, a door leaf enters the working table through the feeding transmission roller 1. The lifting cylinder 7 of the feeding transmission roller moves down to be slightly lower than the working table but higher than the waste transmission roller 5. A door leaf 2 is located on the working table and is machined upon being positioned. After the door leaf is holed and the door leaf is separated from the waste material, the waste material falls on the feeding transmission roller 1. Upon machining, the lifting cylinder 7 of the feeding transmission roller moves down to drive the feeding transmission roller 1 to be flush with the waste transmission roller 5. In this case, the waste material is conveyed out of the engraving machine toward the left or right through two sets of transmission rollers. In addition, the door leaf is grasped by a gripper above the working table, or the feeding transmission roller 1 is lifted again to convey the engraved door leaf.
[0012] Further, the automatic waste material discharging engraving machine is a planar engraving machine for engraving a workpiece with a wooden flat plate structure.
[0013] Still further, at least two multi-position cylinders are provided, so that the feeding transmission roller set receives a uniform force.
[0014] Further, the working table 6 is horizontally disposed, and the feeding transmission roller set and the waste transmission roller set are also horizontally disposed.
[0015] Further, a power mechanism of the feeding transmission roller set is a variable frequency power mechanism to be adapted to a speed of feeding and waste material discharging.
Advantageous Effect [0016] Beneficial effects of the present invention are described below:
1) implementing functions of transverse automatic conveying and discharging of the waste material;
2) The feeding transmission roller that may move up and down for at least two work stations are used, so that when the waste material needs to be discharged, the feeding transmission roller collaboratively works with the waste transmission roller to transversely discharge the waste, and the feeding transmission roller simultaneously engraves a workpiece and conveys the waste material, so that the feeding transmission roller is ingeniously designed;
3) In consideration of a volume of the waste material produced by the engraving machine, a corresponding distance between the waste transmission roller and the working table, a distance between two adjacent feeding transmission rollers, a distance between two adjacent waste transmission rollers, or a distance between the feeding transmission roller and the waste transmission roller which are adjacent to each other is designed through comprehensive consideration, so that the engraving machine has high reliability.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [0020] The present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
[0021] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, an automatic waste material discharging engraving machine is provided, including a door leaf machining working table 6, a feeding transmission roller set and a waste transmission roller set. A plurality of gap parts are provided in the working table 6 at intervals along a feeding direction, each gap part corresponding to at least one feeding transmission roller 1, and at least one waste transmission roller 5 is provided below the working table between adjacent gap parts, and a distance between the waste transmission roller 5 and the working table is not less than a thickness of a waste material. The feeding transmission roller set can move up and down, can be higher than the working table 6 when moving upwards, and can be flush with the waste transmission roller set when moving downwards. The feeding transmission roller set and the waste transmission roller set may rotate along a same direction.
[0022] In this embodiment, referring to FIG. 1, a multi-position cylinder 7 is further included. An ejector rod of the multi-position cylinder 7 is connected to the feeding transmission roller set to drive the feeding transmission roller set to move up and down to two work stations, an upper work station being higher than the working table, and a lower work station being flush with the waste transmission roller set.
[0023] In this embodiment, the multi-position cylinder 7 is a three-position cylinder. An intermediate work station is provided between the upper work station and the lower work station. The intermediate work station is slightly lower than the working table 6 but higher than the waste transmission roller 5. The intermediate work station is configured to hold the waste material so as to avoid tearing between the waste material and a workpiece during machining.
[0024] In this embodiment, the automatic waste material discharging engraving machine is a planar engraving machine for engraving a workpiece with a wooden flat plate structure.

In this case, the waste material is conveyed out of the engraving machine toward the left or right through two sets of transmission rollers. In addition, the door leaf is grasped by a gripper above the working table, or the feeding transmission roller 1 is lifted again to convey the engraved door leaf.

Claims (10)
- What is claimed is:1. An automatic waste material discharging engraving machine, comprising:a door leaf machining working table (6), a feeding transmission roller set, and a waste transmission roller set; wherein a plurality of gap parts are provided in the working table (6) at intervals along a feeding direction, each gap part corresponding to at least one feeding transmission roller (1); at least one waste transmission roller (5) is provided below the working table between two adjacent gap parts; and the feeding transmission roller set can move up and down, can be higher than the working table (6) when moving upwards, and can be flush with the waste transmission roller set when moving downwards.
- 2. The automatic waste material discharging engraving machine according to claim 1, wherein a distance between the waste transmission roller (5) and the working table is greater than a thickness of a waste material.
- 3. The automatic waste material discharging engraving machine according to claim 1, wherein a distance between two adjacent feeding transmission rollers, a distance between two adjacent waste transmission rollers, or a distance between the feeding transmission roller and the waste transmission roller which are adjacent to each other is less than a length of the waste material.
- 4. The automatic waste material discharging engraving machine according to claim 1, wherein the feeding transmission roller set and the waste transmission roller set rotate along a same direction.
- 5. The automatic waste material discharging engraving machine according to claim 1, further comprising a multi-position cylinder (7), an ejector rod of the multi-position cylinder (7) being connected to the feeding transmission roller set to drive the feeding transmission roller set to move up and down to two work stations, an upper work station being higher than the working table, and a lower work station being flush with the waste transmission roller set.
- 6. The automatic waste material discharging engraving machine according to claim 5, wherein the multi-position cylinder (7) is a three-position cylinder, and an intermediate work station is provided between the upper work station and the lower work station, the intermediate work station being slightly lower than the working table (6) but higher than the waste transmission roller (5), and the intermediate work station being configured to hold the waste material so as to avoid tearing between the waste material and a workpiece during machining.
- 7. The automatic waste material discharging engraving machine according to claim 1, wherein the automatic waste material discharging engraving machine is a planar engraving machine for engraving a workpiece with a wooden flat plate structure.
- 8. The automatic waste material discharging engraving machine according to claim 5, wherein at least two multi-position cylinders are provided, so that the feeding transmission roller set receives a uniform force.
- 9. The automatic waste material discharging engraving machine according to claim 1, wherein the working table (6) is horizontally disposed, and the feeding transmission roller set and the waste transmission roller set are also horizontally disposed.
- 10. The automatic waste material discharging engraving machine according to claim 1, wherein a power mechanism of the feeding transmission roller set is a variable frequency power mechanism to be adapted to a speed of feeding and waste material discharging.
