Abstract

This invention discloses a crystal mounting arrangement, including a main body 11, a lifting arrangement 101 arranged in the main body 11, a glue applying arrangement 102 arranged at a lower part of the lifting arrangement 101, an air-drying arrangement 103 arranged at an upper part of the lifting arrangement 101, and a switching arrangement 104 arranged between the glue applying arrangement 102 and the air-drying arrangement 103. A CRYSTAL MOUNTING ARRANGEMENT TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of crystal ornaments, in particular
to a crystal mounting arrangement.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Crystal can be made into jewelry for display, and the crystal needs to be placed on a
base for stability, while the self-made crystal jewelry is usually fixed on the base with a glue.
While a manual installation is easy to cause the glue to be unevenly applied, and it is difficult
to reposition if in an unsuitable position when the glue is undried. Therefore, there is an
urgent need for a crystal mounting arrangement which can be used for positioning and
mounting the crystal, and the glue can be air-dried for quick installation.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The purpose of the invention is to provide a crystal mounting arrangement so as to
overcome the problems existing in the prior art.
[0004] A crystal mounting arrangement according to an embodiment of the present
invention comprises a main body; a lifting arrangement arranged in the main body; a glue
applying arrangement arranged at a lower part of the lifting arrangement; an air-drying
arrangement arranged at an upper part of the lifting arrangement; a switching arrangement
arranged between the glue applying arrangement and the air-drying arrangement; in use, the
lifting arrangement drives a base and a crystal to move downwards and clamps the crystal,
and the glue applying arrangement applies glue to the lower end of the crystal, then the base is
lifted, after the base comes into contact with the glue applied to the lower end of the crystal, the base is continuously lifted, and the air-drying arrangement is configured to blow-dry the glue; the lifting arrangement comprises a lifting cavity arranged in the main body; a lifting plate slidably arranged in the lifting cavity; a positioning cavity arranged in the lifting plate; a slide guiding cavity communicated with a side wall, away from the air-drying arrangement, of the lifting cavity ; a lifting motor fixedly arranged in a lower wall of the slide guiding cavity, and an upper end of the lifting motor is in power connection with a lifting screw; a slide guiding block fixedly connected to a first end of the lifting plate and in threaded connection to the lifting screw; overturning cavities symmetrically arranged in and communicated with a front and a rear side walls of the lifting cavity; overturning rods capable of overturning and arranged in the overturning cavities; overturning springs fixedly arranged between lower ends of the overturning rods and inner walls of the overturning cavities; sliding rod cavities communicated with upper sides of the overturning cavities; sliding rods hinged to upper ends of the overturning rods and slidably arranged in the sliding rod cavities, and opposite ends of the sliding rods are fixedly provided with elastic clamping blocks; in use the lifting plate descends to first transport the base and the crystal downwards and then clamp the crystal through the clamping blocks.
[0005] Furthermore, the glue applying arrangement comprises a telescopic cavity
communicated with the side wall, away from the slide guiding cavity, of the lifting cavity ; a
telescopic rod slidably arranged in the telescopic cavity and an upper end surface of the
telescopic rod is provided with a glue rolling cavity, and a first side of the glue rolling cavity
is communicated with a passage; wherein a supply pipe is fixedly arranged on a first side wall
of the telescopic cavity, and a supply passage communicating with the outside is arranged in
the supply pipe; a rotating block is rotatably arranged in the glue rolling cavity, and rollers are
rotatably arranged at both ends of the rotating block; wherein a lower side of the glue rolling
cavity is provided with a belt wheel cavity; a lower end of the rotating block isfixedly
provided with a rotating shaft, and a driven bevel gear capable of rotating in the belt wheel
cavity is fixedly arranged at a lower end of the rotating shaft; a rear end of the driven bevel
gear is engaged with a driving bevel gear, a rear end of which isfixedly provided with a driven belt wheel; a first side of the belt wheel cavity is communicated with a transmission cavity, and a driving belt wheel is rotatably arranged in the transmission cavity, wherein a transmission belt is wound around the driven belt wheel and the transmission cavity; a spur gear is fixedly arranged at a rear end of the driving belt wheel; a rack isfixedly arranged in a lower wall of the telescopic cavity; a driving cavity is communicated with an upper side of the telescopic cavity; a moving screw is rotatably arranged in the driving cavity, and a driving block fixedly connected to the telescopic rod is in threaded connection to the driving cavity; in use the rollers rotate when moving to the lower end of the crystal for applying glue to the lower end of the crystal.
[0006] Furthermore, the air-drying arrangement comprises an arc-shaped air outlet cavity communicated with a side, away from the slide guiding cavity, a front side and a rear side, of the lifting cavity, and a side, away from a center, of the arc-shaped air outlet cavity is connected to a circulating cavity, a first side of which is communicated with a fan cavity, and a first side of the fan cavity is communicated with an air inlet, wherein afilter screen is fixedly arranged in the air inlet, and a fan is rotatably arranged in the fan cavity; in use, the fan rotates to blow air, and the air is dispersedly blown around the area where the glue is applied through the arc-shaped air outlet cavity.
[0007] Furthermore, the switching arrangement comprises a push rod cavity arranged at a lower side of the arc-shaped air outlet cavity and communicated with the side wall, away from the slide guiding cavity, of the lifting cavity ; a push rod slidably arranged in the push rod cavity; a switching cavity communicated with a first side wall of the push rod cavity; a switching block fixedly connected to a first end of the push rod and slidably arranged in the switching cavity; a return spring fixedly connected between a first end of the switching block and a first side wall of the switching cavity; a power motorfixedly arranged in the switching block, and a second side of the switching cavity is communicated with an engaging cavity, and a first end of the power motor is in power connection with a driving spur gear, a lower end of which is provided with a lower spur gear capable of being engaged with the driving spur gear; a first end of the moving screw is fixedly connected to a first end of the lower spur gear, and an upper side of the driving spur gear is provided with an upper spur gear capable of being engaged with the driving spur gear; a first end of the upper spur gear isfixedly connected with a transmission shaft, and a first end of the transmission shaft isfixedly connected with the fan; in use, when the lifting plate moves to be flush with the push rod, the lifting plate can be pushed to move to one side, and the power of the power motor is switched to be provided to the air-drying arrangement.
[0008] The invention has the beneficial effects that the structure is simple, and the operation
is convenient. The crystal can be positioned and mounted through the arrangement, and the
glue can be air-dried. The quick mounting is realized, and the arrangement is simple and
efficient.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0014] The invention will be described in detail below referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5. For better explanation, the orientations described hereinafter are defined as follows: directions of up, down, left, right, front and rear in the text are identical to the directions of up, down, left, right, front and rear of FIG.1.
[0015] Referring to FIGS. 1-5, a crystal mounting arrangement according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a main body 11; a lifting arrangement 101 arranged in the main body 11; a glue applying arrangement 102 arranged at a lower part of the lifting arrangement 101; an air-drying arrangement 103 arranged at an upper part of the lifting arrangement 101; a switching arrangement 104 arranged between the glue applying arrangement 102 and the air-drying arrangement 103; in use, the lifting arrangement 101 drives a base and a crystal to move downwards and clamps the crystal, and the glue applying arrangement 102 applies glue to the lower end of the crystal, then the base is lifted, after the base comes into contact with the glue applied to the lower end of the crystal, the base is continuously lifted, and the air-drying arrangement 103 is configured to blow-dry the glue; the lifting arrangement 101 comprises a lifting cavity 12 arranged in the main body 11; a lifting plate 13 slidably arranged in the lifting cavity 12; a positioning cavity 14 arranged in the lifting plate 13; a slide guiding cavity 15 communicated with a side wall, away from the air-drying arrangement 103, of the lifting cavity 12; a lifting motor 16 fixedly arranged in a lower wall of the slide guiding cavity 15, and an upper end of the lifting motor 16 is in power connection with a lifting screw 17; a slide guiding block 18 fixedly connected to a first end of the lifting plate 13 and in threaded connection to the lifting screw 17; overturning cavities 19 symmetrically arranged in and communicated with a front and a rear side walls of the lifting cavity 12; overturning rods 20 capable of overturning and arranged in the overturning cavities 19; overturning springs 21 fixedly arranged between lower ends of the overturning rods 20 and inner walls of the overturning cavities 19; sliding rod cavities 22 communicated with upper sides of the overturning cavities 19; sliding rods 23 hinged to upper ends of the overturning rods 20 and slidably arranged in the sliding rod cavities 22, and opposite ends of the sliding rods 23 are fixedly provided with elastic clamping blocks 24; in use the lifting plate 13 descends to first transport the base and the crystal downwards and then clamp the crystal through the clamping blocks 24.

communicated with a side, away from the slide guiding cavity 15, of the lifting cavity 12; a
telescopic rod 26 slidably arranged in the telescopic cavity 25 and an upper end surface of the
telescopic rod 26 is provided with a glue rolling cavity 27, and a first side of the glue rolling
cavity 27 is communicated with a passage 28; wherein a supply pipe 29 is fixedly arranged on
a first side wall of the telescopic cavity 25, and a supply passage 30 communicating with the
outside is arranged in the supply pipe 29; a rotating block 32 is rotatably arranged in the glue
rolling cavity 27, and rollers 33 are rotatably arranged at both ends of the rotating block 32;
wherein a lower side of the glue rolling cavity 27 is provided with a belt wheel cavity 34; a
lower end of the rotating block 32 is fixedly provided with a rotating shaft 35, and a driven
bevel gear 36 capable of rotating in the belt wheel cavity 34 is fixedly arranged at a lower end
of the rotating shaft 35; a rear end of the driven bevel gear 36 is engaged with a driving bevel
gear 37, a rear end of which is fixedly provided with a driven belt wheel 38; a first side of the
belt wheel cavity 34 is communicated with a transmission cavity 39, and a driving belt wheel
is rotatably arranged in the transmission cavity 39, wherein a transmission belt 41 is
wound around the driven belt wheel 38 and the transmission cavity 39; a spur gear 42 is
fixedly arranged at a rear end of the driving belt wheel 40; a rack 43 isfixedly arranged in a
lower wall of the telescopic cavity 25; a driving cavity 44 is communicated with an upper side
of the telescopic cavity 25; a moving screw 45 is rotatably arranged in the driving cavity 44,
and a driving block 62 fixedly connected to the telescopic rod 26 is in threaded connection to
the driving cavity 44; in use the rollers 33 rotate when moving to the lower end of the crystal
for applying glue to the lower end of the crystal.
[0017] Advantageously, the air-drying arrangement 103 comprises an arc-shaped air outlet
cavity 46 communicated with the side wall, away from the slide guiding cavity 15, a front
side and a rear side, of the lifting cavity 12, and a side, away from a center, of the arc-shaped
air outlet cavity 46 is connected to a circulating cavity 47, a first side of which is communicated with a fan cavity 48, and a first side of the fan cavity 48 is communicated with an air inlet 49, wherein a filter screen 50 is fixedly arranged in the air inlet 49, and a fan 63 is rotatably arranged in the fan cavity 48; in use, the fan 63 rotates to blow air, and the air is dispersedly blown around the area where the glue is applied through the arc-shaped air outlet cavity 46.
[0018] Advantageously, the switching arrangement 104 comprises a push rod cavity 51
arranged at a lower side of the arc-shaped air outlet cavity 46 and communicated with the side
wall, away from the slide guiding cavity 15, of the lifting cavity 12; a push rod 52 slidably
arranged in the push rod cavity 51; a switching cavity 53 communicated with a first side wall
of the push rod cavity 51; a switching block 54 fixedly connected to a first end of the push rod
52 and slidably arranged in the switching cavity 53; a return spring 55fixedly connected
between a first end of the switching block 54 and a first side wall of the switching cavity 53; a
power motor 56 fixedly arranged in the switching block 54, and a second side of the
switching cavity 53 is communicated with an engaging cavity 57, and a first end of the power
motor 56 is in power connection with a driving spur gear 58, a lower end of which is provided
with a lower spur gear 59 capable of being engaged with the driving spur gear 58; a first end
of the moving screw 45 is fixedly connected to a first end of the lower spur gear 59, and an
upper side of the driving spur gear 58 is provided with an upper spur gear 60 capable of being
engaged with the driving spur gear 58; a first end of the upper spur gear 60 isfixedly
connected with a transmission shaft 61, and a first end of the transmission shaft 61 is fixedly
connected with the fan 63; in use, when the lifting plate 13 moves to be flush with the push
rod 52, the lifting plate 13 can be pushed to move to one side, and the power of the power
motor 56 is switched to be provided to the air-drying arrangement 103.

the telescopic rod 26 is retracted in the telescopic cavity 25, while the clamping blocks 24 are
retracted in the overturning cavities 19, and the driving spur gear 58 is engaged with the lower

positioned, and the crystal is placed on the base; the lifting motor 16 is started and drives the
lifting screw 17 to rotate, and the slide guiding block 18 drives the lifting plate 13 to descend
to abut against the overturning rods 20, and the lower ends of the overturning rods 20 are
overturned, and the upper ends of the overturning rods 20 drive the clamping blocks 24 to
clamp the crystal; the lifting plate 13 continuously descends, and the power motor 56 is
started and drives the driving spur gear 58 to rotate, and the lower spur gear 59 drives the
moving screw 45 to rotate, while the driving block 62 drives the telescopic rod 26 to move to
a side, and the spur gear 42 is engaged with the rack 43 and drives the driving belt wheel 40
to rotate, and the transmission belt 41 drives the driven belt wheel 38 to rotate and drives the
driving bevel gear 37 to rotate, and the driven bevel gear 36 rotates, and the rotating shaft 35
drives the rotating block 32 to rotate, and the rollers 33 rotate along the bottom of the crystal
and roll to perform glue applying, after which, the power motor 56 reversely rotates to the
initial state, and the lifting motor 16 reversely rotates and drives the lifting plate 13 to ascend,
and the base and the crystal are glued when abutting against each other, and then the lifting
plate 13 continuously ascends till being flush with the push rod 52, at this moment, the push
rod 52 drives the switching block 54 to move to one side until the driving spur gear 58 is
engaged with the upper spur gear 60, and the power motor 56 is started and drives the upper
spur gear 60 to rotate, and the transmission shaft 61 drives the fan 63 to rotate, so that the glue
is blow-dried, and the lifting plate 13 ascends to the initial state.
[0021] The invention has the beneficial effects that the structure is simple, and the operation
is convenient. The crystal can be positioned and mounted through the arrangement, and the
glue can be air-dried. The quick mounting is realized, and the arrangement is simple and
efficient.

1. A crystal mounting arrangement, comprising
a main body;
a lifting arrangement arranged in the main body;
a glue applying arrangement arranged at a lower part of the lifting arrangement;
an air-drying arrangement arranged at an upper part of the lifting arrangement;
a switching arrangement arranged between the glue applying arrangement and the air-drying
arrangement;
in use, the lifting arrangement drives a base and a crystal to move downwards and clamps the
crystal, and the glue applying arrangement applies glue to the lower end of the crystal, then
the base is lifted, after the base comes into contact with the glue applied to the lower end of
the crystal, the base is continuously lifted, and the air-drying arrangement is configured to
blow-dry the glue;
the lifting arrangement comprises
a lifting cavity arranged in the main body;
a lifting plate slidably arranged in the lifting cavity;
a positioning cavity arranged in the lifting plate;
a slide guiding cavity communicated with a side wall, away from the air-drying arrangement,
of the lifting cavity;
a lifting motor fixedly arranged in a lower wall of the slide guiding cavity, and an upper end
of the lifting motor is in power connection with a lifting screw;
a slide guiding block fixedly connected to a first end of the lifting plate and in threaded
connection to the lifting screw;
overturning cavities symmetrically arranged in and communicated with a front and a rear side
walls of the lifting cavity;
overturning rods capable of overturning and arranged in the overturning cavities;
overturning springs fixedly arranged between lower ends of the overturning rods and inner
walls of the overturning cavities; sliding rod cavities communicated with upper sides of the overturning cavities; sliding rods hinged to upper ends of the overturning rods and slidably arranged in the sliding rod cavities, and opposite ends of the sliding rods are fixedly provided with elastic clamping blocks; in use the lifting plate descends to first transport the base and the crystal downwards and then clamp the crystal through the clamping blocks; the glue applying arrangement comprises a telescopic cavity communicated with the side wall, away from the slide guiding cavity, of the lifting cavity; a telescopic rod slidably arranged in the telescopic cavity and an upper end surface of the telescopic rod is provided with a glue rolling cavity, and a first side of the glue rolling cavity is communicated with a passage; wherein a supply pipe is fixedly arranged on a first side wall of the telescopic cavity, and a supply passage communicating with the outside is arranged in the supply pipe; a rotating block is rotatably arranged in the glue rolling cavity, and rollers are rotatably arranged at both ends of the rotating block; wherein a lower side of the glue rolling cavity is provided with a belt wheel cavity; a lower end of the rotating block is fixedly provided with a rotating shaft, and a driven bevel gear capable of rotating in the belt wheel cavity is fixedly arranged at a lower end of the rotating shaft; a rear end of the driven bevel gear is engaged with a driving bevel gear, a rear end of which is fixedly provided with a driven belt wheel; a first side of the belt wheel cavity is communicated with a transmission cavity, and a driving belt wheel is rotatably arranged in the transmission cavity, wherein a transmission belt is wound around the driven belt wheel and the transmission cavity; a spur gear is fixedly arranged at a rear end of the driving belt wheel; a rack is fixedly arranged in a lower wall of the telescopic cavity; a driving cavity is communicated with an upper side of the telescopic cavity; a moving screw is rotatably arranged in the driving cavity,
