FIG. 1
2019100081 24 Jan 2019
TITLE: LOCK APPLIANCE WITHOUT NEEDING TO ADJUST INSTALLATION POSITION (a) Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a lock appliance, and especially relates to 5 a lock appliance without needing to adjust the installation position.
(b) Description of the Prior Art
The common lock appliance, especially the lock appliance mounted on the door panel, usually includes a setting of a latch bolt or a safety locking-rod (deadbolt); and the arrangement is also common for the touch bar exit device 10 on the fire-proof door.
Generally, it corresponds to a lock appliance that is attached to a latch bolt or a safety locking-rod (deadbolt), wherein the lock appliance is usually mounted on a door frame, such as the electronic cathode lock disclosed in the Taiwan Patent Announcement No. M531979 which is used to cooperate 15 with a touch bar exit device (for example, FIG 4 of M531979). In this technical solution, the electronic cathode lock can just be applied to the setting that the touch bar exit device only has the locking tongue (latch bolt); if the pressing pusher is set with the safety locking-rod (deadbolt), the electronic cathode lock cannot be installed (because the opening space of the electronic 20 cathode lock is insufficient, and the safety locking-rod (deadbolt) cannot be
2019100081 24 Jan 2019 accommodated when the door is closed. Therefore, the user often achieves the combined installation between the electronic cathode lock and the touch bar exit device by means of the forced installation; for example, when the door is closed, the position of the safety locking-rod (deadbolt) is set to be against (by 5 being pressured to resist) on the external cover, and the locking tongue (latch bolt) is normally accommodated in the opening of the lock appliance; thereby also achieving locking purpose of the lock appliance.
However, the incorrect installation position of the safety locking-rod (deadbolt) is likely to cause abrasion and wear between the mechanical structures, thus reducing the service life; at the same time; this incorrect installation will require the adjustments of the opening of the electronic cathode lock and/or the locking tongue (latch bolt) and the safety locking-rod (deadbolt) of the touch bar exit device; for adjusting the upper and lower positions corresponding to each other, which will cause the inconvenience of the construction and installation of the lock appliance.
