PROTECTION NET FOR VEHICLE FIELD
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of safety protection, and
particularly to a protection net for a vehicle.
BACKGROUND
[0002] The traditional protection net is a whole piece of protection net cloth,
which is mostly used for the safety protection of cargoes on trucks or trains. However,
due to the traditional protection net is too large and bulky, it is inconvenient to be used
and stored. Partial damage of the protection net will cause the entire protection net to
be replaced, thereby increasing the maintenance cost of the protection net. For
example, the patent No.CN205044623U discloses a safety protection net cloth for a
vehicle, which is mainly composed of a net structure formed by a
reinforcingreinforcing belt and a net cloth. The reinforcingreinforcing belt in the net
cloth and the border of the protection net cloth are provided with the connection rings,
which are connected with one end of the connection belt and the other end of the
connection belt is connected with the truck, such that it is troublesome to be used, and
the connection belts are so many and not easy to be stored. The connection ring is a
metal connection ring, which is not welded firmly may cause the connection ring to
fall off, such that the protection net cannot be fixed with the truck, thereby the safety
protection of the cargoes cannot be achieved, and the protection net is relatively heavy
and not convenient for use, storage, maintenance and replacement. The patent No.
CN205395903U discloses a truck protection net, which is composed of a net body and
some interwoven reinforcingreinforcing meshbelts provided on the net body. The net
body is a whole net body, resulting in the protection net as a whole. The
reinforcingreinforcing meshbelts at the edge of the net body are provided with some grommets for binding. The rope passes through the grommets one by one and then is fixed with the truck. The protection net can implement the fixation between the cargoes and the truck, but due to the protection net is connected with the truck through the grommets, the low material strength and poor welding quality of the grommet itself will cause the grommet to fall off, resulting in that the fixation of the cargo is unstable, which increases the risk of connection between the protection net and the truck, and the setting of the grommet increases the weight, manufacturing difficulty and cost of the protection net, thereby seriously affecting the market popularity of the protection net.

a crisscross grid structure, which is fixedly connected with the net body through sutures, some connection buckles are provided at the intersections of the longitudinal
reinforcing belt and the horizontal reinforcing belt at the edge of the grid structure, a
fixed buckle is stitched at an intersection of the longitudinal reinforcing belt and the horizontal reinforcing belt in the grid structure, the fixed buckle is a trapezoidal
structure and formed by stitching the same material as the reinforcing belt and fixedly connected with the reinforcing belt and the net body through the sutures, and the fixed buckle includes a fixed end and a hanging buckle end, the fixed end is stitched through the sutures to form a reinforcing point, and left and right ends of the hanging buckle end are folded inward and stitched to form a double-layer hanging buckle end through the sutures to make a side of the hanging buckle end to be a ring hanging buckle end.

[0013] Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention are:
[0014] 1. The protection net of the present invention is provided with some fixed buckles, which are connected with the ring hooks on the fixed belt, and the S-shape
hook at the other end of the fixed belt is connected with the fixed buckle provided on the metal adjustment buckle on the fixed belt to form a connection ring, which is
connected with the truck compartment. When there is less cargo and the connection buckle at the edge of the protection net and fixed belt are not enough to fix the
cargoes, the fixed buckle and fixed belt on the protection net can be connected to fix
the protection net and the truck compartment, thereby furtherly improving the adaptability of the protection net. The fixed buckle has a trapezoidal structure, which
is convenient to connect with the S-shape hook and the ring hook. Due to the S-shape
hook and the ring hook are connected with the fixed buckle, resulting in the fixed buckle being worn out. Due to two ends of the fixed buckle are double layers, the
service life of the fixed buckle is increased.

longitudinal reinforcing belt and the horizontal reinforcing belt are folded to the other

effectively fixation of the protection net and the truck, and the cost is saved, the overall weight of the protection net is reduced, and it is convenient for the use and

When the protection net is damaged during use, only the damaged protection net unit needs to be replaced, and the entire protection net does not need to be replaced, which
reduces the maintenance cost of the protection net.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0037] The present invention discloses a protection net for a vehicle, as shown in FIG. 1, which includes a net body 1 and some reinforcing belts. The edges of the periphery of the net body 1 are folded inward and are fixedly connected with the net
body 1 itself through sutures. The reinforcing belts include some horizontal reinforcing belts 2 and some longitudinal reinforcing belts 3. Preferably, in the
embodiment, the reinforcing belts are made of nylon with better strength. The
horizontal reinforcing belts 2 and the longitudinal reinforcing belts 3 are stitched to form a crisscross grid structure through the sutures. The intersection of the horizontal
reinforcing belt 2 and the longitudinal reinforcing belt 3 is stitched to form a
reinforcing point 5 through the sutures. The grid structure is fixedly connected with the net body 1 through the sutures. Some connection buckles are provided at the
intersections of the longitudinal reinforcing belt 3 and the horizontal reinforcing belt 2
at the edge of the grid structure. A fixed buckle 6 is stitched at the intersection of the longitudinal reinforcing belt 3 and the horizontal reinforcing belt 2 in the grid
structure through the sutures. As shown in FIG. 3, the fixed buckle 6 has a trapezoidal
structure. The fixed buckle 6 is fixedly connected with the reinforcing belt and the net body 1 through the sutures. The fixed buckle 6 includes a fixed end and a hanging
buckle end. The fixed end is stitched with a reinforcing point 5 through the sutures.
The left and right ends of the hanging buckle end are folded inward and stitched to form a double-layer hanging buckle end through the sutures to make the side of the
hanging buckle end to be a ring hanging buckle end, as shown in FIG. 4. There is an

buckle 4 at the edge of the protection net and fixed belt 7 are not enough to fix the
cargoes, thus the fixed buckle 6 and fixed belt 7 on the protection net can be connected to fix the protection net and the truck compartment, thereby furtherly
improving the adaptability of the protection net. The fixed buckle 6 has a trapezoidal structure, which is convenient to connect with the S-shape hook 9 and the ring hook 8.
Due to the S-shape hook 9 and the ring hook 8 are connected with the fixed buckle 6,
resulting in the fixed buckle 6 being worn out. Due to two ends of the fixed buckle 6 are double layers, the service life of the fixed buckle is increased.

of four edges of of the third protection net unit 18 are folded to the reverse side of the

shorter reinforcing belt extending out of the ends of the first protection net unit 16 and
the second protection net unit 17 fixedly connected with canvas 20 is fixedly connected with the canvas on the front of the canvas 20 through the sutures.
[0052] In summary, the protection net of this embodiment includes some protection net units, the edges of the protection net units are provided with connection buckles 4, the connection belt 19 passes through the connection buckles 4 provided in
the staggered manner on adjacent protection net units to movably connect with the
some protection net units, that is, a protection net is spliced by some protection net units, which improves the adaptability of the protection net. When being stored, the
connection belt 19 that passes through the connection buckles 4 on the edge of the
protection net unit can be removed, and the protection net unit in the middle of the protection net can be taken out, which is convenient for the storage and conveyance of
the protection net. When the protection net is damaged during use, only the damaged
protection net unit needs to be replaced, and the entire protection net does not need to be replaced, which reduces the maintenance cost of the protection net. The protection
net of this embodiment further includes a canvas 20, which is fixedly connected with the reinforcing belt extending out of the edge of the protection net unit. Only the
canvas 20 needs to be dragged during use, which facilitates the use of the protection net by the users.

Claims (11)

CLAIMS What is claimed is:
1. A protection net for a vehicle, is characterized in that comprising a net body (1) and some reinforcing belts, a periphery of the net body (1) being folded inward and
fixedly connected with the net body (1) itself through sutures, the reinforcing belt
comprising some horizontal reinforcing belts (2) and some longitudinal reinforcing belts (3), the horizontal reinforcing belts (2) and the longitudinal reinforcing belts (3)
being stitched through the sutures to form a crisscross grid structure, which is fixedly connected with the net body (1) through sutures, a connection buckle being provided
at each intersection of the longitudinal reinforcing belt (3) and the horizontal
reinforcing belt (2) at the edge of the grid structure, a fixed buckle (6) being stitched through the sutures at an intersection of the longitudinal reinforcing belt (3) and the
horizontal reinforcing belt (2) in the grid structure, the fixed buckle (6) being a
trapezoidal structure and formed by stitching the same material as the reinforcing belt and fixedly connected with the reinforcing belt and the net body (1) through the
sutures, and the fixed buckle (6) comprising a fixed end and a hanging buckle end, the
fixed end being stitched through the sutures to form a reinforcing point (5), and left and right ends of the hanging buckle end being folded inward and stitched to form a double-layer hanging buckle end through the sutures to make a side of the hanging
buckle end to be a ring hanging buckle end.
2. The protection net for a vehicle according to claim 1, is characterized in that
there is an even number of the fixed buckles (6), which are provided axially
symmetrically.
3. The protection net for a vehicle according to claim 1, is characterized in that
the connection buckle is a reinforcing belt connection buckle (4), which is formed by
folding and stitching the ends of the horizontal reinforcing belt (2) and the longitudinal reinforcing belt (3), two ends of the horizontal reinforcing belt (2) and
two ends of the longitudinal reinforcing belt (3) extend out of the edge of the net body
(1), and parts of the horizontal reinforcing belt (2) and the longitudinal reinforcing
belt (3) extending out of the edge of the net body (1) are folded to the reverse side of
the net body (1) and fixedly connected with the net body (1), the horizontal reinforcing belt (2) and the longitudinal reinforcing belt (3) by stitching, to form a
reinforcing belt connection buckle (4), a folded end of the horizontal reinforcing belt
(2) crosses the longitudinal reinforcing belt at the edge of the net body (1) to fixedly connect with itself through sutures, and a folded end of the longitudinal reinforcing
belt (3) crosses the horizontal reinforcing belt (2) at the edge of the net body (1) to fixedly connect with itself through sutures.
4. The protection net for a vehicle according to claim 1, is characterized in that
the connection buckle is a grommet (11), which is fixedly connected with the grid structure and the net body (1).
5. The protection net for a vehicle according to claim 1, is characterized in that
furtherly comprising a fixed belt (7) which comprises a ring hook (8), an S-shape hook (9), a metal adjustment buckle (10) and a belt body, the ring hook (8) and the
S-shape hook (9) being fixedly connected with the belt body and located at two ends
of the belt body respectively, the belt body passing through and being adjustably connected with the metal adjustment buckle (10), which comprises a fixed buckle (6),
the ring hook (8) being fixedly connected with the connection buckle (4) or the fixed
buckle (6) on the net body (1), the S-shape hook (9) being connected with the fixed buckle (6) on the metal adjustment buckle (10), so that the lower end of the belt body
forms a connection ring, and the position of the metal adjustment buckle (10) on the
belt body is adjustable to make the length of the connection ring to be adjustable.
6. The protection net for a vehicle according to claim 2, is characterized in that
the intersection of the end of the horizontal reinforcing belt (2) and the longitudinal
reinforcing belt (3) at the edge of the net body (1) is stitched to form the reinforcing point (5) through the sutures, the intersection of the end of the longitudinal reinforcing
belt (3) and the horizontal reinforcing belt (2) at the edge of the net body (1) is stitched to form the reinforcing point (5) through the sutures.

The protection net for a vehicle according to claim 1, is characterized in that the protection net is divided into a first protection net unit (16), a second protection net unit (17) and a third protection net unit (18), the connection buckles extend out of the adjacent edges of the first protection net unit (16), the second protection net unit (17) and the third protection net unit (18) at intervals, and the connection buckle is a reinforcing belt connection buckle (4).
8. The protection net for a vehicle according to claim 7, is characterized in that two adjacent edges of the first protection net unit (16) are provided with the
reinforcing belt connection buckles (4), three edges of the second protection net unit (17) are provided with the reinforcing belt connection buckles (4), four edges of the
third protection net unit (18) are provided with the reinforcing belt connection buckles
(4), the reinforcing belt connection buckles (4) of the adjacent first protection net unit (16), second protection net unit (17) and third protection net unit (18) are provided in
a staggered manner.
9. The protection net for a vehicle according to claim 8, is characterized in that furtherly comprises a connection belt (19) which passes through the reinforcing belt
connection buckles (4) provided in a staggered manner to movably connect the
protection net units, the edge of the first protection net unit (16) with the reinforcing belt connection buckles (4) being movably connected with the edge of the second
protection net unit (17) with the reinforcing belt connection buckles (4) through the
connection belt (19), and the edge of the second protection net unit (17) with the reinforcing belt connection buckles (4) and without connection with the first
protection net unit (16) being movably connected with the the edge of the third
protection net unit (18) with the reinforcing belt connection buckles (4) through the connection belt (19).
10. The protection net for a vehicle according to claim 9, is characterized in that
the width of the connection belt (19) is smaller than the length of the reinforcing belt connection buckle (4).
