FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant, more particularly, relates to cationic dye sulfated bisethanol production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND
Sulfated bisethanol is commonly used as co-solvent for cyanuric chloride, a variety of cationic dyes and vat dyes. It can also be used as vat dye printing paste, leveler and moisture absorbent. As a dye co-solvent, it can increase the amount of coloring and vividness. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a cationic dye, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of sulfated bisethanol have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide cationic dye sulfated bisethanol production plant, including: reactor (D101), chiller (L101), filter (L102), tank (F101), pump (J101), vacuum still (E101); among them, reactor (D101) is connected respectively to pump (JI01) and condenser (LI01), filter (LI02) is connected respectively to chiller (LI01) and vacuum still (El01); among them, nominal volume of reactor (D101) is 600-670 L, heat pipe inside diameter of condenser (L101) is 0.0126-0.0129 m, head thickness of tank (Fl 01) is 6-8 mm.
Cationic dye sulfated bisethanol production plant, the production process is: added chloroethanol and sodium sulfide sequentially into reactor D101, raised the temperature to 80-85 °C while stirring, reacted for 1-2 h, transferred the reaction product to chiller L101 for chilling, and neutralized with sulfuric acid to a pH of 6.3-6.7, transferred the neutralized product into filter L102 for filtration, vacuum distilled the crude product in vacuum still E101 and collected the product fractions, discharged and packaged, and got the finished product. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.

added chloroethanol and sodium sulfide sequentially into reactor D101, raised the temperature to 85 °C while stirring, reacted for 2 h, transferred the reaction product to chiller L101 for chilling, and neutralized with sulfuric acid to a pH of 6.7, transferred the neutralized product into filter LI02 for filtration, vacuum distilled the crude product in vacuum still E101 and collected the product fractions, discharged and packaged, and got the finished product.
The qualities of the product are as follows:
