FIELD OF THE INVENTION

N-octyl-diaminoethyl glycine hydrochloride production plant, including: tank (Fl01), tank (Fl02), feedstock pump (JI01), feedstock pump (JI02), reactor (DI01), filter tower (El01), transfer pump (JI03), transfer pump (JI04), transfer pump (JI05), distillation column (E102), condenser (C101), tank (F103), condensation reactor 20 (DI02), filter (LI01), dryer (LI02); among them, tank (Fl01) is used to store diethylenetriamine, tank (Fl02) is used to store chloroctane, tank (Fl03) is used to store intermediate products; the connection between the various components of the production plant is: feedstock pump (JI01) is connected respectively to tank (Fl01) and reactor (DI01), feedstock pump (JI02) is connected respectively to tank (Fl02) 25 and reactor (DI01), transfer pump (JI03) is connected respectively to reactor (DI01) and filter tower (El01), transfer pump (JI04) is connected respectively to filter tower (El01) and distillation column (El02), condenser (Cl01) is connected respectively to distillation column (El02) and tank (Fl03), transfer pump (JI05) is connected respectively to tank (Fl03) and condensation reactor (DI02), filter (LI01) is connected respectively to condensation reactor (DI02) and dryer (LI02); among them, head thickness of tank (F101) is 9-10 mm, impeller diameter of transfer pump (J104) is 160-165 mm, heat exchanger tube diameter of condenser (C101) is 0.015-0.016 m.
Antistatic agent N-octyl-diaminoethyl glycine hydrochloride production plant, the production process is: added the measured diethylenetriamine into reactor D101, raised the temperature to 160-170 °C, added chlorinated octane under continuous stirring, maintained the temperature to react for 1-2 h, rested for 3-4 h until diethylenetriamine hydrochloride precipitated completely, removed sediments by filtration through E101, distilled the filtrate in distillation still El02 under reduced pressure, collected the fraction of 160-170°C (1.5 kPa) and stored in F103, got the light yellow viscous liquid, which is octadecyldiethylenetriamine. Added the measured octadecyldiethylenetriamine and chloroacetic acid aqueous solution into condensation reactor DI02, reacted at 80-90 °C for 30-50 min, introduced into crystallization tank while it is hot, obtained the colorless crystalline flakes, suction filtered by L101, dried by L102 and got the finished product. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.

Added the measured octadecyldiethylenetriamine and chloroacetic acid aqueous solution into condensation reactor D102, reacted at 90 °C for 50 min, introduced into crystallization tank while it is hot, obtained the colorless crystalline flakes, suction filtered by L101, dried by LI02 and got the finished product.
