DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT
The present utility model will be described in detail below with reference 5 to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Embodiment 1
As shown in Fig.l, a recreational vehicle having a multi-functional flipping device includes a stationary body, in this embodiment, i.e. a compartment 1; a flipping body, in this embodiment, i.e. a compartment cover 10 2. Referring to Fig.3, the edge of the compartment cover 2 is hinged to the edge of the compartment 1 by a hinge 3, the compartment cover 2 is freely tumable, and the compartment cover 2 can be mounted in the form of frontward, backward or sideward turning, in this embodiment, the structure design of the frontward turning compartment cover is used.
As shown in Fig. f and Fig.6, the electric flipping device further includes an electric linear actuator 4 and a link mechanism 5.
The structure and installation of the electric linear actuator 4 and the link mechanism 5 are as shown in Fig.3. The link mechanism 5 includes a rotating rod 6 and a connecting rod 7, and one end of the rotating rod 6 is 20 hinged to the compartment 1; the other end of the rotating rod 6 is connected with the compartment cover 2 by means of a connecting rod 7, and the two ends of the connecting rod 7 are respectively hinged to the rotating rod 6 and the compartment cover 2. The top end of the telescopic rod 8 of the electric linear actuator 4 is hinged to the rotating rod 6, and the extention and 25 contraction of the telescopic rod drive the turning of the compartment cover 2.

As shown in Fig.l and Fig.6, a gas spring 9 is provided between the external side of the compartment 1 and the lateral side of the compartment cover 2, and the two ends of the gas spring 9 are respectively hinged to the external side of the compartment 1 and the lateral side of the compartment 5 cover 2. By providing the gas spring, the load of the electric linear actuator 4 can be effectively reduced, and the electric linear actuator 4 provides an initial flipping force to the link mechanism 5, and when the flipping torque is greater than the threshold value of the gas spring 9, the link mechanism can be turned over under the action of the gas spring 9 to prevent the electric linear actuator 10 4 from being burnt due to excessive load.
In the present embodiment, the structure of the electric linear actuator 4 is as shown in Fig.4 and Fig.5. The axis of the motor 10 at the lower portion of the electric linear actuator 4 is perpendicular to the axis of the telescopic rod 8, and the end surface of the non-axially extending end 11 of the motor 10 15 is arranged in a visible form. That is, a through hole is formed in the end surface of the outer casing of the motor 10, through which the end surface of the non-axially extending end 11 of the motor 10 is visible, and the nonaxially extending end of the motor refers to the one end that the motor shaft does not connected to the load.
As shown in Fig.5, an external driving interface 12 is provided on an end surface of the non-axially extending end 11 of the motor. The external driving interface 12 can be a counterbore or a groove. Specifically, in this embodiment, the external driving interface 12 is a shaped groove.
When the vehicle battery is de-energized or the motor of the electric linear actuator is burnt, an electric screwdriver is used to cooperate with the “ ” shaped groove, and the rotation of the electric screwdriver drives the positive and negative rotation of the motor shaft, thereby achieving the normal action

Of course, the external driving interface device may also be a shaft connector connected at the end of the motor shaft, and the external driving interface device may also be an electric drill or a hand crank 5 device, such as a manual crank handle etc., as long as the external driving interface 12 at the end surface of the non-axially extending end 11 is required to be set in the matched shape.
As shown in Fig.6, specifically in this recreational vehicle, an opening and closing door 13 is provided at a lateral portion of the compartment, and 10 the opening and closing door 13 is directly opposite to the end surface of the non-axially extending end 11 of the electric linear actuator, and when the opening and closing door 13 is opened, the external driving device can be connected to the external driving interface 12 of the electric linear actuator for external driving operation.
In the present embodiment, as shown in Fig.3, the bottom end of the electric linear actuator 4 is hinged to the bottom of the compartment 1, and when the link mechanism 5 is turned over, the electric linear actuator 4 can swing according to the change of the torque.
Based on the above, taking the electric flipping device between the 20 compartment cover 2 and the compartment 1 as an example, when other components on the recreational vehicle need to be electrically flipped, the above-mentioned electric flipping device can also be used for such installation, and the electric flipping device is not limited to the cooperation between the compartment 1 with the compartment cover 2.

This embodiment provides a recreational vehicle with a multi-functional flipping device of another configuration.
As shown in Fig.7 and Fig.fO, a forward and backward double-flipping type traction type recreational vehicle includes a compartment 1, and 5 compartment cover 2 at the top of the compartment, and the compartment cover 2 includes an upper cover 21 and an inner cover 31.
As shown in Fig. 10 and Fig. 11, the tail edge of the inner cover 31 is hinged to the front wall of the compartment 1, and the inner cover 31 can be freely flipped forward. As shown in Fig. 11, in the present embodiment, the 10 tail portion of the inner cover 31 is provided with a hinge plate 14, the top of the hinge plate 14 is fixedly connected with the tail portion of the inner cover 31, and the bottom of the hinge plate 14 is hinged to the inner side of the frant wall of the compartment 1 by means of the hinge shaft 15, such that the height of the flipping axis of the inner cover 31 is lower than the height of the 15 top of the front wall of the compartment, thereby raising the height of the inner cover 31 after being flipped up, and reducing the height of the flipping axis of the inner cover 31, thereby ensuring the inner cover 31 will not be interfered by the front wall of the compartment 1 when it is flipped up, and at the same time, ensures that the inner cover 31 is entirely located inside the 20 compartment 1 when it is closed.
As shown in Fig. 10 and Fig. 12, the upper cover adopts a backwardflipping structure, the tail edge of the upper cover 21 is hinged to the tail wall of the compartment 1, and the upper cover 21 is freely flipped backward. As shown in Fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the tail portion of the upper 25 cover 21 is provided with a hinge plate 14, and the top of the hinge plate 14 is hinged to the tail portion of the upper cover 21 by means of the hinge shaft 15, the bottom of the hinge plate 14 is fixedly connected with the tail wall of

The height of the hinge shaft 15 is higher than the height of the top of the tail wall of the compartment 1, thereby raising the height of the flipping axis of the upper cover, so that the height of the flipping axis of the upper cover 21 is higher than the flipping axis of the inner cover 31, assuring the upper cover 21 covering the top of the inner cover 31 after the inner cover 31 and the upper cover 21 are closed.
As shown in Fig. 11 and Fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the flipping of the inner cover 31 and the upper cover 21 is realized by an electric flipping device, and the electric flipping device further includes an electric linear 10 actuator 4 and a link mechanism 5.
The bottom of the electric linear actuator 4 is hinged to the frame at the bottom of the compartment, the telescopic rod 8 of the electric linear actuator 4 is hinged to the middle of the rotating rod 6; one end of the rotating rod 6 is hinged to the inner wall of the compartment 1, and the other end of the 15 rotating rod 6 is connected with one end of the connecting rod 7, and the other end of the connecting rod 7 is hinged to the flipping cover. According to Fig.l 1 and Fig. 12, when the telescopic rod 8 of the electric linear actuator 4 is linearly moved up and down, the flipped cover body can be flipped 180° around the flipping axis by the rotation of the rotating rod 6 and the 20 connecting rod 7, thereby achieving opening and closing the cover body to form a flipping action.
Although the electronically controlled driving device provided by the present embodiment can achieve the flipping effect, since the rotating rod 6 and the connecting rod 7 are limited by space, the length thereof cannot be too 25 long, so in order to achieve smooth rotation under load, it is necessary to increase the power of the electric linear actuator, otherwise it is easy to burn the electric linear actuator. To solve such a technical problem, as shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, a gas spring 9 is provided respectively on the inner cover 31 and the lateral portion of the upper cover 21. In 5 combination with Fig. 13, in the present embodiment, the width of the inner cover 31 is smaller than the width of the compartment 1, a longitudinal slot 16 is formed on the front wall of the lateral portion of the inner cover corresponding to the front wall of the compartment. The longitudinal slot 16 has a top opening that is open at the top of the front wall. As shown in Fig. 13 10 and Fig. 11, one end of the gas spring 9 on the lateral portion of the inner cover is hinged to the lateral portion of the inner cover, and the other end of the gas spring is hinged to the groove wall of the slot 16. When the inner cover 31 is turned over, the gas spring 9 can swing freely forward and backward inside the slot 16 . As shown in Fig. 12, the gas spring 9 on the 15 lateral portion of the upper cover 21 is hinged at one end to the lateral portion of the upper cover 21, and is hinged at the other end to the side wall of the compartment. When the upper cover 21 is being turned over, the gas spring 9 is swinging, and extending and contracting at the lateral portion of the compartment.
After the gas spring 9 is provided, when the inner cover 31 and the upper cover 21 are turned over, the gas spring 9 can serve as an auxiliary assisting force, effectively reducing the load of the electric linear actuator, and preventing the electric linear actuator from being burnt due to excessive load.
As shown in Fig. 11, a slot blocking plate 17 is further included. The width and height of the slot blocking plate 17 are consistent with the width and height of the slot 16, and the bottom of the slot blocking plate 17 is hinged to the external side of the bottom of the slot. A pulling rod 18 is

The two ends of the pulling rod 18 are respectively hinged to the slot blocking plate and the gas spring. When the inner cover 31 is turned forward, with the swing of the gas spring 9, the slot blocking plate 5 17 rotates to open the slot 16 and the gas spring 9 protrudes from the inside of the slot 16. When the inner cover 31 is closed, the gas spring 9 swings toward inside the compartment, and at the same time, pulling the slot blocking plate 17 to block the slot.
As shown in Fig. 11, in the recreational vehicle, an external driving interface 12 is provided on an end surface of the non-axially extending end 11 of the motor 10 of the electric linear actuator 4 in the flipping device, and the external driving interface 12 can be a counterbore or a groove.
