Description
DESCRIPTION “Packaging machine”
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to packaging machines, particularly to vertical or inclined packaging machines.
PRIOR ART
Packaging machines are known which comprise a film feeder for supplying a continuous film to a forming tube which is adapted for imparting a tubular shape to the film supplied by the feeder and comprises a longitudinal axis in a forward movement direction, a longitudinal sealing device which is adapted for longitudinally sealing longitudinal ends of the tubularshaped film and generating a film tube, sealing overlapping areas of said longitudinal ends together along a section of the tubular-shaped film, and comprises to that end at least one longitudinal sealing tool acting on said section, a forward movement module which is adapted for driving the film tube in the forward movement direction and is arranged in an angular position with respect to the longitudinal axis different from the angular position with respect to said longitudinal axis of the longitudinal sealing device, and a transverse sealing and cutting tool adapted for transversely sealing and cutting the film tube below the forming tube.
Longitudinal sealing can be performed with different technologies, such as by ultrasounds or heating (with or without direct contact with the film). Furthermore, there are different types of longitudinal sealing tools, depending on the package to be generated and the operating mode of the packaging machine (continuous or intermittent operation).
For example, to generate a specific type of package (commonly known as Doypack), longitudinal sealing devices comprising two sealing tools with the overlapping areas of the tubular-shaped film arranged therebetween for sealing the longitudinal ends of said areas together along a section of the tubular-shaped film are known. US5768852A, for example, 35 describes intermittent operation of the longitudinal sealing device, whereas US2016122061A1,
2018100979 10 Jul 2018 for example, describes a continuous operation.
US4800707A discloses a longitudinal sealing device for generating packages of another type, commonly known as pouch-type packages. Longitudinal sealing devices of this type comprise 5 a single longitudinal sealing tool. The longitudinal sealing tool operates intermittently and presses the longitudinal ends of the tubular-shaped film against the forming tube to perform longitudinal sealing. In this case, longitudinal sealing is performed by moving the tool towards and away from the film in a controlled manner, when the film tube is kept still between each forward movement.
JP2014144809A discloses a longitudinal sealing device for continuously generating pouchtype packages. The longitudinal sealing tool of said device comprises a heating element and a band supported on an upper rotating axis and another lower rotating axis, moving freely along the section due to contact with the overlapping areas of the tubular-shaped film. The 5 heating element presses the band against the overlapping areas of the tubular-shaped film, heating said band at the same time to perform sealing, and stops contacting said band (preventing the band from in turn contacting the film) when the machine is stopped, for example.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
The object of the invention is to provide a packaging machine, as defined in the claims.
The packaging machine of the invention is adapted for generating packages from a film, and comprises a forming tube which is adapted for receiving a continuous film and for imparting a tubular shape thereto and which comprises a longitudinal axis in a forward movement direction, a longitudinal sealing device which is adapted for longitudinally sealing longitudinal ends of the tubular-shaped film and generating a film tube, a forward movement module which is adapted 30 for driving the film tube in the forward movement direction and at a specific forward movement speed, and a transverse sealing and cutting tool adapted for transversely sealing and cutting the film tube. The longitudinal sealing device comprises at least one longitudinal sealing tool which is configured to seal overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of the film together along a section of the tubular-shaped film extending in the forward movement direction by acting on 35 said section.
2018100979 10 Jul 2018
The machine further comprises at least a first roller for pressing at least part of the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of the tubular-shaped film together above the section of said tubular-shaped film on which the longitudinal sealing tool acts, and at least a second roller for 5 pressing at least part of the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of the film tube together below the section of said tubular-shaped film on which the longitudinal sealing tool acts. The holding rollers are arranged in the machine aligned with one another in the forward movement direction and are adapted for rotating with respect to their own rotating axis during movement of the film tube.
The section of the tubular-shaped film on which action is carried out to perform longitudinal sealing is therefore protected both from above and below, assuring correct arrangement of the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of said film at all times when the machine is operating. In this manner:
- the possible generation of deformations due to friction during forward movement of the film which may cause the misalignment of the superposed surfaces to be sealed together is prevented during the sealing process when heating the longitudinal ends of the film to be sealed together (in the case of using longitudinal sealing tools with said technology);
- when the longitudinal sealing tool is separated from the film (when there is no product to be packaged, for example, the forward movement of film is stopped and the longitudinal sealing tool is separated so as to not burn the film in the case of using longitudinal sealing tools with said technology), the surface of the film to be sealed is held down by the holding rollers such that the correct arrangement of the overlapping 25 areas of the longitudinal ends of said film is assured once the packaging process is started again; and
- when a fluid is injected through the forming tube into the film tube (such as when generating packages with a protective atmosphere, for example, or when an airflow is generated inside the forming tube to speed up the fall of the product), the fluid is 30 prevented from being able to leak out of the tube through said section, thereby preventing fluid outflow from being able to cause a misalignment of the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of the film and negatively affecting subsequent longitudinal sealing, assuring the leak-tightness of the film tube, given that the holding rollers keep the section on which the longitudinal sealing tool acts taut.

These and other advantages and features of the invention will become evident in view of the drawings and detailed description of the invention.

DETAILED DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
Figure 1 shows an embodiment of the packaging machine 100 of the invention which is adapted for packaging products from a continuous film. The machine 100 comprises a film 5 feeder, not depicted in the drawings, supplying a continuous film, a forming tube 3 which is adapted for receiving the film supplied by the feeder and for imparting a tubular shape thereto and which comprises a longitudinal axis 3.0 in a forward movement direction A. The feeder comprises a shaft on which the film is arranged wound like a reel, and the rotation of the reel on said shaft unwinds the film, the continuous film thus being supplied in a specific supply 0 direction. The invention preferably relates to vertical or inclined packaging machines 100.
The machine 100 further comprises a longitudinal sealing device 104 adapted for longitudinally sealing the longitudinal ends of the tubular-shaped film and generating a film tube, and at least one, preferably two, forward movement module 5 which is adapted for driving the film tube in 5 a specific forward movement direction A and at a specific forward movement speed, which is arranged facing the forming tube 3. The longitudinal sealing device 104 comprises at least one longitudinal sealing tool 4 which is adapted and configured to seal overlapping areas of said longitudinal ends together along a section of the film surrounding the forming tube 3, said section extending in the forward movement direction A and said longitudinal sealing tool 4 0 acting on said section to that end. The machine 100 further comprises a transverse sealing and cutting tool 6 for transversely sealing and cutting the film tube, after the action of the transverse sealing and cutting tool 6 a film tube closed at one end being generated upstream of the action in the forward movement direction A, and a package separated from the film tube being generated downstream of the action in the forward movement direction A.
Depending on the topology of the package to be generated, the longitudinal sealing device 104 comprises different configurations, as will be described in detail throughout the description. In this sense, for a first type of package (pouch-type packages, for example) the longitudinal sealing device 104 is configured to seal the overlapping longitudinal ends of the film for a 30 specific section extending in the forward movement direction A arranged between the forming tube 3 and a longitudinal sealing tool 4 (see Figures 2 to 5), whereas for generating a second type of package (Doypack-type packages, for example) the longitudinal sealing device 104 comprises two longitudinal sealing tools 4 with said longitudinal ends of the film arranged therebetween so that they are overlapping for sealing them together in a specific section 35 extending in the forward movement direction A (see Figures 6 to 8).
2018100979 10 Jul 2018
Next, different embodiments and configurations of the machine 100 of the invention adapted for generating pouch-type packages are explained in reference to Figures 2 to 5.
The longitudinal sealing tool 4 in any of the embodiments of the machine 100 further comprises at least one upper holding roller 7.1 for pressing at least part of the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of the film above the section on which the longitudinal sealing tool 4 acts for sealing overlapping longitudinal ends of the film in said section , and at least one lower holding roller 7.2 for pressing at least part of the overlapping areas of said longitudinal ends below said section, as shown in the drawings, said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 pressing the film by contacting it directly. Said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 are aligned with one another in the forward movement direction A and are preferably the same, being adapted for rotating with respect to their own rotating axis during movement of the film tube, their tangential speed being equal to the speed of the movement of the film. Furthermore, in order to prevent the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 from generating deformations such as creases due to the direct contact, for example, on the film, at least the outer surfaces of said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 are preferably made of a non-slip material or are covered with a non-slip material.
Said section upon which the longitudinal sealing tool 4 acts for sealing overlapping longitudinal 0 ends of the film is therefore arranged between said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 and, as the rollers 7.1 and 7.2 do not take part in the sealing of the overlapping longitudinal ends of the film, they do not apply heat to the film, said section is protected both from above and below.
For example, if a fluid is introduced through the forming tube 3 into the film tube (when injecting a gas to prolong the shelf-life of the product once packaged, and/or when injecting a 25 pressurized airflow into the forming tube to speed up the fall of the product), the pressure of said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 prevents said fluid from being able to influence the correct arrangement of said longitudinal ends of the film tube and the longitudinal sealing tool 4 acts on a section where the overlapping longitudinal ends are free of unwanted folds, misalignments and/or creases, for example.
In some cases, such as those in which the longitudinal sealing tool 4 performs sealing continuously by means of heat, for example, when the packaging is interrupted and the machine 100 is stopped for some reason, said longitudinal sealing tool 4 must be separated from the film to prevent burning it. Up until now, this separation involved a risk of misalignment of the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of the film, at least in the area of the section 35 and/or in areas close to said section, not maintaining the relative position thereof and
2018100979 10 Jul 2018 generating at least unwanted folds and/or creases once the packaging process is started again. For this reason, when production was started again part of the film which may have had creases and/or folds (such as the first generated package, for example) was discarded, and with the invention this risk is prevented as a result of the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 keeping 5 the longitudinal ends in place and the section being protected, where less film is discarded compared to machines of the prior art.
The longitudinal sealing device 104 is in an operating position when the machine 100 is operating, where to be operative in the context of the invention must be interpreted as being 0 generating packages or being ready to generate packages (when due to external causes, such as the lack of product to be packaged, for example, the machine 100 is on standby), and is configured such that when it is in the operating position, the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 press the corresponding overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of the film tube together.
Therefore, this pressing is being performed not only when the film tube is being moved in the 5 forward movement direction A by the forward movement module 5, but also when the film tube is stopped.
The upper holding roller 7.1 and the lower holding roller 7.2 are adapted for rotating with respect to their own rotating axis during movement of the film tube in the forward movement 0 direction A, accompanying said movement to prevent the generation of creases and/or folds on the film. The longitudinal sealing tool 4 comprises an actuator 7.3 for causing rotation of both holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2. The actuator 7.3 can be associated with the rotating axis of one of said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2, causing rotation of said holding roller 7.1 or 7.2, and the rotating axis of the other holding roller 7.1 or 7.2 can be attached to the first rotating axis 25 such that it rotates integrally with said first rotating axis in the same direction of rotation, and preferably at the same rotational speed. This attachment can be made by means of a pulleylike mechanism, for example.
The machine 100 further comprises a control device (not depicted in the drawings) configured 30 to link the rotational speed of the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 to the forward movement speed of the film tube, so that said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 will not negatively affect said movement. Particularly, the control device is configured so that the tangential component of the rotational speed of said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 is substantially equal to the forward movement speed of the film tube.
2018100979 10 Jul 2018
In some embodiments of the machine 100, the longitudinal sealing tool 4 seals the longitudinal ends of the tubular-shaped film in a contact-free (except contact of the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2) and continuous manner, as occurs with the longitudinal sealing tool 4 of Figure 2, for example. Said longitudinal sealing tool 4 comprises a heating element 4.2 giving off heat to the overlapping areas of the film in the corresponding section, and said heat causes said areas to seal together. When the forward movement of the film tube is stopped due to the lack of product or other external causes, for example, the heating element 4.2 is configured to move away from said film but this does not stop the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 from contacting the longitudinal ends of the film. In other embodiments in which sealing is performed intermittently by contact, the sealing tool would be equivalent to that depicted in Figure 2, with the difference that the heating element 4.2 contacts the overlapping areas of the film in the corresponding section when the film is kept still (without moving forward in the forward movement direction A) to perform sealing, and moves away from said areas to allow the forward movement of the film in the forward movement direction A, whereas the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 remain in contact with the film at all times when the machine 100 is operating (both when the film moves forward in the forward movement direction A and when it does not).
In some embodiments of the machine 100, the longitudinal sealing tool 4 is configured to seal the longitudinal ends of the tubular-shaped film by contact, heat and in a continuous manner, 0 without interrupting the movement of the film tube, such as the case of the longitudinal sealing tool 4 shown in Figure 3. The longitudinal sealing tool 4 comprises a band 4.1 contacting the overlapping areas to be sealed and a heating element 4.2 for heating said band 4.1, and for moving it between a contact position in which the band 4.1 contacts the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of the film in the section, and a retracted position in which said band 4.1 25 does not contact said overlapping areas, as shown in Figure 3 to 5, for example. When it is in the contact position, the band 4.1 moves in the forward movement direction A due to said contact (the movement of the film causes the movement of the band 4.1 in the same direction).
The band 4.1 is part of a pulley-belt type configuration (particularly belt-type), and is therefore supported by an upper rotating axis and a lower rotating axis which can rotate freely and 30 thereby allow said movement of the band 4.1.
The heating element 4.2 is facing the film section on which the band 4.1 acts, thereby causing the band 4.1 to contact the film when it causes the movement thereof to the contact position.
As shown in Figure 3, the upper holding roller 7.1 is arranged upstream of the longitudinal 35 sealing tool 4 such that it presses at least part of the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends
2018100979 10 Jul 2018 of the tubular-shaped film together above the section on which the longitudinal sealing tool 4 (and the heating element 4.2) acts, and the lower holding roller 7.2 is arranged downstream of the longitudinal sealing tool 4 such that it presses at least part of the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of the tubular-shaped film together below said section on which the 5 longitudinal sealing tool 4 (and the heating element 4.2) acts. Due to the configuration of the longitudinal sealing device 104, said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 contact said overlapping areas regardless of the arrangement of the heating element 4.2 (causing the band 4.1 to contact the film or not), when said longitudinal sealing device 104 is in the operating position, assuring the correct arrangement of said overlapping areas at all times, preventing their misalignment and 0 assuring correct longitudinal sealing when the longitudinal sealing tool 4 acts on said section.
The longitudinal sealing tool 4 of Figure 3 comprises two rollers 4.10 on which the band 4.1 is supported and rotates, said rollers 4.10 being different from the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2. In this embodiment, the rollers 4.10 are aligned in the forward movement direction A with the 5 holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 and comprise a diameter smaller than the diameter of said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 to allow said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 to press the corresponding overlapping areas of the film regardless of the position of the band 4.1 (contact position or retracted position). In other embodiments in which the longitudinal sealing tool 4 comprises rollers 4.10, said rollers 4.10 will not be aligned in the forward movement direction A with the 0 holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 and will not have a diameter which allows said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 to press the corresponding overlapping areas of the film regardless of the position of the band 4.1 (contact position or retracted position).
In other embodiments of the machine 100, the longitudinal sealing tool 4 does not comprise 25 rollers 4.10 in addition to the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 for the band 4.1, the rotating axis of the upper holding roller 7.1 being the upper rotating axis of the band 4.1, and the rotating axis of the lower holding roller 7.2 being the lower rotating axis of the band 4.1, as shown in the longitudinal sealing tool 4 of Figure 4, for example. The longitudinal sealing tool 4 comprises two upper holding rollers 7.1 which share one and the same rotating axis and which are 30 separated by a first specific separating space, and two lower holding rollers 7.2 which share one and the same rotating axis and are separated by a second specific space equal to the first separating space. The band 4.1 is supported by both rotating axis with rotational freedom and arranged in said separating spaces, the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 being configured such that the band 4.1 does not project from the surfaces of the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 contacting 35 the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of the film, such that the band 4.1 contacts said
2018100979 10 Jul 2018 overlapping areas only in the section located between both holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 when the heating element 4.2 presses said band 4.1 against said ends, and stops contacting said ends when the heating element 4.2 stops acting on the band 4.1. In these embodiments, the band 4.1 has rotational freedom with respect to the rotating axis of the holding rollers 7.1 and 5 7.2 for being moved by friction with the film, being directly supported by a respective bearing surrounding the respective rotating axis of the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2, for example. A relative tangential speed between the holding rollers 7.1, 7.2 and the band 4.1 which may generate creases or deformities on the film section on which welding is performed is thereby prevented.
In these cases, furthermore as shown in Figure 5, the longitudinal sealing tool 4 can comprise an auxiliary upper holding roller 7.5 arranged above the first separating space, aligned in the forward movement direction A with said first separating space and with a minimum width equal to said first separating space, for pressing together at least the overlapping areas of the 5 corresponding longitudinal ends of the film which coincide with said first separating space and are therefore not subsequently pressed by the upper holding rollers 7.1. Similarly, the longitudinal sealing tool 4 can comprise an auxiliary lower holding roller 7.6 arranged below the second separating space aligned in the forward movement direction A with said second separating space and with a minimum width equal to said second separating space, for 0 pressing together at least the overlapping areas of the corresponding longitudinal ends of the film which coincide with said second separating space and have not therefore been pressed by the lower holding rollers 7.2. It is thereby assured that when a pressurized fluid is injected into the machine 100 to speed up the fall of the product, for example, this fluid does not come out of the film tube through the section on which the longitudinal sealing tool 4 acts or move 25 the overlapping areas of said section due to the pressure exerted by the first auxiliary holding rollers 7.5 and 7.6 and the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 on said overlapping area. Preferably, all the holding rollers 7.1,7.2, 7.5 and 7.6 furthermore have the same diameter and are connected to the same actuator 7.3 (directly and/or by means of belts or corresponding analogous elements), the rotation of the rollers 7.1, 7.2, 7.5 and 7.6 being caused by means of one and 30 the same actuator 7.3, the synchronism between said holding rollers 7.1, 7.2, 7.5 and 7.6 (which will rotate at the same speed) being assured, while at the same time obtaining a machine 100 that is simpler and more cost-effective. The longitudinal sealing device 104 is configured in these cases such that in the operating position, the auxiliary holding rollers 7.5 and 7.6 press the corresponding overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of the film tube 35 together. Therefore, like with the pressure exerted by the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2, this
2018100979 10 Jul 2018 pressure is being exerted not only with the film tube stopped, but also with the film tube being moved in the forward movement direction A by the forward movement module 5.
Preferably, in order to furthermore prevent the auxiliary holding rollers 7.5 and 7.6 from generating deformations such as creases on the film, for example, at least the outer surfaces of said auxiliary holding rollers 7.5 and 7.6 are made of a non-slip material or are covered with a non-slip material, like the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2.
The longitudinal sealing device 104 can further comprise a platform 101 comprising said 0 longitudinal sealing tool 4 to which the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.1, 7.2, 7.5 and 7.6 are attached, said platform 101 being configured to move radially with respect to the forming tube 3 to thereby adjust the arrangement of the sealing tool 4 with respect to the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of the film, and thereby adjust the force with which said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.1, 7.2, 7.5 and 7.6 press on said overlapping areas of the film.
In the event that the longitudinal sealing device 104 comprises a platform 101 for the longitudinal sealing tool 4 and the longitudinal sealing tool 4 comprises a band 4.1, said longitudinal sealing tool 4 can further comprise a support 103 for supporting and/or guiding the band 4.1, said support 103 comprising a base 103.0 attached to said platform 101 and a 0 moving element 103.1 attached with freedom of movement to said base 103.0 so that it can move closer to or away from the overlapping areas of the section on which the longitudinal sealing tool 4 acts, and with which the band 4.1 is associated, such that it can move away from the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of said film section when sealing does not have to be performed, the band 4.1 thus being separated from the film, while the holding rollers 7.1 25 and 7.2 or 7.1,7.2, 7.5 and 7.6 comprising said longitudinal sealing tool 4 continue to press on the film at the same time.
To generate pouch-type packages, the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.1,7.2, 7.5 and 7.6 press said overlapping areas against the forming tube 3.
In some embodiments, the machine 100 is adapted for generating Doypack-type packages. In these cases, the longitudinal sealing device 104 comprises two longitudinal sealing tools 4 arranged facing one another, pressing the longitudinal ends of the tubular-shaped film between them for sealing same, and symmetrical to one another with respect to an imaginary 35 longitudinal plane 102 arranged between both longitudinal sealing tools 4. The corresponding
2018100979 10 Jul 2018 holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.1, 7.2, 7.5 and 7.6 press said overlapping areas together, i.e., said areas are arranged between the upper holding rollers 7.1 of both longitudinal sealing tools 4 and are pressed between both upper holding rollers 7.1, the same taking place with the rest of the holding rollers 7.2 or 7.2, 7.5 and 7.6. For the rest of the features, the two longitudinal 5 sealing tools 4 can be such as those mentioned above for the different configurations and embodiments of the machine 100, and can be identical to one another except, for example, in the case of being configured to heat seal the overlapping areas, where it is sufficient for only one of them to comprise a heating element 4.2, in which case a first longitudinal sealing tool 4 will comprise said heating element 4.2, whereas the other longitudinal sealing tool 4 will instead 0 comprise an equivalent supporting element (not depicted in the drawings) on which the heating element 4.2 of thefirst longitudinal sealing tool 4 will press.
Preferably, all the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.1,7.2, 7.5 and 7.6 are synchronized, rotating at the same speed, and to that end all the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.1, 7.2, 7.5 and 7.6 5 are connected to the same actuator (directly and/or by means of belts or corresponding analogous elements) and are preferably operated with said actuator.
Figures 6 to 8 show a longitudinal sealing device 104 for an embodiment of the machine 100 adapted for generating Doypack-type packages, the longitudinal sealing device 104 being 0 configured to seal the overlapping areas of the film together in a contact-free manner (except contact of the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2) and to arrange at least one closure strip (Velcro or zipper, for example) on the film for generating reclosable packages. The longitudinal sealing tool 4 comprises a sealing element for sealing said closure strip, and the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.1,7.2, 7.5 and 7.6 comprise a respective groove 7.9 for housing said closure strip 25 and prevent it from projecting from the surface of said holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.1, 7.2,
7.5 and 7.6 which contacts the film (or instead of a groove, the holding rollers 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.1, 7.2, 7.5 and 7.6 can be manufactured from or covered with a ductile material capable of being adapted to said closure strip for assuring, with the deformation thereof, the leak-tightness and correct arrangement of the overlapping areas of the longitudinal ends of said film section).
In machines 100 adapted for generating Doypack-type packages, the longitudinal sealing device 104 can comprise a platform 101 such as the one mentioned above for each longitudinal sealing tool 4, each longitudinal sealing tool 4 being attached to a respective platform 101. In this case, the platforms 101 can be moved linearly with respect to the other platform for 35 bringing them closer to one another or farther apart, the force to be exerted on the overlapping
2018100979 10 Jul 2018 areas they press on thus being able to be adjusted. To that end, the longitudinal sealing device
104 comprises in these cases a guiding device joining both platforms 101 to one another and guiding the relative movement between both platforms 101, said movement being tangential with respect to the forming tube 3. The platforms 101 can furthermore be moved together radially with respect to the forming tube 3.
