DESCRIPTION PIPELINE FOR TESTING OPERATION OF MOTORS Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a pipeline for testing operation of motors. Background of the Invention
At present, after well assembled, motors are transferred to a testing workshop to be subjected to operation tests. The forward operation and reverse operation of motors are tested by placing the motors on worktables and connecting them to motor operation testing apparatuses. However, it is unable to form pipelined tests and thus exhibits low efficiency. Furthermore, the worktables require a large space and accordingly a plurality of detection workers. If there are not enough detection workers, the utilization of the motor operation testing apparatuses is low and the time required for detection is long.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a pipeline for testing operation of motors.
To realize this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solution. A pipeline for testing operation of motors include a plurality of motor holding plates, a frame and a plurality of station stands; feeding ends are provided on the frame, and discharge ends are provided on the station stands; a frame rail on which the motor holding plates can slide is provided on the frame, a station stand rail on which the motor holding plates can slide is provided on each station stand, and one end of each station stand rail is communicated with the frame rail; each station stand has a plurality of stations each equipped with a motor operation testing apparatus; the motor operation testing apparatus includes an apparatus body, an operating switch and a motor 1 2016101685 19 Sep 2016 terminal; and a timing device is provided on the apparatus body.
In the present invention, the pipelined detection may be realized, the operation tests may be performed on more motors within a small space, the utilization of the motor operation testing apparatuses may be improved, the time required for detection of motors may be shortened, and the production efficiency of motors may be improved.

Detailed Description of the Invention
As shown in Fig. 1, the pipeline for testing operation of motors of the present invention includes a plurality of motor holding plates 1, a frame 2 and a plurality of station stands 3.The station stands 3 are all arranged, in groups at interval, on a same side of the frame 2, with each group including two station stands 3 arranged one after the other in opposite directions. A frame rail on which the motor holding plates can slide is provided on the frame 2, a frame rail 21 on which the motor holding plates can slide is provided on each station stand 3, and one end of each station stand 3 rail is communicated with the frame rail 21.
Each station stand 3 is arranged in two layers. A lifting rack 4 is provided between the frame 2 and the station stand 3. The station stand 3 includes an upper station stand 31 and a lower station stand 32. The frame 2 is in a same 2 2016101685 19 Sep 2016 height as the upper station stand 31.Protection pads are provided on the bottoms of the frame 2, the station stand 3 and the lifting rack 4 to avoid damage to the floor of the workshop.
As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and Fig. 5, station stand rails are provided on two sides of the upper station stand 31 and on two sides of the lower station stand 32. Pulleys 22 are provided on the frame rail 21 and the station stand rails so that the motor holding plates 1 can slide on the rails. The motor holding plates 1 are square, and the width of the frame rail 21 is the same as the width of the station stand rails. The two ends of the frame 2 are both feeding ends. Ends of the upper station stand 31 and the lower station stand 32 away from the frame 2 are both discharge ends. The upper station stand 31 and the lower station stand 32 in each row of station stands each have six stations, and each station is equipped with a motor operation testing apparatus.
As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the motor operation testing apparatus includes an apparatus body, an operating switch 6 and a motor terminal 7.A timer for controlling the time duration is provided on the apparatus body. There are two operating switches in each motor operation testing apparatus. The operating switch before each station includes a forward-operation switch on the left and a reverse-operation switch on the right.
As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, a motor testing apparatus box arranged in parallel to the station stand is provided on the station of the station stand. The motor testing apparatus box includes an upper motor testing apparatus box 8 on the upper station stand and a lower motor testing apparatus box 9 on the lower station stand.
The upper motor testing apparatus box 8 is placed above each group of station stands 3. The apparatus bodies of the motor operation testing apparatuses for stations of the upper station stands 31 in each group of station stands are placed inside the upper motor testing apparatus box 8. The operating switches 6 for stations of the upper station stands 31 in each group 3 2016101685 19 Sep 2016 of station stands are alternately arranged on an upper side of the upper motor testing apparatus box 8 one before another in opposite directions. The motor terminals 7 for stations of the upper station stands 31 in each group of station stands are arranged on front and rear sides of the upper motor testing apparatus box 8.
As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, a beam 33 is provided below the lower station stands 32, and the lower motor testing apparatus box 9 is placed on the beam 33. The apparatus bodies of the motor operation testing apparatuses for the lower station stands 31 are placed inside the lower motor testing apparatus box 9. The operating switches 6 and the motor terminals 7 are arranged on an outer side of the lower motor testing apparatus box, and the operating switches 6 face up.
As shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 and Fig. 7, the lifting rack 4 includes a lifting cylinder 41 and a lifting platform 42. The lifting cylinder 41 can control the lifting platform 42 to life up or down, so that the motor holding plates 1 can be moved to the upper station stands 31 or lower station stands 32. A fixing device which can fix the motor holding plates 1 is provided on the lifting platform 42. A cylinder fixing plate 43 is provided at an upper end of the lifting cylinder 41. A lifting shaft 44 of the lifting cylinder 41 passes through the cylinder fixing plate 43. The cylinder fixing plate 43 is fixed to a framework of the lifting rack 4. The lifting platform 42 is fixed above the lifting shaft 44. Guide rods 45, which are arranged on two opposite sides of the lifting shaft 44, are fixed on a lower end face of the lifting platform 42. Guide slots allowing the guide rods 45 to pass through are provided on the cylinder fixing plate 43.
When the lifting cylinder 41 of the lifting rack 4 ascends to an upper limit position, the lifting platform 42 can be connected to the frame 2 and the upper station stands 31; and when the lifting cylinder 41 of the lifting rack 4 descends to a lower limit position, the lifting platform 42 can be connected to the lower station stands 32.
As shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the fixing device is arranged above 4 2016101685 19 Sep 2016 one side of the lifting platform 42 away from the station stands 3. A groove 10 having an arc cross-section is provided on the fixing device, and the groove 10 faces the station stands 3. A bump structure engaged with the groove 10 is provided at one end of each of the motor holding plates 1.
As shown in Fig. 6, there are thirty six elastic devices 5 on the lifting platform. The elastic devices are evenly arranged in six rows and six columns at intervals on the lifting platform. The fixing device is arranged on the right side of the elastic devices. Each elastic device 5 includes a hollow limiting post 52. A steel ball 51 is provided on the inner side of the upper end of the limiting post. One end of the steel ball 51 is protruded from the limiting post 52, and a spring is provided on the lower side of the steel ball 51. And, the two ends of the spring are resisted against the bottom of the steel ball 51 and the bottom of the limiting post 52, respectively. When the bump structure of the motor holding plates 1 is engaged in the groove 10 of the fixing device, the bottom of the motor holding plates 1 is resisted against the top of the steel ball of the elastic device 5. 5
