Abstract

A device for connecting an air-tight test vehicle body and an air-tight test bench case. The device comprises: a transition body (2), the transition body (2) being channel-shaped and a middle plate (9) being arranged in the transition body (2), and a small sealing door (5) being arranged on the middle plate (9); a vehicle body connecting flange (3), the vehicle body connecting flange (3) being arranged at an end of the transition body (2), for connecting to an end part of the air-tight test vehicle body; a case connecting flange (1), the case connecting flange (1) being arranged at the other end of the transition body (2), for connecting to a large door of the air-tight test bench case; an evacuation port connecting flange (4), the evacuation port connecting flange (4) being arranged in the middle of the transition body (2), for connecting to an evacuation port of the air-tight test bed; and an inflation port connecting flange (6), the inflation port connecting flange (6) being arranged in the middle of the transition body (2), for connecting to an inflation port of the air-tight test bed. The device for connecting the air-tight test vehicle body and the air-tight test bench case achieves simultaneously loading from the inside and outside of the air-tight test vehicle body. Furthermore, a check can only be performed by entering the inside of the air-tight test vehicle body through the small sealing door in the transition body, when loading from the outside thereof.

Description

DEVICE FOR CONNECTING AIR-TIGHT TEST VEHICLE BODY AND AIR-TIGHT
TEST BENCH CASE
[0001] This application claims the benefit of priority to Chinese Patent Application No.
5 201410539362.8 titled “DEVICE OF CONNECTING AIR-TIGHT TEST VEHICLE BODY AND AIR-TIGHT TEST BENCH CASE”, filed with the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office on October 13, 2014, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.
FIELD
[0002] The present application relates to the technical field of rail vehicle body tests, and 10 particularly to a device of connecting an airtight test vehicle body and an airtight test bench case.
BACKGROUND
[0003] With the rapid development of rail transportation, the speed of motor train units in China may reach 380 km/h. Due to the high speed of the motor train units, a large air pressure 15 variation may occur when the vehicles pass by each other, causing an obvious tilting phenomenon of the vehicles, and especially when the vehicles pass by each other in a tunnel, an even larger air pressure variation may occur, which may directly affect the vehicle body structure strength and service life. Therefore, an airtight test is required to be performed on an airtight test vehicle body by using an airtight test bench and the like, so as to check the strength 20 of the vehicle body before a motor train unit is placed into service.
[0004] In the conventional technology, when the airtight test is performed on the airtight test vehicle body by using the airtight test bench, the airtight test vehicle body cannot be loaded from an inside and an outside simultaneously. Further, the interior of the airtight test vehicle body cannot be accessed to be examined when the airtight test vehicle body is loaded from the 25 outside. -1 - 2015333261 27 Jan 2017 [0004A] It is desired to provide a device that overcomes or alleviates one or more difficulties of the prior art, or to at least provide a useful alternative.
SUMMARY
[0005] Embodiments of the present application provide a device of connecting an airtight test 5 vehicle body and an airtight test bench case for addressing the technical issues that, when an airtight test is performed on an airtight test vehicle body by using an airtight test bench, the airtight test vehicle body cannot be loaded from an inside and an outside simultaneously, and when the airtight test vehicle body is loaded from the outside, the interior of the airtight test vehicle body cannot be accessed to be examined. 0 [0006] In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a device of connecting an airtight test vehicle body and an airtight test bench case is provided according to the present application, which includes: a transition body, wherein the transition body is in a channel-shape, a middle plate is provided in the transition body for separating an inner space of the transition body, and a small 5 sealing door is arranged on the middle plate; a vehicle body connecting flange, wherein the vehicle body connecting flange is arranged at an end of the transition body for being connected to an end portion of the airtight test vehicle body; a case connecting flange, wherein the case connecting flange is arranged at the other 20 end of the transition body for being connected to a large door of the airtight test bench case; an air discharging port connecting flange, wherein the air discharging port connecting flange is arranged in the middle of the transition body on a side, closer to the vehicle body connecting flange, of the middle plate for being connected to the air discharging port of the airtight test bench via a pipe line; and 25 an air discharging port connecting flange, wherein the air discharging port connecting flange is arranged in the middle of the transition body on the side, closer to the vehicle body connecting flange, of the middle plate for being connected to the air discharging port of the -2- 2015333261 27 Jan 2017 airtight test bench via another pipe line.
[0007] Preferably, the device of connecting the airtight test vehicle body and the airtight test bench case may further include a support mechanism, which is arranged under the transition body.

[0010] Preferably, the lift mechanism includes multiple hydraulic cylinders.

Embodiments of the present application are able to connect the airtight test vehicle body to the airtight test bench when the airtight test is performed on the airtight test vehicle body by using the airtight test bench. With such a device, the airtight test vehicle body can be 20 loaded from the inside and the outside simultaneously, and the interior of the airtight test vehicle body is accessible through the small sealing door in the transition body when the airtight test vehicle body is loaded only from the outside, thus a test piece in the airtight test vehicle body is examined and the bearing condition of the test piece is learned, thereby achieving the objects of the airtight test. In addition, the device of connecting an airtight test 25 vehicle body and an airtight test bench case is simple in construction and easy to operate, and the function that the transition body is adjustable in a height direction is achieved by the lift mechanism under the -3- transition body, which facilitates the connection.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0021] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely hereinafter in conjunction with the drawings in the 5 embodiments of the present application. Apparently, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, rather than all embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all of other embodiments, made by the person skilled in the art without any creative efforts, fall into the scope of the present application.
[0022] As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, a device of connecting an airtight test vehicle body and an 10 airtight test bench case according to this embodiment includes a transition body 2, a vehicle body connecting flange 3, a case connecting flange 1, an air discharging port connecting flange 4, an air charging port connecting flange 6, a support mechanism and a lift mechanism 8.
[0023] The transition body 2 is in a channel shape, and preferably a cylindrical channel shape in this embodiment. A middle plate 9 is arranged in the transition body 2 for separating an inner 15 space of the transition body 2 (that is, separating the inner space of the transition body 2 in a direction perpendicular to an axis of the transition body). A small sealing door 5 is arranged on the middle plate 9, and an air bag is arranged on an edge of the small sealing door 5. The air bag may enable a good sealing effect to be generated between the small sealing door 5 and the middle plate 9 through being charged. 20 [0024] The vehicle body connecting flange 3 is arranged at an end of the transition body 2.
The vehicle body connecting flange 3 has a shape corresponding to a shape of a respective tooling component on an end portion of an airtight test vehicle body (not shown in the drawings) for connecting the transition body 2 to the end portion of the airtight test vehicle body in a sealed manner. 25 [0025] The case connecting flange 1 is arranged at the other end of the transition body 2. The vehicle body connecting flange 1 may have a shape which is the same as a shape of the other end portion of the transition body 2, and is configured to connect the transition body 2 to a large door of an airtight test bench case (not shown in the drawings) in a sealed manner. -5- [0026] The air discharging port connecting flange 4 is arranged in the middle of the transition body 2 on a side, closer to the vehicle body connecting flange 3, of the middle plate 9 (that is, located on a side wall of the transition body 2 and at one part, which is closer to the vehicle body connecting flange 3, of the two parts separated by the middle plate), and is configured to 5 be connected to an air discharging port of an airtight test bench (not shown in the drawings) via a pipe line.
[0027] The air charging port connecting flange 6 is arranged in the middle of the transition body 2 on the side, closer to the vehicle body connecting flange 3, of the middle plate 9 (that is, located on a side wall of the transition body 2 and at one part, which is closer to the vehicle 10 body connecting flange 3, of the two parts separated by the middle plate), and is configured to be connected to an air charging port of the airtight test bench via another pipe line.
[0028] The support mechanism is arranged under the transition body 2. The support mechanism may be a support cart 7 which is configured to carry the transition body 2 (or the entire connection device) to a location where an airtight test is required to be performed. A lift 15 mechanism 8 is provided between the transition body 2 and the support cart 7. The lift mechanism 8 may include multiple hydraulic cylinders and is configured to adjust the height of the transition body 2, which facilitates a sealed connection of the vehicle body connecting flange 3 at the end of the transition body 2 to the end portion of the airtight test vehicle body.
[0029] Each of the vehicle body connecting flange 3, the case connecting flange 1, the air 20 discharging port connecting flange 4 and the air charging port connecting flange 6 is connected to a corresponding part of the airtight test bench in a sealed manner by a bolt.
[0030] Each of the vehicle body connecting flange 3, the case connecting flange 1, the air discharging port connecting flange 4 and the air charging port connecting flange 6 is connected to the transition body 2 by welding. 25 [0031] Several working states of the device of connecting the airtight test vehicle body and the airtight test bench case according to this embodiment are as follows.
[0032] In the case that only the airtight test vehicle body is to be loaded from the inside, the small sealing door 5 is closed, and the air bag on the small sealing door 5 is charged to prevent leakage. In this case, the airtight test vehicle body may be examined from the outside. -6- [0033] In the case that only the airtight test vehicle body is to be loaded from the outside, the small sealing door 5 may be opened, and the interior of the airtight test vehicle body may be accessed through the small sealing door 5. In this case, the airtight test vehicle body may be examined from the inside. 5 [0034] In the case that the airtight test vehicle body is to be loaded from the outside and the inside simultaneously, the small sealing door 5 needs to be closed, and the air bag on the small sealing door 5 is charged to provide a tight seal. In this case, the interior of the airtight test vehicle body cannot be accessed to be examined, and the airtight test vehicle body can only be observed through an airtight test bench monitor. 10 [0035] The device of connecting the airtight test vehicle body and the airtight test bench case according to the present application is able to connect the airtight test vehicle body and the airtight test bench when an airtight test is performed on the airtight test vehicle body by using the airtight test bench. With this device, the airtight test vehicle body can be loaded from the inside and the outside simultaneously, and the interior of the airtight test vehicle body is 15 accessible through the small sealing door 5 in the transition body 2 when the airtight test vehicle body is loaded only from the outside, thus the test piece in the airtight test vehicle body may be examined and the bearing condition of the test piece may be learned, thereby achieving the objects of the airtight test. In addition, the device of connecting an airtight test vehicle body to an airtight test bench case is simple in construction and easy to operate, and the transition 20 body 2 is adjustable in height by the lift mechanism under the transition body 2, which facilitates the connection and the mounting, significantly reduces working amount and labor intensity of the test, shortens the time for test preparation, and has a high safety, improving the efficiency and quality of the test.

    1. A device of connecting an airtight test vehicle body and an airtight test bench case, comprising: a transition body, wherein the transition body is in a channel-shape, a middle plate is provided in the transition body for separating an inner space of the transition body, and a small sealing door is arranged on the middle plate; a vehicle body connecting flange, wherein the vehicle body connecting flange is arranged at an end of the transition body for being connected to an end portion of the airtight test vehicle body; a case connecting flange, wherein the case connecting flange is arranged at the other end of the transition body for being connected to a large door of the airtight test bench case; an air discharging port connecting flange, wherein the air discharging port connecting flange is arranged in the middle of the transition body on a side, closer to the vehicle body connecting flange, of the middle plate for being connected to an air discharging port of an airtight test bench via a pipe line; and an air charging port connecting flange, wherein the air charging port connecting flange is arranged in the middle of the transition body on the side, closer to the vehicle body connecting flange, of the middle plate for being connected to an air charging port of the airtight test bench via another pipe line.
  2. 2. The device of connecting the airtight test vehicle body and the airtight test bench case according to claim 1, further comprising a support mechanism, wherein the support mechanism is arranged under the transition body.
  3. 3. The device of connecting the airtight test vehicle body and the airtight test bench case according to claim 2, wherein the support mechanism is a support cart.
  4. 4. The device of connecting the airtight test vehicle body and the airtight test bench case according to claim 3, wherein a lift mechanism is provided between the transition body and the support cart.
  5. 5. The device of connecting the airtight test vehicle body and the airtight test bench case according to claim 4, wherein the lift mechanism comprises a plurality of hydraulic cylinders.
  6. 6. The device of connecting the airtight test vehicle body and the airtight test bench case according to claim 1, wherein an air bag is provided on an edge of the small sealing door.
  7. 7. The device of connecting the airtight test vehicle body and the airtight test bench case according to claim 1, wherein each of the vehicle body connecting flange, the case connecting flange, the air discharging port connecting flange and the air charging port connecting flange is connected to a corresponding part of the airtight test bench in a sealed manner by a bolt.

The device of connecting the airtight test vehicle body and the airtight test bench case according to claim 1, wherein each of the vehicle body connecting flange, the case connecting flange, the air discharging port connecting flange and the air charging port connecting flange is connected to the transition body by welding.
  9. 9. The device of connecting the airtight test vehicle body and the airtight test bench case according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the transition body is in a cylindrical channel shape.
