Abstract
A system for published pictures by consumers (1) where by consumers (1) can register on the system (4)(5) and have a picture uploaded to the website (4)(5) and stored in a central database (3) of the sever (6) whereby it is then published onto the website (4)(5) that would display the picture to the suppliers (2). The consumer (1) can enter details of what they require along with the picture that is uploaded and have it submitted for publication (4)(5)(6).When a supplier (2) has registered interest in sales opportunities on the website (4)(5), they will get notifications via electronic means (6) to go into their profile of the website (4)(5) to look at the picture. Non Registered suppliers (2) can also go to the website (4)(5) to look at opportunities available to supply (2) product or services. The suppliers (2) can then go to the website (4)(5) respond to the picture and have direct communications with the consumer (1) via the website(4)(5). This communications are private and one to one with the consumer (1) and can be an offer to provide the product and/or service or to decline the ability to supply the product. Other consumers (1) can also make comments on the original consumer's (1) picture to help the process of finding a match or an alternative. >~ U) CYU) cza .. . . .. . . . . .. ..a. . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . .. .. ..). . . . .. . . . . . .. . . . . . .. .. . . . . . . . .. . .. . . . .. . . . .. . . . .. . . . .. . . . . Description
EDITORIAL NOTE 20142101024 There are five pages of description only TITLE OF INVENTION [0001] "A system and method to allow users to upload and/or display a picture containing a physical object of desire or a picture pinpointing an object of desire within it and/or a service they wish to acquire and have it displayed and catalogued in a visual service such as a computer browser and or a mobile phone whereby a supplier or builder can view and make decisions on whether they can supply the product and or a service back to the user." TECHNICAL FIELD [0002] This is in a field of technology and electronic services through the internet and mobile communications BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of Endeavour [0003] The present invention relates generally to the business of consumers purchasing and acquiring products and or services in lifestyle goods. Consumers can use this service to purchase goods by providing a picture to many suppliers and describing what they want within that picture. This allows consumers more confidence in searching for the right product from many suppliers that will have a visual description of what the consumer wants. It allows anonymity of the consumer and also opportunities for suppliers to sell their products and or services. [0004] Suppliers can participate by registering their interest in selling products and services through the system of which they are then presented with opportunities via consumer requests that are more accurate in description saving the supplier time and effort in responding to sales opportunities. [0005] The invention has been developed primarily to facilitate the dissemination of user generated electronic content, although the invention is not limited to use in this field State of Technology [0006] The consumer currently does all the work in searching for products that they try to describe in search engines and or familiar websites to acquire what they want or need. Current websites allow consumers to search for an item and allow them to buy directly from the supplier via their own website. Other services include auction sites and aggregated shopping sites which publishes items for sale or a service for sale. [0007] Databases of these websites and or mobile services store information about what products are available and also what services are available. Offers and discounts are also shown on websites to attract consumers. Often many websites also show pictures of interest to consumers to gain a response for them to buy products on the supplier's website or the aggregated website. SUMMARY OF INVENTION State of affairs [0008] The current online industry for lifestyle products and services consists of cataloguing, listing, shopping cart or auction based services to sell a product or services. What the consumer buys is reliant on their knowledge of the product and also certainty that the consumer wants that particular product or service. This would mean this is a consumer search based solution to confirm their certainty of what they want. The Invention [0009] The invention is a system that allows consumers to place a picture that they have taken via their own means or a picture that they have discovered somewhere else and have the picture published in order for them to acquire something within that picture. [0010] The system in this invention allows a consumer to setup their profile of their personal details, addresses and contact details so as to allow a matching of suppliers willing to service or sell a product to the consumer. This system also allows the consumer to upload or link to pictures in third party sites and make a comment on the picture and also mark out within the picture using an editor based control on the website, on what product they want within that picture. The consumer may also comment to say they request a supplier to provide a service to build what is in the picture for their own premises and use. [0011] The invention solves a problem whereby consumers may not be knowledgeable about a product or have the time to search but are able to identify the product within a picture. This allows more accuracy for the supplier to provide the product or provide a product similar and have it suggested back to the consumer.
SEQUENCE LISTING (1) FINDMEQ provides a website and or mobile application for consumers and suppliers of lifestyle products and services to enter their profile details. (2) The consumer enters their name, address and contact details into the system. The consumers can then start uploading or referencing to third party pictures and describing within the picture of what they want. They can use the tools within the website and or mobile site to pinpoint what they want within that picture. (3) The supplier enters their details of company, logo, individuals, address and contact details into the system. They also enter in their preferences of what they can supply to the public and to consumers of the system. (4) The system then computes and matches details of what the consumer wants through identification within the system and sends out notifications to the relevant suppliers that have registered their interest in supplying the product or service. (5) The supplier can then go to the website and optionally login if they are registered, and respond to the consumer if they wish to supply the product or gain more clarity about the requested item within the picture that is being referred. (6) The communications of the supplier and the consumer is conducted through the system to maintain anonymity of both parties. This is through a messaging platform that is offered to the two parties about the product that they are interested. (7) Once the parties have agreed on a transaction for a product or services, each party confirms that they are transacting for the purpose of fulfilling the need.
(8) The system will then generate an invoice of a fixed fee that will then be charged to the supplier for providing the opportunity to provide the product. (9) Consumers and suppliers then give feedback on each other providing the service and it is then published as a review for other consumers to view.
