Abstract

Abstract: The present invention relates to an vehicle seat slide rail unit with a block mechanism. The vehicle seat slide rail unit comprises a slide body and an unlocking mechanism, wherein the slide body comprises an upper rail, a lower rail, steel balls and a snap-gauge device; the unlocking mechanism is connected with the slide body; characterized in that: the unlocking mechanism comprises interchangeable built-in unlocking mechanism and external unlocking mechanism; the built-in unlocking mechanism is located on the upper rail and connected thereto; the external unlocking mechanism is connected with the slide body after the built-in unlocking mechanism is removed; the upper rail has hole I and hole II; the built-in unlocking mechanism is mounted in the hole I; and after the built-in unlocking mechanism is removed, the external unlocking mechanism is mounted in the hole I and hole II. The vehicle seat slide rail unit provided by the invention has reasonable structure design and relatively strong universality; the locking and unlocking mechanisms can be interchanged between a built-in manner and an external manner; the needs of different vehicle types can be met only by use of one set of rail; and meanwhile, the vehicle seat slide rail unit has good using effect, stable performance, high strength and long service life.

Vehicle seat slide rail unit with a block mechanism Field of Technology [0001] The present invention relates to a seat rail , in particular a vehicle seat rail component with a block mechanism, which is applicable to manual adjustment of vehicle seat to slide front and back, and belongs to one part of the car seat components. Background of the invention [0002] In prior art, there are different types of car seat slide for different needs and are divided into C type, T type, M type rails and so on based on sections; according to unlocking method, there are external unilateral, external bilateral ,bilateral internal and other ways to unlock. But their common drawback is: When there is a different need we can only replace the entire slide platform that is to replace the entire slide rail, if you want to change the built-in structure into the external structure, or on the contrary, change the external structure into the built-in structure, the only way is to change the total slide, its versatility is poor. [0003] Chinese Patent No. 2007100248007 discloses an invention named "slide rail for car seat " , which has a better locking effect , high safety; meanwhile avoiding the short-term failure of the first ball upon force. But it still does not solve the generality of unlocking structure , and can only apply to one of the built-in unlocking mechanisms. [0004] Chinese Patent No.2011201158090 discloses a utility model named "car seat rails" , the technical solution is to solve such problems as the small interior space of the car and 1 the heaviness of the whole vehicle . Still, it has not solved the generality of unlocking structure, it can only apply to one of the external unlocking mechanisms. [0005] The applicant perse has also filed some Chinese patent applications , but has not been able to solve the generality of unlocking structure yet. Brief description of the invention [0006] The technical problem to be solved is to overcome the defects existing in the prior art, so we provide a vehicle seat slide rail component with locking mechanism, which is reasonable in structure and applicable to built-in and external locking mechanisms. Thus the present invention allows the external unlocking mechanism to be realized in best mode, which has the function of unlock and return, and also plays a limit role in return time . A vehicle seat slide rail unit with a block mechanism, comprises a slide body and an unlocking mechanism, the slide body includes an upper rail, a lower rail, steel balls and a snap-gauge device, said unlocking mechanism is connected with the slide body, characterized in that:said unlocking mechanism comprises interchangeable built-in unlocking mechanism and external unlocking mechanism; said built-in unlocking mechanism located on the upper rail and connected thereto, said external unlocking mechanism connected to the slide body after disassembling the built-in unlocking mechanism; a snap-gauge device is mounted on one end of said built-in unlocking mechanism , a same snap-gauge device is mounted on one end of said external unlocking mechanism after disassembling the built-in unlocking mechanism; said upper rail has hole I and hole II, the built-in unlocking mechanism installed in hole I, the external unlocking mechanism installed in hole I and hole II after removing the built-in unlocking mechanism; said steel balls are at least a set of big steel balls and a set of small steel balls, said big balls and small balls arranged in pairs between the upper rail and the lower rail; a set of symmetrical snap gauge slots are set on said upper rail, said snap gauge slots opened in the inner corners of the middle upper rail, and on the left and right sides locate within the rolling surfaces of the two outer large steel balls of the upper rail.

Said vehicle seat slide rail unit with a block mechanism according to claim 1, wherein: said small steel balls lies between the top outer side of the upper rail and the upper circular are corner of the lower rail, the big steel balls locate on the bottom circular are corner of the lower rail, and said small steel balls contact the upper rail by are, the big steel ball contact the upper rail through the slope.
