Description An Improved Structure For A Casting Mold Riser Technical Filed The invention relates to a casting mold riser structure. Background of the Invention As shown in Figure 1, a riser is a complement above the casting or on the side surface of the casting for preventing the casting from defects, the cavity of the riser is a container for storing liquid metal, which is multifunctional and has a basic structure of V-shape with a larger upper opening and smaller lower opening. When the casting is painted, unavoidably the lower opening 01 of the riser is painted for many times, the paints stack and form thin joint flashes o2; the paint has a low strength after burning and roasts by molten steel when the molten steel is poured into the sand mold easily or follows into the cavity easily in the casting box assembling process, and sand inclusion of the casting is formed. The present processing method is to scrape off the paint in the lower opening with scrappers by operating workers, therefore the workload is heavy, the shape after being scrapped is irregular and the dense fireproof layer is destroyed. Summary of the Invention The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a casting riser, when the casting is painted, and the paint will not stack in the lower opening of the riser, therefore the invention removes the work of scrapping off the paint joint flashes, and is beneficial for enhancing the work efficiency and the quality of the casting. In order to solve above-mentioned technical problems, the invention adopts a technical proposal as follows: an improved structure for a casting mold riser, comprising a riser body, wherein: the lower part of said riser body is design to be a straight channel. Preferably, the upper part of said riser body is a conical channel connected with the straight channel. Preferably, the joint part between the conical channel and the straight channel is a circular arc transition. Preferably, the length of said straight channel is 5 - 10mm. Preferably, the section of said straight channel is round or oval. Advantages of the invention comprise: as the lower part of the riser body is designed to be a straight channel, therefore the invention effectively avoids stacking of the paint and joint flashes, removes the work of scrapping off the paint joint flashes, also removes the mix defects caused by scrapping off the joint flashes and enhances the quality of the casting. Brief Description of the Drawings The invention is further described as follows with combination of attached figures: Figure 1 is a structure schematic diagram of the existing riser; Figure 2 is a structure schematic diagram of the invention. Detailed Description of the Invention Referring to Figure 2, an improved structure for a casting mold riser comprises a riser body 1, the lower part of said riser body 1 is design to be a straight channel 11; the upper part of said riser body 1 is a conical channel 12 connected with the straight channel 11; the joint part between the conical channel 12 and the straight channel 11 is a circular arc transition; the length of said straight channel 11 is 5 - 10mm, and the section of said straight channel 11 is round or oval. As the lower part of the riser body 1 is designed to be a straight channel 11, therefore the invention effectively avoids stacking of the paint and joint flashes, removes the work of scrapping off the paint joint flashes, also removes the mix defects caused by scrapping off the joint flashes and enhances the quality of the casting.

1. An improved structure for a casting mold riser, comprising a riser body (1), wherein: the lower part of said riser body (1) is design to be a straight channel (11).
2. The improved structure for a casting mold riser according to claim 1, wherein: the upper part of said riser body (1) is a conical channel (12) connected with the straight channel (11).
3. The improved structure for a casting mold riser according to claim 2, wherein: the joint part between the conical channel (12) and the straight channel (11) is a circular arc transition.
4. The improved structure for a casting mold riser according to claim 1 or 2 or 3, wherein: the length of said straight channel (11) is 5 - 10mm.
