Abstract
A worm polisher comprises an upright drawing plate (4) besides circumference of a polishing rag wheel (3), a movable clamper and a fixed clamper which are coaxially disposed on the upright drawing plate. A rotary platform (13) is disposed below the guide block (12) of the upright drawing plate, and a second cylinder (14) disposed on the rotary platform drives the guide block to make the upright drawing plate slide on guide rails. The rotary platform is pivotally connected to the support frame (15), the lower part of the support frame is slideably connected to a longitudinal slide-rail (16) on a pedestal (22), and a third cylinder (19) is disposed on the pedestal. The worm polisher of the invention has a low cost, and provides good quality of worm.
Description
Description WORM POLISHER TECHNICAL FILED The invention relates to a worm polisher, belonging to the technical field of worm processing equipment. BACKGROUND ART Worm is a main part of a worm reduction gearbox, and in order to improve the transmission efficiency of a gear reduction motor, the surface roughness of the worm must be improved. Present worm grinding process needs relative high cost to obtain very high surface roughness. The worm polishing method has good economy and low cost, but there is no special equipment for worm polishing in the prior art, and manual work is generally adopted in polishing process, so the labor intensity is high, and it is difficult to achieve the quality conformity by artificial control of quality. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to provide a worm polisher having relative low cost and capable of easily insuring processing quality conformity of worm workpieces and solve the problems of high labor intensity, difficult control of worm quality conformity and the like existing in the prior art adopting manual operation to polish worms. The above technical object of the invention is achieved through the following technical solution: the worm polisher comprises a stand, a rag wheel drive motor is disposed on said stand, a polishing rag wheel is arranged on the output shaft of said rag wheel drive motor, an upright drawing plate is disposed besides the circumference of the polishing rag wheel, a first cylinder and a clamper drive motor are mounted on the upright drawing plate at intervals, the piston rod of the first cylinder is connected with a movable camper, a fixed clamper is provided on the output shaft of said camper drive motor, and the movable camper and the fixed camper are oppositely and coaxially disposed; a guide block is fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the upright drawing plate, a rotary platform is disposed below the guide block, guide rails are mounted on the rotary platform in the direction parallel to the axis of the movable camper and the fixed camper, the upright drawing plate is slidably connected with the guide rails through the guide block, a second cylinder is mounted on the rotary platform, the piston rod of the second cylinder is connected with the guide block, and the second cylinder drives the guide block to make the upright drawing plate slide along the guide rails; said rotary platform is pivotally connected to a support frame, the rotary platform and the support frame can be locked to each other, and the inclination angle of the axis of the movable camper and the fixed camper can be changed with the rotation of the rotary platform; a longitudinal slide-rail is arranged below the support frame and extends in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the rag wheel, the support frame is slidably connected with the longitudinal slide-rail, a first transmission nut is disposed on the support frame, said first transmission nut is in threaded fit with a longitudinal screw rod, one end of said longitudinal screw rod is connected with the piston rod of a third cylinder, the third cylinder can drive the longitudinal screw rod to move axially, and the axial movement of the longitudinal screw rod drives the support frame to slide along the longitudinal slide-rail; both said longitudinal slide-rail and the third cylinder are mounted on a pedestal, the stand is provided with a transverse slide-rail corresponding to the underneath of the pedestal, said transverse slide-rail extends in the direction parallel to the axis of the polishing rag wheel, the pedestal is slidably connected with the transverse slide-rail, a second transmission nut is fixedly mounted on the pedestal , the output shaft of an axial feed motor mounted on the stand is connected with a transverse screw rod which is in threaded connection with the second transmission nut on the pedestal, the axial feed motor drives the transverse screw rod to rotate, and the transverse screw rod is in threaded fit with the second transmission nut to cause the pedestal to move along the transverse slide-rail. In operation, the inclination of the upright drawing plate is firstly set by adjusting the relative position between the rotary platform and the support frame according to the helix angle of a worm workpiece to be processed, the relative axial position between the fixed clamper and the movable clamper is adjusted till said two campers are able to load and unload the worm workpiece and should not be too long. In the initial state, the first cylinder drives the movable camper to leave the fixed camper so as to make the distance between the fixed camper and the movable clamper larger than the axial length of the worm workpiece to be processed; the second cylinder drives the upright drawing plate to slide along the guide rails on the rotary platform, so that the clamping position of the worm workpiece axially leaves the polishing rag wheel, and the third cylinder drives the support frame to slide along the longitudinal slide-rail, so that the upright drawing plate drives the clamping position of the worm workpiece to radially leave the polishing rag wheel; in clamping, one end of the worm workpiece to be processed is aligned to the fixed camper, the first cylinder is started up to drive the movable camper to fit with a clamper hole on the other end of the worm workpiece to be processed, so that the worm workpiece to be processed is clamped between the movable camper and the fixed camper; then the rag wheel drive motor is started up to drive the polishing rag wheel to rotate, the clamper drive motor drives the worm workpiece to be processed to rotate, the second cylinder drives the upright drawing plate to slide along the guide rails on the rotary platform and causes the worm workpiece to be processed axially closes to the circumference of the polishing rag wheel, the third cylinder further drives the support frame to slide along the longitudinal guide rail and causes the worm workpiece to be processed to contact with the circumference of the polishing rag wheel, and the axial feed motor drives the pedestal through the cooperation between the transverse screw rod and the second transmission nut on the pedestal to make the worm axially move, so that the worm is polished by the polishing rag wheel from one end to the other end; and the polishing operation to the worm is completed by repeating the above operation according to requirement of surface roughness level of the worm. When a worm workpiece processing is finished, the worm workpiece is unloaded in recovered initial state, then a new worm workpiece to be processed is loaded, and the above operation is repeated. Preferably, a drive shaft bushing is sleeved on the other end of said longitudinal screw rod, the longitudinal screw rod and the drive shaft bushing are in transmission connection through a key in the circumference direction, the longitudinal screw rod and the drive shaft bushing can move axially to each other, said drive shaft busing is connected with a handwheel by which the drive shaft bushing can be driven to rotate. Wherein, when the third cylinder drives the longitudinal screw rod to move axially, an axial relative movement occurs between the longitudinal screw rod and the drive shaft bushing; if the drive shaft bushing is rotated by the handwheel, the drive shaft bushing is fitted to the longitudinal screw rod through a key to cause rotation of the longitudinal screw rod, the longitudinal screw rod simultaneously drives the piston rod of the third cylinder to rotate together, and the longitudinal screw rod is able to adjust the position between the upright drawing plate and the polishing rag wheel through being cooperated with the first transmission nut mounted on the support frame to compensate difference caused by decreased diameter of the polishing rag wheel because of abrasion and meets requirements of depths of spiral grooves of different worm workpieces.

Preferably, said movable clamper is connected with the piston rod of the first cylinder by a connecting plate having two guide holes, said two guide holes are respectively slidably connected with two fixed guide posts distributed on both sides of the first cylinder, wherein the movable camper is connected with the piston rod of the first cylinder by a connecting plate, and the connecting plate is slidably connected with the two fixed guide posts through the two guide holes, which improves the guiding performance of the movable camper, prevents the difference of the movable clamper and thus ensure the aligning cooperation between the movable camper and the camper hole of the worm workpiece. Preferably, the guide rails on the rotary platform consists of two parallel rails, said two guide rails are respectively distributed on both sides of the piston rod of the second cylinder, wherein the upright drawing plate is slidably connected with the rotary platform through the two guide rails distributed on both sides of the piston rod of the second cylinder, which improves the guidance between the upright drawing plate and the rotary platform and ensures movement of the upright drawing plate polishing effect of the polishing rag wheel to the worm workpiece. Preferably, said fixed clamper is mounted on the output shaft of the clamper drive motor via a three-jaw chuck, wherein said fixed clamper being assembled with the output shaft of the drive motor via the three-jaw chuck facilitates the adjustment of axial distance between the fixed camper and the movable camper, thereby meeting polishing requirements of worm workpieces with different lengths. Therefore, the worm polisher of the invention has low cost, can easily ensure the processing quality conformity of worms and the like. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figure 1 is a front view of the structure of the invention; Figure 2 is a top view of the structure of the invention; and Figure 3 is a top view of the structure under the support frame of the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT The technical solution of the invention is further described by combining the following embodiment and the drawings. Embodiment 1: referring to figure 1, figure 2 and figure 3, a rag wheel drive motor 2 is disposed on a stand 1, a polishing rag wheel 3 is arranged on the output shaft of the rag wheel drive motor 1, an upright drawing plate 4 is positioned besides the circumference of the polishing rag wheel 3, a first cylinder 5 and a clamper drive motor 6 are disposed on the upright drawing plate 4 at intervals, the piston rod of the first cylinder 5 is connected with a movable camper 7, the movable clamper 7 and the piston rod of the first cylinder 5 are connected by a connecting plate 8, the connecting plate is provided with two guide holes, and the two guide holes are respectively slidably connected with two fixed guide posts 9 distributed on both sides of the first cylinder 5. A fixed clamper 10 is disposed on the output shaft of the camper drive motor 6, the fixed camper 10 is mounted on the output shaft of the camper drive motor 6 through a three-jaw chuck 11, and the movable clamper 7 and the fixed camper 10 are arranged coaxially and oppositely. A guide block 12 is fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the upright drawing plate 4, a rotary platform 13 is arranged below the guide block 12, guide rails (not shown) extending in the direction parallel to the axis of the movable camper 7 and the fixed camper 10 are disposed on the rotary platform 13, the guide rails consists of two parallel rails, the upright drawing plate 4 is slidably connected with the guide rails through the guide block 12, a second cylinder 14 is mounted on the rotary platform 13, the two guide rails are distributed at both sides of the piston rod of the second cylinder 14, the piston rod of the second cylinder 14 is connected with the guide block 12, and the second cylinder 14 drives the guide block 12 to cause the upright drawing plate 4 to move along the two guide rails. The rotary platform 13 is pivotally connected to the support frame 15, the rotary platform 13 and the support frame 15 can be locked to each other, and the inclination angle of the axis of the movable clamper 7 and the fixed camper 10 can be changed with the rotation of the rotary platform 13; a longitudinal slide-rail 16 (refer to figure 3) is arranged below the support frame 15, the longitudinal slide-rail 16 extends along the direction perpendicular to the axis of the polishing rag wheel 3, the support frame 15 is slidably connected with the longitudinal slide-rail 16, a first transmission nut 17 is disposed on the support frame 15, the first transmission nut 17 is in threaded fit with a longitudinal screw rod 18, one end of the longitudinal screw rod 18 is connected with the piston rod of a third cylinder 19, a drive shaft bushing 20 is sleeved on the other end of the longitudinal screw rod 18, the longitudinal screw rod 18 is connected with the drive shaft busing 20 via a key in the circumference direction, the third cylinder 19 can drive the longitudinal screw rod 18 to axially move relative to the drive shaft bushing 20, the axial movement of the longitudinal the drive shaft bushing 20 is connected with a handwheel 21 by which the drive shaft bushing 20 can be driven to rotate, and when the third cylinder 19 drives the longitudinal screw rod 18 to axially move, an axial relative movement occurs between the longitudinal screw rod 18 and the drive shaft bushing 20; while when the dive shaft bushing 20 is driven to rotate by the handwheel, the drive shaft bushing 20 is cooperated with the longitudinal screw rod 18 through a key to drive the longitudinal screw rod 18 to rotate, the longitudinal screw rod 18 simultaneously drives the piston rod of the third cylinder 19 to rotate together, the longitudinal screw rod 18 is able to adjust the position between the upright drawing plate 4 and the polishing rag wheel 3 through being cooperated with the first transmission nut 17 mounted on the support frame 15 to compensate difference caused by decreased diameter of the polishing rag wheel 3 because of abrasion and meet requirements of depths of spiral grooves of different worm workpieces. Both the longitudinal slide-rail 16 and the third cylinder 19 are mounted on the pedestal 22, two parallel transverse slide-rails 23 are mounted on the stand 1 corresponding to the underneath of the pedestal 22, the transverse slide-rails 23 extend along the direction parallel to the axis of the polishing rag wheel 3, the pedestal 22 is slidably connected with the transverse slide-rails 23, a second transmission nut 24 is fixedly mounted on the pedestal 22, the output shaft of an axial feed motor 25 disposed on the stand 1 is connected with a transverse screw rod 26 which is in threaded connection with the second transmission nut 24 on the pedestal 22, the axial feed motor 25 drives the transverse screw rod 26 to rotate, and the transverse screw rod 26 is in threaded fit with the second screw rod 24 to cause the pedestal 22 to slide along the transverse slide-rails 23. In operation, the inclination of the upright drawing plate is firstly set by adjusting the relative position between the rotary platform and the support frame position between the fixed clamper and the movable clamper is adjusted till said two campers are able to load and unload the worm workpiece and should not be too long. In the initial state, the first cylinder drives the movable camper to leave the fixed camper so as to make the distance between the fixed clamper and the movable camper larger than the axial length of the worm workpiece to be processed; the second cylinder drives the upright drawing plate to slide along the guide rails on the rotary platform, so that the clamping position of the worm workpiece axially leaves the polishing rag wheel, and the third cylinder drives the support frame to slide along the longitudinal slide-rail, so that the upright drawing plate drives the clamping position of the worm workpiece to radially leave the polishing rag wheel; as shown in figure 1 and figure 2, in clamping, one end of the worm workpiece 27 to be processed is aligned to the fixed camper, the first cylinder is started up to drive the movable camper to fit with a clamper hole on the other end of the worm workpiece to be processed, so that the worm workpiece to be processed is clamped between the movable camper and the fixed camper; then the rag wheel drive motor is started up to drive the polishing rag wheel to rotate, the clamper drive motor drives the worm workpiece to be processed to rotate, the second cylinder drives the upright drawing plate to slide along the guide rails on the rotary platform and causes the worm workpiece to be processed axially closes to the circumference of the polishing rag wheel, the third cylinder further drives the support frame to slide along the longitudinal guide rail and causes the worm workpiece to be processed to contact with the circumference of the polishing rag wheel, and the axial feed motor drives the pedestal through the cooperation between the transverse screw rod and the second transmission nut on the pedestal to make the worm axially move, so that the worm is polished by the polishing rag wheel from one end to the other end; and the polishing operation to the worm is completed by repeating the above operation according to requirement of surface roughness level of the worm. When a worm workpiece processing is finished, the worm workpiece is unloaded in recovered initial state, then a new worm workpiece to be processed is loaded, and the above operation is repeated.
Claims (6)
1. A worm polisher comprising a stand, characterized in that a rag wheel drive motor is disposed on said stand, a polishing rag wheel is arranged on the output shaft of said rag wheel drive motor, an upright drawing plate is disposed besides the circumference of the polishing rag wheel, a first cylinder and a clamper drive motor are mounted on the upright drawing plate at intervals, the piston rod of the first cylinder is connected with a movable camper, a fixed clamper is provided on the output shaft of said camper drive motor, and the movable camper and the fixed clamper are oppositely and coaxially disposed; a guide block is fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the upright drawing plate, a rotary platform is disposed below the guide block, guide rails are mounted on the rotary platform in the direction parallel to the axis of the movable camper and the fixed camper, the upright drawing plate is slidably connected with the guide rails through the guide block, a second cylinder is mounted on the rotary platform, the piston rod of the second cylinder is connected with the guide block, and the second cylinder drives the guide block to make the upright drawing plate slide along the guide rails; Said rotary platform is pivotally connected to a support frame, the rotary platform and the support frame can be locked to each other, and the inclination angle of the axis of the movable camper and the fixed camper can be changed with the rotation of the rotary platform; a longitudinal slide-rail is arranged below the support frame and extends in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the rag wheel, the support frame is slidably connected with the longitudinal slide-rail, a first transmission nut is disposed on the support frame, said first transmission nut is in threaded fit with a longitudinal screw rod, one end of said longitudinal screw rod is connected with the piston rod of a third cylinder, the third cylinder can drive the longitudinal screw rod support frame to slide along the longitudinal slide-rail; both said longitudinal slide-rail and the third cylinder are mounted on a pedestal, the stand is provided with a transverse slide-rail corresponding to the underneath of the pedestal, said transverse slide-rail extends in the direction parallel to the axis of the polishing rag wheel, the pedestal is slidably connected with the transverse slide-rail, a second transmission nut is fixedly mounted on the pedestal , the output shaft of an axial feed motor mounted on the stand is connected with a transverse screw rod which is in threaded connection with the second transmission nut on the pedestal, the axial feed motor drives the transverse screw rod to rotate, and the transverse screw rod is in threaded fit with the second transmission nut to cause the pedestal to move along the transverse slide-rail.

The worm polisher according to claim 1, characterized in that a drive shaft bushing is sleeved on the other end of said longitudinal screw rod, the longitudinal screw rod and the drive shaft bushing are in transmission connection through a key in the circumference direction, the longitudinal screw rod and the drive shaft bushing can move axially to each other, and said drive shaft busing is connected with a handwheel by which the drive shaft bushing can be driven to rotate.

The worm polisher according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that said stand is internally provided with a protective cover, a door that can be opened for facilitating an operator to operate is arranged on said protective cover corresponding to the upright drawing plate, the protective cover is provided with a dedusting ventilation mechanism, and the exhaust inlet of the dedusting ventilation mechanism is arranged nearby the polishing rag wheel.
4. The worm polisher according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that said movable camper is connected with the piston rod of the first cylinder by a connecting plate having two guide holes, said two guide holes are respectively cylinder.
5. The worm polisher according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the guide rails on the rotary platform consists of two parallel rails, said two parallel rails are respectively distributed on both sides of the piston rod of the second cylinder.
6. The worm polisher according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that said fixed clamper is mounted on the output shaft of the camper drive motor via a three-jaw chuck.
