Description

VERIFICATION OF TRANSLATION I, LI Nan state that the attached document is a true and complete translation of PCT/CN2005/000721 to the best of my knowledge and belief. November 10, 2006 Wrapper Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a rolling machine, and particularly relates to a wrapper. Background of the Invention At the beginning of rolling, sometimes it is necessary for a rolling machine to press a piece to be wrapped fixedly on a cylinder. For example, when a metal band rolled by a rolling mill is wrapped by a coiling machine, generally an end of the metal band is first fixed on the roller manually, and at that time it is necessary to open a recess on the roller for embedding the end of the metal band. However, it is very difficult to process the recess for embedding the metal band. Said manual mode is not only time-wasting, arduous, increasing processing cost for low labor efficiency, bus also easily causing security accident during the operation. Therefore a wrapper appears in the rolling machine. However the body of usual rolling machine is very huge and needs to be equipped with expansion cylinder, tongue cylinder and travel cylinder etc. The cost is very high, the operation is very difficult, and malfunction easily appears. Summary of the Invention A purpose of the present invention is to provide a wrapper with simple structure, low cost and convenient operation. The purpose of the present invention is achieved by a wrapper comprising a shaft, a swing arm installed at said shaft and swung around said shaft as a turning center, a recess set on one side of a free end of said swing arm, at least two supporting rollers provided at both sides of a end of said recess, another shaft provided on the outer side of said supporting roller under said recess, a buckling arm with one end rotationally connected with said another shaft and the other end provided with a third roller, and an annular belt circling around said three rollers. Said swing arm is fixedly connected with said shaft and swung with said shaft's turning. Said swing arm is pin-connected with said shaft and the swing arm is swung by driving a drive device. A slideway is set lengthways along said swing arm, the supporting roller on the upside of the recess is set gliding in said slideway by the traction of an end of a cord, the other end of which is connected with a rotor set on said shaft. A slideway is set lengthways along said swing arm, the supporting roller on the upside of the recess is set gliding in said slideway by the traction of an liquid control device. Another supporting roller is fixedly set on the end, facing to the recess, of said slideway; said annular belt circles around said four rollers. At least one more supporting roller can be set along the recess between the two inside supporting rollers, said annular belt circles around said all supporting rollers. The inner surface of said buckling arm is an arc surface. Said arc surface is a round arc surface. Said recess is a round arc recess. The wrapper of the present invention makes the belt coat and press over a winding drum and a metal band by rotating the swing arm, so as to wind the metal band around the winding drum when the winding drum is circumgyrating. So the wrapper of the present invention is 2 simple in construction, easy to use and cheap. Brief Description of the Drawings FIG. 1A is a structural sketch map of the present invention in working state; FIG.1B is a side view sketch map of the FIG.1; TIG. 2 is a structural sketch map of the present invention in unworking state; FIG.3 is a sketch map of the structure of the present invention set slideway and cord in working state; FIG.4 is a sketch map of the structure of the present invention set slideway and cord in unworking state; FIG.5 is a sketch map of the structure of the present invention set with slideway and hydraulic cylinder in unworking state; FIG.6 is a sketch map of another structure of the present invention in working state; FIG.7 is a sketch map of one more structure of the present invention in working state. Detailed Description of the Preferred Exampled-embodiments Examp-ed-eEmbodiment 1 As shown in FIG.1A, FIG.1B and FIG.2, a wrapper comprises a shaft 2, a swing arm 1 installed at the shaft 2 and swung around the shaft 2 as a turning center, a recess 8 set on one side of the free end of the swing arm 1, at least two supporting rollers 3 and 4 provided at both sides of the end of the recess 8, another shaft 12 provided on the outer side of the supporting roller 4 under the recess 8, a buckling arm 13 with one end rotationally connected with said shaft 3 -12 and the other end provided with a third roller 6, and an annular belt 7 circling around said three supporting rollers. As shown in the drawings, when a winding drum 9 of the coiling machine coils a metal band 91, the wrapper can be moved to the front of the winding drum 9 of the coiling machine and the swing arm 1 is swung around the shaft 2 as a center. When the winding drum 9 enters the recess 8 of the swing arm 1 and presses over the belt 7, the belt 7 becomes tightened from looseness. Because the belt 7 circles around the three supporting rollers 3, 4 and 6, the buckling arm 13 buckles gradually and coats the winding drum 9 of the coiling machine by the drive of the gradually tightened belt 7 until the belt 7 coats entirely and press over the winding drum 9 and the metal band 91. At the time, since the winding drum 9 presses over the belt 7, the belt 7 is tightened and coats the winding drum 9. The belt 7 tight presses over the metal band 91 so that the coiling machine turns around the metal band 91. When the meal band 91 is wrapped around one or two loops, the wrapper can be moved away so that the coiling machine can process normal coiling operations. Concluded from said structure and operation principle, the wrapper of the present invention makes the belt 7 coat and press over a winding drum 9 and a metal band 91 by rotating the swing arm 1, so as to wind the metal band 91 around the winding drum 9 when the winding drum 9 is circumgyrating. So the wrapper of the present invention is simple in construction, easy to use and cheap. In an embodiment of the present invention, said swing arm 1 can be fixedly connected with the shaft 2 and swung with the shaft 2's 4 turning. As another implemental means of the present embodiment, said swing arm 1 also can be pin-connected with said shaft 2 and swung under the drive of a drive device (not shown in the drawings). In the present embodiment, the buckling arm 13 has an effect of increasing the coating angle of the belt 7 coating the winding drum 9 and the metal band 91 to enhance coiling efficiency. Without the buckling arm 13, the coating angle of the belt 7 coating winding drum 9 would not be enough, and under the effect of the belt's tight press, the metal band 91 may be wrapped out from the downside of the winding drum 9 after passing the winding drum 9 and can not be wrapped around the winding drum 9 successfully. While the belt 7 is pressed tight, the belt 7 brings the buckling arm 13 to circle around the shaf t 12 to the winding drum 9 and coat the winding drum 9 to increase the coating angle, so that the metal band can be wrapped into the winding drum 9 successfully. As shown in the drawings, when the wrapper needs to be moved away from the winding drum 9, it is only necessary to make the swing arm 1 reversely swung, the buckling arm 13 reversely swung around the draft 12, the buckling arm 13 opened from the winding drum 9 and the swing arm 1 moved away from the winding drum 9. In the present embodiment, the inner surface of said buckling arm is an arc surface and further said arc surface is an round arc surface. As shown in the drawings, said recess 8 is set to avoid intervening with the principal axis (not shown in the drawings) of the winding 5 drum 9, and is sized according to the practical situation. The recess 8 can be made smaller; as shown in FIG.lA and FIG.1B, the recess 8 also can be made larger and round arc so that the winding drum 9 can be positioned in said recess. Exampled--embodiment 2 The structure and the principle of the present embodiment are basically the same as that of the embodiment 1. The difference is as shown in FIG.3 and FIG.4. A slideway 11 is set lengthways along said swing arm 1, the supporting roller 3 on the upper side of the recess 8 is set gliding in said slideway 11 by the traction of an end of a cord 111, the other end of which is connected with a rotor set in the shaft 2. In said embodiment, since the three rollers 3, 4 and 6 are each fixed on the draft 1 and the buckling arm 13, the belt 7 circling around which needs to coat and press over the winding drum 9 in operating time, so that the belt 7 circling around the three rollers 3, 4 and 6 is loose and drooping in non-operating time (e.g. usual state). At the time, the belt 7 may baffle and disturb the operation of other parts. Therefore, to avoid such hindrance, the present embodiment is improved on the basis of the embodiment 1. As shown in FIG.4, when the wrapper is in unworking state, the roller 3 can be moved upwards along with the slideway 11 by using the cord 111 and the loose belt 7 is tightened. When the wrapper is working, the cord 111 is loosened so that the belt 7 coats the winding drum 9. At the same time, the roller 3 moves downwards along the slideway 11 so that the belt coats and presses over the winding drum 9 and the metal band 91 finally. The cord ill is connected with a rotor 6 set on the draft 2 and can control the movement of the supporting roller 3 by controlling the turning of the rotor. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG.4, when the wrapper needs to be moved away from the winding drum 9, with the cord 111 the roller 3 is hauled along the slideway 11 to move up the belt 7. At the same of the belt 7 is moving up, the tightened belt 7 drives the buckling arm 13 reversely turning around the draft 12, the buckling arm is opened from the winding drum 9, and the swing arm 1 reversely turns around the draft 2 and moves away from the winding drum 9. As shown in FIG.5, as another implemental means of the present embodiment, the supporting roller on the upper side of the recess is set gliding in said slideway by the traction of a liquid control device. The liquid control device may be a hydraulic pressure cylinder 112 positioned in the slideway 11. Further, as shown in FIG.6,in the present embodiment, in order to increase the coating angle of the belt 7 coating the winding drum 9 (namely increasing the contact arc), another roller 5 is fixedly set on the end, facing to the recess, of the slideway 11; said annular belt circles around said four rollers 3, 4, 5 and 6. Examp-ed-embodiment 3 The structure and the principle of the present embodiment are basically the same as that of the embodiment 2. The difference is as shown in FIG.7. At least one other supporting roller 10 can be set along the recess 8 between the two inside supporting rollers 3 and 4, said annular belt 7 circles around all said rollers 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10. 7 Because in each aforesaid embodiment, after the belt 7 coats the winding drum 9 and the metal band 91, under the effect of the turning of the winding drum 9 of the coiling machine and the belt's coating, at the time of the metal band 91 is wrapped around the winding drum 9, the belt 7 is moving. However, as shown in FIG.6, during moving the belt 7 achieves a state of two layer contact. When the belt 7 is moving along the roller, the moving direction of the belt of two layer contact is reversed. Thus relatively gliding friction is generated between the two layers of the belt so as to impact badly on the use lifetime of the belt 7. To avoid the gliding friction of the belt, a roller 10 can be set along the recess 8 between the two inside rollers 3 and 4. Based on the practical situation many rollers 10' and 10'' etc may also be positioned so as to form a clearance between the two layers of the belt and avoid the friction of the belt 7. 8
