Abstract

The inventive heel comprises an outsole (10) with retaining pins that have an enlarged head. Bushes (20) are placed on the retaining pins in a manner that enable said bushes to longitudinally move. The heel also comprises a heel body (1) that has pocket holes (2) at the locations corresponding to the guide pins. Said bushes (20) are inserted into the pocket holes (2). A resilient layer (13) between the outsole (10) and the heel body (1) provides the desired resilient properties of the shoe heel.
