Abstract
The invention relates to a transformer (17) for wind energy plants (1) and wind energy plants provided therewith, comprising a wind rotor and a generator (8). The transformer (17) is embodied as a power and signal transformer (20) in the form of a rotating and fixed transformer with an inductive non-contact power transformer (20). The power transformer (20) and the signal transformer (18, 19, 19') are arranged co-axially in a housing (21), whereby the signal transformer (18, 19, 19') which preferably operates optically or capacitively is on the inside.
