Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Vektor für die leberspezifische Gentherapie; Anwendungsgebiete sind die Medizin und die Gentechnik. Ziel der Erfindung ist die Konstruktion eines Vektors, der Leberzellen hochspezifisch findet, von den Zellen effektiv aufgenommen wird und auch mehrere bzw. sehr grosse therapeutische Gene aufnehmen kann. Der Vektor soll für die Gentherapie beim Menschen einsetzbar sein. Der erfindungsgemässe Vektor besteht aus einem Insektenvirus, vorzugsweise einem Vertreter der Baculoviren oder einem nuklearen Polyhedrosis-Virus, welches die Komponenten eine therapeutische DNA-Sequenz, einen für die Genexpression in der Leber geeigneten Promoter und ggf. eine Etablierungssequenz enthält.
