Abstract

A steam condenser (10), especially for the baking, for fitting to an oven, with a casing (12), a steam channel (14) inside the casing (12), to which steam from the over is conveyed, and an air-cooling device (16), is distinguished in that the steam channel (14) consists of hollow sections (A1, ..., A6; B1, ..., B6; C1, ..., C6) which can be arranged spaced apart in superimposed or side-by-side array in fluid communication. Such a steam condenser has a simple, easily assembled structure which needs no sealing materials and ensures overall economical use.
