Abstract

A remotely-controlled switch comprises an undersized coil (1) combined with external means of control for engendering the passage of a driving electric current in the coil (1), and a bistable mechanism activated by the latter and incorporating a mobile element (3) which can be displaced by the coil (1). The mobile element (3) can, upon moving towards the active position, open with a specified delay, an auxiliary contact (8) placed in the coil supply circuit (A1, A2), in parallel with a means (resistor 9) of limiting electrical power. <IMAGE>
