Abstract
A method and a device are described, which serve to make visible air flows in super-clean working areas or at super-clean working stations. In order that this can take place free of noxious and residual matter, super-clean water is atomised by means of ultrasound in a pre-heated air flow, which is received parallel to the laminar super-clean air flow and released into the super-clean room via a nozzle which can be directed manually. <IMAGE>
