Abstract

The device has an elongated box-like housing comprising upper and lower parts, and a feed line structure comprising feed line segments that are connected to a set of feed connection terminals. One of the terminals is connected to a transceiver circuit that is included in a base station. A position detecting unit has a magnetic material rod (504) for inducing voltage into a pair of secondary coils (502, 503). The movement of the rod represents a movement of the dielectric unit, where the dielectric unit is provided with a linear potentiometer. An independent claim is also included for an antenna control system comprising an array of antennas.
