Abstract

The exchanger has a heat exchanger plate (1) that contacts supply airflow (3) from a side (2) and contacts cooling airflow (5) from another side (4). The latter side contacts the cooling airflow, and is provided with a hydrophilic paint coating (6) that is wetted with moisture from the cooling airflow. The coating is formed on the latter side that contacts the cooling airflow such that the coating is storable in moisture from the cooling airflow. An inorganic storage medium (7) i.e. nano crystalline zeolite, is provided in the coating. The plate is formed from a metal or a plastic.
