Abstract
The device has at least one detector (3) and at least one launcher (4) for firing an interception munition, whereby the launcher and the detector are connected to a computer (2). The interception munition has a balloon or parachute structure that is deployed to a functional position to intercept the incoming munition at a distance from the protected object so as to activate its fuse and/or disturb its normal operation.
