Abstract

The drain has a housing (2) forming a housing area (37) into which water influxes by an intake opening (3) and a connecting piece (29) which allows water to run out having an immersion tube (12). The immersion tube is inserted from above into the housing and with an overflow cup a trap forms. The overflow cup is inserted from an overflow pipe (16) and down into the housing. The immersion tube is removable from the overflow pipe. The overflow pipe is used as a separate part from above into the housing. The overflow pipe is closely connected at a lower edge (19) with the housing.
