Abstract

The invention concerns a refrigerated display case, in particular a vertical display. The cabinet is of the type comprising a refrigerated air curtain (11) at the front, in front of the displayed foodstuffs, including essentially an upper part (2) for refrigerated air outlet and an air recirculation unit (15) provided at the upper edge of the front wall (16) of the liner (3) of the display case and comprises air recirculation apertures in a substantially horizontal plane, under the effect of a ventilator device (7) provided in said liner. The display case is characterised in that the air recirculation unit further comprises recirculation apertures (23) located in the substantially horizontal plane of the recirculation apertures (25) located in a substantially vertical plane. The invention is useful for refrigerated display cases cabinets with refrigerated air curtains.
