Abstract

A pump with a rotor (54) of a drive motor (52) arranged in motor housing (30) with a pump shaft (20) piercing the shaft bearing (22). The motor housing (30) is radially surrounded by a pump housing (12) to define an annular space (50) in a radially spacing (a), that envelops the pump impellor (36) with a throat section (16), such that the latter is connected by a hub (42) to the pump shaft (20) and blades (45) extend into the annular space (50).
