Abstract

1. Satellite broadcast receiving equipment - with at least one antenna (1), which is switchable in its polarity, - moreover, with a circuit arrangement (5) on the antenna side containing both an antenna switch (17, 18, 19) and/or a polarization converter (4) and also a frequency converter (6), - and with a receiver equipment (10) for picture and/or sound reproduction which, via an antenna line (8), is connected to the output (7) of the antenna-side circuit arrangement (5) and which is capable of being tuned to various channels capable of being received by the antenna (1), characterized in - that the antenna cable (8) simultaneously serves as the control line for the control commands produced by the tuning in the tuning device (20) of the receiver equipment (10) for selecting the associated operational states of the antenna (1) and/or of the antenna-side circuit arrangement (5), - that the input (9) of said receiver equipment comprises an input coupling arrangement (21) for coupling said commands into the antenna cable, - and that the output (7) of said antenna-side circuit arrangement comprises an output coupling arrangement (23) by which the control commands on the antenna line are recognized, coupled out and converted into control commands.
