Abstract

A ventilating device (30) comprising means (35) for generating an air flow in a direction towards an outlet opening (29), as well as flow deflection means (73). The flow deflection means are disposed upstream of the outlet opening (29) and are substantially arranged in the plane of the outlet opening (29), and in that they are configured in such manner as to prevent the occurrence of a flow in a direction substantially parallel to the outlet opening (29). A ventilating system is furthermore provided, which ventilating system comprises one or more ventilating devices (30) arranged to cause air to flow in a space in substantially virtual ducts (12-15) extending substantially parallel to each other in one direction in said space.
