Abstract
A bag holder for hygiene and refuse bags, said bag holder comprising a rear side member (1) to be suspended on a wall (9) as well as a front side member (2), whereby the front side member (2) and the rear side member (1) each comprises one or more projections (14, 30) directed towards one another in an area below the bottom of the bag in the mounted state of said bag. The projection (14) on the front side member (2) is adapted to project over the projection (30) of the rear side member (1) from a contact face (22) abutting the adjacent free edge (21) of the projection (30) on the rear side member (1). A biassing means (17) is provided on the front side member (2) on a level below the projection (14), said biassing means (17) acting on the front side member (2) by co-operating with the rear side member (1) in such a manner that said front side member (2) is pressed towards the rear side member (1) by being tilted about the free edge (21) of the projection (30) on the rear said member (1) and further such that said front side member (2) can be turned away from said rear side member (1) by an action from the outside. The rear side member (1) comprises a rib-shaped shoulder (6) on the bottom side of the projection (30), said shoulder extending parallel to the axis about which the tilting is carried out. The biassing means (17) is a flat spring (17) secured to the front side member (2), said flat spring (17) extending along the bottom side of the projection (30) on the rear side member (1) and being adapted to releasably engage the rib-shaped shoulder (6) at a freely projecting end (32) by way of a snap-action.
