Abstract

Lock comprises a lock housing and a pin bolt (10) with a bolt foot (12) moving in the lock housing and a pin body (14) moving out of the lock housing. The pin bolt has an insert (18) especially made of steel which is cast from a diecasting material (20). Preferred Features: The steel insert extends into the bolt foot and the pin body and has at least one hole (26, 28) in which the diecasting material is anchored. The diecasting material is a zinc-copper alloy.
