Abstract

An improved dispenser for toilet deodorant has the liquid (14) in a container (16) fitted with a clip (40) to hang over the edge of the toilet. A duct (21) in the bottom of the container drips out the liquid at a rate controlled by the viscocity of the liquid and the size of a venting duct (34) alongside the dosing duct. The liquid is dripped onto a collecting tray (24) under the dispenser. This prevents the liquid from staining the toilet bowl. The tray is washed during each flush and between flushes collects the liquid and releases the deodorant effects.
